This local fish & chip shop is pretty awesome. A variety of food selection. The food is always fresh. The staff are very friendly & polite & their chips are amazing. I would recommend this chip shop for your lunch or dinner time.

I understand that organisations need to sometimes increase costs but the quality should also match. Considering this place probably saves a few £££ by being cash-only we've just paid £22 for two adult meals, and one kids meal and the portion sizes were appalling.

This is a wonderful chip shop. Great owners who work very hard to deliver the best experience and quality food to their customers. Very clean with fast service. Brilliant community atmosphere too. 100% recommend.

One of the best places to go for food, they've got a great menu and the staff are always friendly. They've got all the basics like cod and battered sausages, but there's also a lot of less common items available like squid (which I would strongly recommend trying). My favourite thing to order is the chicken strips and chips, which comes with a free pot of curry sauce, and it rivals KFC. I also love the burgers, of which there are many. Glad this place has been going strong over 10 years now, it's definitely worth a visit if you live nearby.

I haven’t ordered much of the cod but from what I have heard it’s crispy and no bones found. I also love the different variety of burgers they sell and will always guarantee to find something me and my family enjoy. I preferably go for the 6 pieces chicken stripes and chips because I get plenty of chips and it also comes with a free sauce (I always go for the curry sauce because normally in other fish and chips shops it’s runny and not thick enough that it runs of the food but here it’s nice and thick and got a great taste). Overall great fish and chip shop will come again.

Good Fish and Chip shop, chips are fantastic here! However, the fish I'm sure is Birds Eye or any other frozen cardboard box fish. There is only one size fish, you cannot order a small/medium or large fish. The fish is also so perfectly triangular, like they were processed in a factory and packed into a cardboard box. The batter, it isn't great and isn't what you expect i.e crunchy and golden. Recommend for the chips, not so much the fish. Will try again once they change how they do their fish, and can actually order a size!!

Great quality fish and chips. Good batter and a good portion for the price. I order the OAP cod and chips at £4.80 which is perfectly adequate for me. When compared to the regular you can see the difference in size so OAP refers to the reduction in quantity rather than a special discount in price for OAP's.

Huge fish and great sized portion of tasty chips. Freshly cooked with friendly service. Wasn't sure if I would finish it all, but too good not to. Parents are regulars, for us an occasional visit, but glad we made it. Recommended.

Just picked up and enjoyed cod and chips, have to say we weren't expecting much but have been mildly surprised. Lovely big flakes of cod in a really crispy batter and decent chips too. If we were here much longer would definitely go again.

This is my local fish and chip shop. The food is always delicious and very good sized portions. The fish is huge and the chips are always cooked just right, the staff are friendly and pleasant.

Very nice fish bar, grear prices (although not the best chips that I had, I prefere crispy chips, while these are fluffy). Check the opening times before going there, as they close early in the evening, and open late during the day. If they had a more wide opening times, they would do so much more money, especially for people that are looking for a inexpensive yet yummy lunch.
