Great staff and range of products, well located in centre of town. Coffee was great and something for everyone to eat. Will be back.

Visited here before Covid. Wasn't impressed at this point, scotch egg dry, pasty pastry, terrible. (I put it down to perhaps an off day?) Roll on 2024- 2nd visit, as bad as the 1st, with the same issues, so will be the last. (The items were dry and, for the best part, tasteless. The scotch egg, egg was overcooked, the sausage meat and black pudding were as dry as sticks, and the coating tasted stale) Walked around the corner to get a Greggs steak bake and a Corned Beef pastie, which were fresh and hot and for the price excellent. Would I recommend-No Would I return-No

We’d been on a long walk and the cafe we’d planned on eating at was closed, so by the time we’d got back to Keswick we were certainly in need of sustenance. Saw this little shop no frills or fuss, but mine was needed, the pasty was warm and absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend it, just off the main thoroughfare but certainly worth the search

Had an amazing coffee and carrot cake along with tea and scones here, everything cooked fresh, everything lovely, great atmosphere and great staff. They literally worked their socks off, big shout out to Natasha and Morsan who make this place what it is. We’ll definitely be coming again. Thanks guys and well done 👍

Very delicious pasties. Tried savoury and sweet. Good mix of filling and incredible pastry - light, not greasy. Excellent baker! Great value for money.

Bought a black pudding scotch egg here, looked amazing in the shop window however it was totally tasteless and bland made with in my opion not a fresh egg hardly any black pudding in it , not good value either at £3.00 I certainly wouldn’t go back

£3.90 for a pasty that was half full of air. I lived in Cornwall for 10 years - these are not Cornish Pasties but a rip off! I could clearly tell they weren’t happy that I paid with card and not cash, as well.

Had a stay in Keswick recently. In 3 days I had 2 Cornish pasty’s so did the Mrs. I also had a scotch egg, which was decent. Fancied a hat trick of pasty’s but the Mrs put her foot down and said I don’t fancy another pasty, which was a big shame, especially as we were in the shop at the time. As we walked away, past the Moot Hall I had to pretend I was fine with the lack of pasty, inside I was dying but that’s love for you. If you like a pasty, get involved.

Cash not accepted here. This in my opinion is extremely poor. This business clearly does not care about its customers if they can turn business away. Shocking !!

We found this place by chance. They say you can always tell how good a place is by the number of customers calling in. When we first popped in, they had actually run out of pasties, rumour has it that the pasties sell faster than they can cook! That on its own is testimony to how good the pasties are!. Anyway, we wanted to experience the hype ourselves and waited 20 minutes for the next batch. We bought their scotch egg to pass the time. This was well cooked and tasty! After 20 minutes our pasties were finally ready! I kid you not! They were worth the wait! I’ll definitely visit this place again when in Keswick, cheers to the lovely staff too you kindly posed for my trip advisor picture.

Best pasty ever!! We visited 3 times over our stay and even brought some home! Value for money as you get so much filling! Amazing 😍

Delicious, pasties freshly made with friendly staff. My husband and I thought they were the best we’d ever had! Absolutely devoured the steak and stilton, Cornish pasty and spicy pasty with whole wheat pastry. A real treat! Great coffee, too!!

Tasty, fantastic traditional Cornish Pasty worth a visit to Keswick for a pasty alone! Just found and called in to the shop before our travel home thought I’d have it when I got back. Pasty was still warm 4hrs later.

Have been visiting Cornish Pasty Keswick for about 30 years when camping in Keswick!! Part of a family tradition, our children have also now made it part of their holiday when visiting with our grandchildren! However, today will be the last time. Two pasties, hot yes, soggy undercooked pastry ….. if a shop specialising in pasties can’t get it right there are plenty of alternatives in Keswick GOODBYE!

Why on god's earth would you buy a £4.50 'cornish pasty' in Keswick ? Cornwall and Cumbria must be the most diverse counties in the UK. Do they sell Kendall mint cake in Truro? No more a Cornish Pasty than fly over the moon. Cultural appropriation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pasties we had were ok, but had better. The missus enjoyed her one. Other similar shops are available.

Ordered scotch egg, took a bite, meat greyish, stinkimg egg inside ..went back to swap/refund...none given, smarty ass lady told me it looks and smell ok and that I took too big bite to accept an exchange or refund...diarrhoea next day all day...never will visit again!! Nor should anyone except from food agency with a purpose of closing ig down...bleh

The staff are extender rude and grumpy. Shame as the pasty was good but won’t be spending our hard earned cash somewhere where the staff have an attitude problem.

I am Cornish and believe me have eaten a lot of pasties and these were as good as any I have tasted . We had traditional pasties( tbh there is no other) and they were piping hot , full of filling and peppery just as they should be . Highly recommend

Stopped off at The Cornish Pasty shop after being lured by the smell and the look of the pasties on display, our dog wanted to taste test too but he had to settle for window shopping😁. Husband & I both had regular Cornish Pasty and yum, yum, yum is all you can say, pastry, filling all fantastic, not cheap but then you can't complain when it tastes so good. Great little shop, friendly staff, make sure you support the local small businesses, highly recommended.

Splendid bakery. Wide choice of pastry's including vegan, vegetarian and meat options. we ordered for a pastry the "Traditional Pastry" & it was divine and I wish I had one now! Friendly staff

Grabbed a couple of pasties on a wet day, a chicken/chorizo and a cheese/onion, both at right temp to eat and really good, £3.90 each so not cheap but what is in Keswick.

Much smaller than one of the newer chains, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I had a sausage roll which was beautiful and well worth the money. Well done ladies you are doing a grand job

Felt I was inconveniencing staff asking to be served! Very overpriced. Not competitive and not tasty. Also had a croissant which was incinerated and inedible - had to bin it.

Great pasties. However closes a bit early at 5 pm. Also only supplies cold gluten free pasties. So could improve!

Expensive but worth it. It is tucked away off the high street where there is another pasty shop but that always had a long queue. Very tasty.

They have so many different pasty's to try that you always go back for another trip. I tried a savoury and a sweet option, both were nice.

Very rude service, I ordered a black Americano and was given a white coffee. When I return to the shop and politely pointed this out it was clearly a major inconvenience despite this being their mistake

Purchased two scotch eggs yesterday. One with chorizo, the other black pudding. Only tasted the “chorizo” egg. “Meat” was white?? egg wrapped to one side in a piece of processed chorizo. No seasoning, bland. Totally inedible. Both eggs thrown in bin. Total waste of money.

I am currently day 29 of Lands End to John O’Groats walk and the last path I had was in Cornwall. As I am planning to walk late into the night bought a pasty for sustenance. Overall good service and good food.

Having been dissatisfied by several vegan breakfast options offered by other establishments, we came on this shop with some relief. Several vegan pasties on offer, staff were very helpful at explaining differences. The consumed pasty made a great breakfast and was SO tasty.

These looked delicious in the window. So we bought 2, one savoury, one sweet, cost £6.10 Anything under £5 cash was preferred, considering current times, a bit odd, but notice up stating this. Could not wait to eat these, but whilst there was filling in...

Recommended by a good friend I bought a Steak & Ale pasty. It was delicious!!!!! Perhaps on my next visit to Keswick I'll try another flavour. I'm confident Steak & Stilton will be equally good to enjoy. I highly recommend this place and its products.

After a morning walk around town and the lakeside, we stepped in to warm up. Glad we did. The service was friendly, the drinks were hot and tasty and the scones were great - with plenty of cream and jam.

Plenty of choice of pasty, from traditional to things like Chirizo and Chicken. Pasties are OK, but have napkins to had, as the mixture in some of them were a little wet, and dripped out once you started to eat them.

Class food ey best in the north west tastes class, price is class, and the staff are great highly recommend this place!!

After a 2 hour drive booked in hotel walked into town, a quick snack to leave space for dinner my wifehad a beautiful flaky pastry sausage roll my self a Cornish pasty delicious warm and tasty followed by a raspberry white chocolate muffin washed down by tasty tea and coffee well worth a visit. Bought 3 traditional cornish pasties.Was not impressed by the filling(quantity and quality) or the taste.Overpriced in our opinion and have had better from mainstream shops.Expected much better !!!

We became addicted to the Cornish pies on our trip to England. We tried all varieties but especially enjoyed the traditional one. We also became addicted to their cherry pastry. This is a chain all over England.

I had the chilli and cheese pasty which was a lovely heat but for my personal preference it could stand to be hotter ( in temperature) and a little more cheese, why oh why do people queue out the door for Greggs when this is next door though I’ll never know!!

How disappointed were we to see a Cornish pasty shop in the Lake District?!

The photos do not match the inside photos are of a different shop round the corner. The blue shop is the one that sells the best pasties in Keswick.

Since we've been coming to the Lakes every summer for the past ten years, this has been our preferred option for hilltop lunches. Excellent choice and doesn't collapse in your rucksack.

On our way home from holiday we stopped off in Keswick for a quick bite to eat and after walking past this place there were loads of people outside eating pasties. We wondered around looking for something to grab on the go and I really wanted a pasty so we returned here. I got the traditional which was tasty, wholesome, and very nice, however my wife who is coeliac went for the gluten free cheese and onion pasty which was only available COLD? Unsurprisingly it wasn't very nice at all, now this is probably down to the fact that GF pastry is difficult to cook but even she said 60 seconds in a microwave or a quick warm up in the oven would have had made it slightly more enjoyable. I felt bad as it was my choice to go here and £3 for a cold pasty just isn't acceptable in my opinion sorry.......

Wonderful take away pies and Cornish Pasty. Seems to be very popular place for coffee - often all tables occupied. Amazing sweet treats like the cherry and almond croissants.

We called in here to grab some food to take on our walk that day and were blown away by the range of choices. As well as a full range of meat pasties, they had a fantastic variety of vegetarian options as well. We even picked up a vegetarian scotch egg. The pasties were really tasty and the prices were good.

The queue was outside the door so thats a great plus. The pasties were just coming out of the oven so very very hot. The verdict superb. We will visit again when next in Keswick

I went to the pasty shop last week before travelling home, so i had a little something special to eat on the way home.

Always have pasties from here when we visit Keswick. We also always take some home for the freezer. Staff are brilliant and will get an order ready for us to collect on the day we leave. P

Dropped into the Cornish Pasty for 2 plane and 1 cheese scones and they where very good and soft and light.

Had all the right ingredients for it to be a Cornish Pasty, with the correct level of condiments. The only slight problem was that it wasn't very hot, although it was quite late in the day

We tried Cornish Pasty instead of Greggs for a change, the food is delicious and fresh. However, just be warned they are also expensive as is the coffee. Pasty and coffee over £6. If you want a treat though it is lovely food.

Dos pasteles comprados. . Lamentablemente ambos estaban tibios. . . Estábamos tan ansiosos por terminar nuestra caminata con un pastel y apoyar nuestra tienda de pastas favorita.

Tuve que considerar tomar una hipoteca para alimentar a nuestro lote aquí. Precio ridículo para comidas y bebidas.

We do try this place from time to time and I am pleased to say the food is back to its usual standard. Great to get a pasty for bait the next day. Very tasty

We ordered a traditional Cornish pasty and a small egg custard tart (I don't think that's the correct name but it's the only way I can describe it). The pasty was hot, tasty and well seasoned, the tart was creamy and sweet. Both lovely and morish and had beautiful flaky pastry! Just what you need when walking round the lake!

You could choose to have your croissants and coffee in a bland , expensive national brand like for example Costa or Starbucks. Alternatively you could have the most amazing pastries and freshly brewed coffee here. Choose here oh and btw the pasties are sublime.

Excellent cornish pasties served by a lovely friendly lady. Highly recommended. I haven't tasted as good a cornish pasty since we last visited Cornwall so this was a real treat and I only wish I'd bought a few more for the freezer.

Ok it is very rare that I will EVER give a poor review but in this case I feel it is justified. We see the sign for the Cornish Pasty shop and the smell was amazing. So we decided to get one each for tea that night and I was treated to a black pudding scotch egg too. So we purchased one steak and stilton and one steak. Mum went into buy whilst I waited outside with the dog. If I had seen just how small they were I would have said not to bother. They were tiny and with about a teaspoon of meat in each. Pastry was limp and there was just no taste apart from too much salt and pepper. Even the dog wouldn't eat it. So that says a lot. Some one forgot to put the black pudding in the scotch egg. Sorry but just overpriced for nothing. Better to be had elsewhere. And at nearly £4.00 a pop, overpriced for nothing! If I could leave no starts I would.

Lovely traditional pasty stuffed with well seasoned beef, potatoes and onion. I wish I’d bought more to freeze.

What a find. Had blackpudding scotch egg which was very tasty. As the name implies there are various pasty fillings to choose from both sweet and savoury.

The Cornish Pasty shop sells Cornish Pasties - not much else - but what it does do is an adventurous range of fillings in a very good pastry. Not expensive and the traditional is very traditional, beef, onion, swede and potato with plenty of pepper.
