8 times out of 10 they forget to put rocket on the pizza that includes rocket. It's getting slightly fustrating seeing as only order about once a fortnight...

I waited 45ish minutes and the pizza was on the counter when I received it it was undercooked toppings and cheese fell off it was Luke warm and the chips were not any good

Sadly, every item on this order arrived cold, the chicken dippers and the 16in pizza required re heating in the oven, unfortunately the fries could not be reheated in this way. Very disappointing

Arrived very early, great quality, tasty food and a friendly staff member made the delivery.

Have eaten here before and the pizza was okay - but this time it was close to inedible… Luke warm, undercooked and pretty tastleless - unlikely to be coming back

despite getting the ring of fury instead of fire, which I over heard staff say, it was tasty, although chips needed a quick blast in arifryer to heat up..👍

Dined in with a group, delicious food and fab service, plus live music from a local musician.

Just eaten my first pizza delivery from Puccini's.......what a change to eat a hand made pizza, and not a mass produced base. It was delicious, fresh and perfectly made. I will be trying the pastas next! Thank you! Delivery lad was very polite too 😀

I really dont know what to say half of the pizza was completely crushed against the side of the box and had curled under its self not also the pizza was nowhere near 16" very disappointed :(

Food and drink was beautiful, I don't know what else there is to say, went for a friends birthday, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Will definitely go again

Brilliant place to eat, I’m surprised it’s not more popular. They do more than Pizza. they have a live artist every Friday and the food is great.

Disappointed with my serving of lasagne. I did question if I'd been given a child's portion in error, apparently not! Boring I know but I always have lasagne as it never usually disappoints. Same price but a third the size, shame really.

This is mostly for the Pizza takeaway as I don't eat-in at restaurants very often, but the pizza from Puccini's is always incredible. I've been ordering from them since I moved in 2019 and should've done a review sooner; the staff are always friendly and welcoming, the manager always does his best for the customers, and they do an amazing job of feeding the community for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, and at some point, I really want to try and stop in at the restaurant proper for a meal. For the record, I ordered a chili sauce, garlic, sundried tomato, blue cheese and steak pizza tonight (as it's Two for One on Tuesday), and (I assume) the manager had the garlic and the chilli sauce mixed into the tomato base on my pizza, under the cheese--and the result is incredible and I would love this to be the main method from now on when requested with these toppings. To sum up; amazing local place, great staff, great food.

Was disappointed with the garlic bread as it’s usually abit more juicy but this time it was like eating cardboard unfortunately had to throw it away just couldn’t eat it that was my only issue it. Other than that the food is great.

I don’t know what has happened but it was like a circus last night, ignorant service, hugely below usual standards for pizza - I hope this gets sorted as I will be leaving it a good while before trying again sadly. For years this place has been absolutely brilliant so sorry to be removing my custom

Pizza had been dropped and most of toppings had slid to one side. Pizza was missing one of the toppings. Was told order was ready for collection just 5 minutes after ordering but was short of one pizza when I arrived. Fries used to be better. Garlic bread was oddly sliced with totally uneven slices. Standards have clearly slipped. Not worth the high price and won’t bother with this place again

Funny place, seems like a takeaway that has expanded to include a bar and restaurant. Nice staff and food was very good. Shut at 9pm.

The pizzas, are amazing, typical Italian style, also thin and crispy style 👌 The Garlic Mushrooms, they are seriously better any Italian restaurants near here !! Haven't had garlic mushrooms this good, this fresh ,tasty, full of garlic, like this for a very long time. Puccini s is honestly the best restaurant quality food you will get anywhere near here. Thank you!!!!!!!

Lasagne not edible, was cold in places and was more like chilli than bolognese sauce. Sea food pasta awful, dodgy seafood and smelt like vomit... also not eaten 🤢

Food needed re-heating after arriving 20 minutes later than quoted time. Delivery guy apologised, but prefer our food to arrive piping hot. Tasted good once re-heated.

Ordered Black Sea penne with seafood. Couldn't enjoy as pasta was undercooked....like eating cardboard! 97% went in the bin. Don't usually report publicly but there's no "contact us" link on their website to report it!! Disappointed

Didn't show up in a great condition. It had half folded over itself and been squashed against the hinge of the box. For something like nearly an hour's wait and nearly 20 quid for a pizza you'd expect a bit better

A delightful cafe in Penwortham. They were just opening up and the young lady was very friendly and accommodating. Good food and peaceful atmosphere. I will be returning soon and recommending it to friends.

Excellent quality food with every mouthful a flavour explosion! Fantastic Bolognese pizza topping and base and a garlic bread with cheese that was incredible. Well priced, great quality food and super fast service. 10/10 Highly recommended indeed.

Top takeaway, highly recommend

I've been a couple of times and the food is always excellent and a good price too. We went on a Friday evening and they had live entertainment which made the evening extra special.

Had a lovely evening at Puccini Restaurant. Both Mia and Libby who served our food and drinks were very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make our anniversary evening so special. Thank you to Mia and Libby and we will definitely recommend and return to Puccini Restaurant.

Lovely little place. We've been here a few times generally quiet in the daytime but lovely staff and the food is good. I had pizza it was tasty, not greasy and full of flavour. The Mrs had a carbonara which was good as well. Reasonably priced as well. Dog friendly as well

I don't know how it is, but when I think of spaghetti carbona, the second picture comes to mind! Instead, I got some tasteless pasta floating in cream, which has nothing to do with the original! If the chef can't prepare it, don't put it on the menu!
