I use this shop regularly and all the staff are fantastic, always cheerful and happy to help. Special shout out to the lad with the beard, he is always polite and friendly.

Visited this morning and the left hand doesn’t know what it’s doing with the right hand asked for bacon sandwich got one with ketchup never asked for ketchup on it asked for another but with brown sauce the guy who served me it must be coming out of his wages because the drop I got was shocking and he has no clue how to make a sandwich wears a hair net on his big beard but his hair is same length and greasy! Got charged for a can of coke I never even got and the girl just stands staring giving out dirty looks! Il never ever return to this shop again.

The staff appear to now be mostly hospitable towards customers. Things have improved in this sense. In this branch anyway. Still use margarine in their sandwiches. It’s 2024 not 1945. Is it too much to ask to use better quality ingredients? constantly shortages of ingredients and products. They are guaranteed never to have everything you want in the breakfast box and will never have something as basic as cheese if you want a sandwich making.

If I could give the service zero stars I would. One dolop of sauce in the middle of my sandwich. Had to ask for my tea to be stirred. No pride taken in service. 10:00am 20/2/24 The younger girl serving did not smile once. Did not say please nor thankyou. I felt like I was a burden to be asking for food and a tea. Awful attitude. If I go to this store again and I see the same person serving. I will go across the road to dalias.

There doesn't appear to be a place to comment on all the cooplands shops, so this will have to do, been using cooplands for bread, cakes, and the cafes for years now and never had a problem until recently... I believe they were taken over? Well, since then I've had dry bread rolls and bread, cakes and doughnuts that tasted over a day old, lack of hot products later in the day and coffee that would have been ok had there actually been any coffee in the cup rather than hot milk. Cooplands used to be the place to go for baked goods but not anymore in my opinion, really gone downhill in recent months, however, there is some good news...i've found another that is up to cooplands old standards and above....Thomas the Baker, lovely soft fresh baked goods once again, and to top it all one member of cooplands staff admitted they now use Thomas's because of the fall in quality of cooplands and they work there! Say's it all really.

Cold tiny sausage roll, manager didn’t know how to make cups of tea so that was cold too. But they smiled at me and were nice

I went here on the 30/09 and the sausage rolls were full of maggots, I only noticed this as I got home. Won't be going again.

Breakfast bap was cold and dry. Usually very good from cooplands however this was poor. Is the hot holding even switched on? Dissapointed.

The manager is lovely, and makes a right sarnie

Im very disappointed they've stopped chicken tikka 😞 I like what they have on the menu but it's ridiculous why they had to get rid of that!

I went into the cafe on Westborough for breakfast. Poor hygiene, no soap dispenser in the toilet so no way of washing hands. Saw a guy from the kitchen come out of the toilet and go back to the kitchen - did he wash his hands? Breakfast in a box? Awful, no eggs, soggy hash brown and cheap and nasty sausage. Thought I'd support a local business but now I'll stick to Greggs.

I go in daily as I work around the corner and the food is always top notch! The whole experience from start to finish is great, staff is always so friendly and can have a good laugh, The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size especially when compared to other places locally. Always a great spot to get great food fast, highly recommend!

Worst cooplands in town. They can't be arsed to make your sandwich with any care, they make you feel like you're creating a problem for them by ordering aswel. Terrible customer care and service. My sandwich was mainly lettuce and the main ingredients thrown on one side sparingly. Dont go. Go across the road to dalias instead. Service with a smile in there.

Food was good , but the customer service..... Asked for another item and had eyed rolled and tutted , load enough I could hear... its shame love a cooplands but Ramshill staff need better customer skills.

Very poor my large sausage sandwich it tasted like old dog meat and it looked just like £3 well wasted

Stail sausage rolls at 8am in morning and as for the cheese straws they just dry and cold

Great service from a very obliging and hard working staff. Good food too, and the £3.00 meal offer great value.

These were better pasties than we had in Devon and nice staff too. Very well seasoned. ( the pasties not the staff)!Then we got free sausage rolls too!

We bought cakes every day.There was always a good selection.The prices were very reasonable for the good quality.

I have visited many of the Coopland's Bakery Outlets. Their sandwiches are freshly made and delicious - made to order so you get all the ingredients you require. The bread is always fresh. Hot sandwiches such as bacon or sausage are also delicious. I have always found the staff efficient and polite.

NOT GOOD, I felt more of a hindrance than a customer, zero customer service skills. Won't rush back but grabbing a positive from this negative experience..........it will keep me off the pies 😊

Well loved cake and coffee shop in and around Scarborough. Well known Baker known to my son as coop lands!

Visit this shop every week for bread, sandwiches pies and cakes etc. Always fresh and tasty. Pleasant staff. This is one of Cooplands smaller shops. Cooplands are local company which has shops throughout the North East of England. Similar to Gregg's.

Located in the small shopping area of Ramshill a short walk from the centre of Scarborough. Friendly staff and good choice of cakes and savoury things. Love the fact you can purchase hot pasties on a cold day. Good value too!

Sandwiches thrown together and some of the women staff in shop need to learn customer service the young lads are very polite and helpful

Purchased a bacon sandwich never again it was cold, dry, overcooked and hard. Staff serving needed customer service training.
