My soup came in a cardboard cup like a take out and one slice of very thin bread not good for £6.95! Toasted sandwiche was of poor standard the bread, ham and cheese were all too thin. The cake wasn’t as fresh as it could have been, and the coffee was warm. All in all poor value quantity and quality, such a contrast to the great food we had at Gloucester Cathedral cafe the following day. Proper soup bowls used there and great quality and quantity. Safe to say we will definitely not be returning!!

Had a ham and cheese toastie which came with crisps and a salad garnish. The toastie was burnt and very dry!!! Friends l went with who had similar,. complained about the poor quality and would not visit again. I did mention to a member of staff and was told that they would turn the toasting machine down in future. Annoying to think that whoever put the sandwich on my plate, purposely put the better side up. They must l seen the burnt but did nothing about it. A total rip off at £8.50 I would not recommend this place at all.

Always try to stop off at Cloisters when in Worcester. It's a pleasant place to have a break. Seating is within the restaurant and in the cloister itself. The food is tasty and well presented. Recommended.

Stopped here before we visited the cathedral. Excellent menu with interesting selection of food. We were both really happy with our meals and the staff were friendly and the service was great.

Never had food here but have stopped in for drinks quite a few times. They have a wide range of drinks with lots of new things to try. Staff are knowledgeable on the selection. They are very friendly and willing to help. The bar tables are all lit by candles and the outside seating is lovely. We have also been for the comedy night before which was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

Best town venue by far. Wonderful staff and the resident DJ is amazing.

We are here today as a family. Have had family meals here many times before including when the pub was under the Hungry Horse brand. Service was exceptional. So friendly, professional and first rate. Great staff throughout. However, the food was very mixed. Seven meals and two starters. Nachos starter ok. Nothing special but ok. Ultimate starter was tasty but small for cost. Seven main meals: steak medium with popcorn sauce good. Gammon very good. 2*double burgers with cheese, bacon a chicken strips, one not bad, one poor and tasted nasty. One portion of chips 50% bigger than the other! Mac Cheese tasted good but very small portion. One chic mix very good, scampi chips and mushy peas, 5 pieces of scampi, one spoon of mushy peas and small chips. Front row f house staff awesome, kitchen staff need to get a grip. Overall disappointing.

My wife and I popped in for coffee and a Butty after dog walk around the woods. We ate outside , que was quick and food soon arrived. Unfortunately the Sausage and Bacon Butty was below what I was expecting as there was one and a half sausage and a solitary piece of bacon, very poor for a £7.50 sandwich!!
