Garbage , food came cold , never again

Ordered food, never arrived. After changing the scheduled delivery time and saying they were busy. Attempted to call and was just send to voicemail. 2 hours later still nothing. Terrible customer service.

I ordered two separate milkshakes one with cream one without and both turned up without

order was two hours late, kept giving a time schedule and then changing them and then said that the order was now going to be delivered at 22:20 but was delivered at 22:40 when we told the company beforehand that we were not going to be available to receive our order at that time

Recently seem to have cheaped out on ingredients such as the raspberry sorbet and chocolate on the waffles being a cheaper chocolate sauce than the previous melted belgian chocolate or whatever it was before which was much tastier!

I haven’t received anything !!!!!!!

had to ring up to check that my order had been confirmed, put the order through at 22:20 and rang up at 23:15 to see where it was as the place was now closed. he told me that they had a shortage on delivery drivers and after being told i would be given something for free, it turned up and was just my original order

nothing wrong with the food except being cold due to being late and just waste to my liking but good for anyone else if it’s on time and still hot

This is the second time we have tried to order and been rejected. Tried to call to amend with no answer constantly. Terrible awful won't be coming again.

Popped in as a treat for the kids - lovely, helpful staff and really tasty churros! Also had the warm fudge brownie which was a good sized portion. Went back the following evening as it was so good!!!

Always had a takeaway from here. The desserts are always really good and tasty but the delivery time is extremely slow! It takes on average 1.5-2 hours to deliver - if ordering I’d recommend doing well so in advance.

We always order and never usually have problems, this ordered turned up 5 minutes late which isn’t the end of the world but when it does turn up after waiting over an hour you expect it to still be warm, the waffle was cold and rock hard the ice cream had melted. Worse one we’ve ever received

I have ordered from here many of times and never had a problem. I ordered my usual apple crumble to find when it arrived there was no crumble just burnt apple in a tin! Super disappointed

order was later than expected however the lady who delivered our order was very apologetic and polite and the food was delicious so it definitely made up for it being late.

I order from here a lot. I normally order the same thing as well, and for the most part it’s always consistent. Sometimes it’ll arrive hotter than others, but I would assume this is due to traffic and me being further out. Definitely order from here if you have a sweet tooth. The delivery drivers are always polite and I’ve never had an issue.

Lovey food but I was expecting for it to be bigger. And the milkshakes were GORGEOUS!!

Food never turned up and when phoned apparently the driver could see us in the house but didn’t come to the door as we have a gate. When phoning the person I spoke to was absolutely disgusting the way she spoke to me and blamed me for the problem! We have used these a few times and never had a problem with delivery before but after how I was spoken to I will never spend money with them again

Normally everything is great but ordered this time and the food arrived barely warm...

The only criticism I could say is that I contacted the company to ask for some allergy advice as my partner is celiac (gluten intolerance) and the person i spoke to didn't have a clue what contained wheat or not. So probably some allergen training needed

The order was late but I appreciate that can happen, what was disappointing was the ice cream Sunday had melted so much it was in the box all over the waffle and that person does not like strawberry so couldn’t eat their dessert.. 😞

As always the food was great, but nearly 2 hours to deliver... For a place that is only a few minutes away. No reason given or update as to why it took 2 hours. Real shame because desserts are great.

I ordered 3 basic items (shake, brownie and waffle) and it was estimated it would take an hour, 80 mins passed, I called and I was told it was ready and be leaving in 1 minute, 30 minutes later it still hadn't arrived ( I live 15 mins away) and I called again and was told it was on its way. Altogether from my order being made and receiving it took nearly 2 hours! And when I received my order the shake was spilt in the bag and the waffle was stone cold. I won't be ordering or recommending anyone to order from here again.

15 minutes late. They clicked to say I accepted when I hadn’t. Came into the place and the owner/lead chef/cook was shouting and swearing at the other staff. Very rude.

The male that works there is useless, leaves you on the phone for over 10 minutes while taking other orders and when you hang up and re call him doesn’t even bother answering

20 minutes late with no update. Shop not contactable for an update and when the delivery eventually arrived there wasn’t even an apology. Poor.

Basically the deserts were all mushy and soft due to the fruits being soggy. The quality of the cookies was below even shop standard just drowned in sauce. I was unable to serve any of the desert to my guest whose birthday it was - I was planning on sharing it with her. As it was, the desert was left on the kitchen side while I tried to sort an alternative. When I returned to the kitchen, the desert was gone and the box was on the floor. The dog had smelt it and eaten the rest. Very frustrating and disappointed.

Absolutely delicious desserts, this place is fantastic. Some of the other reviews saying portion sizes are too small are really unfair in my opinion, this place is great value for money.

It's been a while since I ordered from here and can I just say even though it took a long time to be delivered due to the weather the waffle and churros came fresh and hot. The oreo waffle has a soft fluffy feel and tastes amazing the Nutella filled churros are so so good and when spoke to manager at the place the customer service was really good. Well done 👏

Ordered from here a couple of times and have always been happy. We ordered tonight and although the order arrived earlier, it was all cold and an ice cream had been forgotten. It was a very simple order aswell, 2 waffles and ice cream. Won’t let it put us off but hoping next time back to how it normally is

The delivery was only just on time, arriving an hour after I ordered. The driver tried to tell me I’d not paid and when I asserted that I had he just said okay which seemed a bit dodgy. The food was okay but not worth the price and one item I ordered (and paid for) was not there. I didn’t bother complaining as I knew it would be a battle and it was late. I won’t be ordering from them again.

It was 50 minutes late and my 3yr old cousin was waiting for so long and almost fell asleep waiting and we had to call the place and it was still in the shop

Desserts were so tasty. Waffles were fluffy and light with the right amount of toppings. Sundae was nice too. Delivery arrived earlier than expected, so super happy. Definitely will order again from here😍

Food is always delicious 10/10 for taste. The portions sizes are always great and generous unlike some other desert places. Only thing I’d say is a negative is delivery can take quite a while but if you’re busy you can’t help that! Thank you as always cookie crumble

Terrible. Cookie dough portion was an absolute joke as well as it was cold. Also the deliver was late 30mins and no word from the restaurant about it, not even an apology from the delivery driver. Poor, wouldn’t recommend and never ordering again.
