It's one of the best pasties I've had in years and a cracking bit of carrot cake to top it off. Steak and Stilton for the win.

Absolutely the best pasties around. Obviously the classic cornish is excellent but I tried the Halloumi and peppers today, delicious. Be sure to try their cakes too, home baking at its best.

Absolutely outstanding catering and customer service. Beautifully presented and delicious Cornish Pod picnic for my daughter’s baby shower. Everyone enjoyed the quality and taste of this lovely picnic buffet. Fabulous value for money too. I cannot recommend this highly enough - just superb 🌟

As a self confessed pasty expert I think these are the best. Excellent taste. Superb contents true to a Traditional Cornish pasty. Outstanding service a real gem in a tucked away part of Cornwall. Worth visiting you will not be disappointed

The best cornish pasty there is. The pastry is perfect and the insides are cooked perfectly maintaining texture. Definitely better than Sarah's Pastys in Looe. Don't miss this one. Worth a drive. The peppery one is like they used to be. Thank you heaps.

CornishPod provided 80 delicious pastys for my party, hot, and on time. I'd ordered a few spares, hopeful to enjoy them the next day or so, but my guests ate them all! My order included gluten free, and a vegan gluten free, amongst traditional large pastys. All proper tasty!

Well worth a visit. Stopped off on our way to Mount Edgcube. Very friendly service. Good pasty size and excellent value for money. We had the pulled pork and peppered steak pasties.

Having tried many different pastys around the South West. I can honestly say the traditional Cornish pasty from Cornish Pod is one of, if not the best pastys in Cornwall that you can buy. The quality of the fillings, crimping and pastry in my opinion is unmatched. Today I called ahead to reserve, as I know the demand is high. Nothing was an issue. Upon arrival, the pastys were ready for us and were the perfect temperature to eat. (no 3rd degree burns like some places serve). 2 traditional pastys and 1 cheese and leek was £12. Amazing value for money. I'd easily pay double. I can't recommend them enough. Easily my favourite goto pasty. You won't be disappointed Thank you again Cornish Pod

A gem of a place to try local and the best Cornish pasties! Wonderful choices absolutely delicious in taste and smell. Big enough to have a proper lunch/dinner. Great value for money and also the choice of having them delivered anywhere.

I had a traditional pasty. Peppery and good mix of meat and sweed. Yum, I will be coming back. My partner had cheese and leak, she also loved it.

Called in on way to a Cawsand weekend break. Bought a Large Tradional Pasty - excellent value at £3.70. Delicous, nice balance of meat and veg, with good pastry. Warm welcome, chatty staff. Then the following day, we pre-ordered 4 x Large to take home to South Wales on our return. A happy bunch all making pasties there on a Monday morning. Bought another Tradional, together with Peppered Steak, Bacon Cheese & Leek and Pulled Pork, Sweet Potato & BBQ Sauce. Now, having sampled them all, absolutely superb - some of the very best Cornish pasties we've ever had in over 40 years of travelling to all parts of Cornwall. Well done Cornish Pod! DIOLCH! Mr & Mrs Taff.

I think I’ve officially tried all pasties now. After eating different pasties over the years from different places I can say Cornish Pod makes the best ones! The pasties are so tasty and they are always richly filled. You get those pasties were you can count the little pieces of meat and then you get the Cornish Pod pasties. I’m not a vegetarian or vegan but even the vegetarian pasties are delicious! The pulled pork one amazed me (being American that’s a tough one). I also had the cream tea package delivered and folks I tell you that’s made with a lot of love. Would make a lovely gift if you’re looking to surprise the old lady. I’m just amazed. Cornish Pod gave me the best food moments during the lockdown. Cheers to a long foodie friendship!

We went back 3 times in a week for more!!! Traditional and the pulled pork were the best. Pulled pork is amazing.

We live "Up North" but are lucky enough to visit the Rame Peninsula a few times each year and a visit wouldn't be complete without a pasty or more from the pod ! We make sure we stop on route home too so we can have a taste of Cornwall to eat on the way home. I think the charity aspect is fantastic, make sure you "donate" for a sticker and help local causes. We have sampled the specials and the traditional and have never been disappointed. Counting down to our next visit and another yummy treat x

Drop by when heading to or from The Rame Peninsula to enjoy a great range of pasties....personally being Cornish the Traditional is best with extra pepper. These are real hand made oggies....the smell emanating from the serving hatch just divine....onions, swede and hot pastry. divine

I am a regular (and happy) customer of the Pod! Last weekend I attended a wedding that they catered and I can’t begin to explain how impressed I was. The food was outstanding, from the canapés to start to the delicious curry (with all the trimmings) I had for main. They were attentive, professional and as per usual the food was 10/10. Keep up the good work, what a bleddy team!!

There's not much to say except you can travel all over Cornwall and you won't find a better pasty. I've eaten hundreds (and it shows) but these are up there with the best.

Been meaning to try for ages. Amazing pasty!

Provided 100 pasties for our daughter's wedding at Freathy Farmhouse (Cowshed weddings), we ordered traditional, chicken and chorizo and haloumi and roasted pepper. All we fantastic and everybody loved them.

We were having breakfast in the cafe just across from Cornish Pod. We noticed lots of people were beating a trail to a little window at the side of the Cornish Pod building and leaving armed with pasties. Cornish Pod is obviously a go-to destination for those in the know. Curiosity got the better of us and we bought two pasties to eat on a picnic after a long walk we'd planned that day. The pasties were massively tasty and the best I'd eaten in years. Before leaving for home we called again and loaded the car up with one of each in their range of pasties. We've been living off them in the few days we've been home from holiday and every one tastes so good. I wish I lived close by as these pasties would become a weekly treat. 300 miles is just too far to regularly travel for an excellent pasty though. Next time we're in Cornwall we'll be making a beeline for these gorgeous pasties. If you are in the area do yourself a favour and call in at Cornish Pod and treat yourself to award-winning pasties. Great pasties and lovely people!

Quite possibly the best Cornish pasty I've ever tasted. Always friendly service when you stop by too. The now have an outlet in Millbrook too.

Dooooooosh...my wife bought me a lovely surprise. Got back from work and there was a still warm crab pasty for tea.If Carlsberg made pasty's....they would have to top Cornish Pod (I'm fueled by them).

These pasty’s are consistently very good. Some of the best I have tasted. Love a lamb and mint. Helps me get through a Friday at work or maybe a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Not going to lie I could eat them every day.

Having been a Cornish Pastie officianado for more years than I care to remember the pasties at CornishPod are the real deal, the very best there is, absolutely delicious and second to none. Hardly surprising that they have won many awards.

One not to be missed quite simple a true Cornish pasty made on site and pure heaven to eat. You do not want to drive past !

Brought some takeaway pasties to bring home back to Kent after a short holiday. They were delicious and very tasty. Smelt the pasties as we approached the kitchen and were able to see the team in action making them. Lots of choice in fillings although not all available it depends on what they are cooking. Definitely recommend a stop if you’re in the area they were so good

I found this spot by accident today was a nice supprise. The best pasty I have had in years maybe even the best! A couple of nice friendly lads and I even got a free coffee! Blink and you will miss a lovely pit stop A+++

Very friendly atmosphere, the staff have remembered what I can and cant eat and have have allowed me to order a 6 pack of pasties from them for me to freeze and eat later at home. When they made a new pasty type, they told me that I could eat it as it was suitable for me. So happy that they are open and make everyone feel welcome.

Locally made, using fresh ingredients it's by far the best Cornish pastry you'll find in the south west right here on the Rame Peninsula. The price is well worth the taste. If the flag isn't flying and the blinds are down they are shut, usually because they are attending public events because they are so popular, so if you can catch them at the right time make sure you pop in.

I really love these divine pasties, some of the best I have tasted, the traditional steak and the halloumi and red pepper are my particular favourites. Whenever I am visiting my friend I always take some home with me to Devon.

This is a wonderful little place with the best ever Pasties , they don't just sell your standard Cornish pasties but a wide range of other pasties with all sorts of tasty fillings. Very friendly and helpful , this place is well worth a visit. There is plenty of parking as well.

Delicious Cornish pasties - we had traditional but interesting selection on offer. the owner was very friendly and told us she had won a coveted award at the Eden Project for her pasties. She hasn't been in business very long and deserves every success, so please go along and support her when in the ares.

Stopped to check out the new cafe beside the main road which was OK but learnt there of the excellent pasty place just further up inside the small industrial estate. Neat tasty pasties with better than average fillings and a perfect, to my mind and taste buds, pastry case. Same view south west is from the pasty shop as from the cafe. I wonder if these pasties are also available anywhere in Plymouth?

Yesterday I had my first takeaway pasty free the Cornish Pod at Gallows Park. A pepper steak one. good meaty filling with plenty of pepper toggle it a bite. The pastry was delicious no to thick, crispy with a loverly buttery flavour. I am looking forward to trying the other varietys. No more trips to Bodmin to get one of Mr Barnecuts for me
