The best fish and chips I have ever had. I am local to Whitstable and sorry I have not been here before. To see your fresh, unfrozen fish been cooked fresh is a rarity. Thank you Clive.

Clive’s Plaice is some of the best fish and chips I’ve eaten. We went for the catch of the day (haddock) which tasted so fresh and perfectly tender. Defo recommend! Also comes with free homemade tartar sauce.

How wonderful to find gluten free fish and chips cooked properly. Lovely light batter delicious and great service from a tiny shack. I would highly recommend

Amazing little find! We sat in the sun and had the loveliest fresh fish with incredible chunky chips. Great price and wonderful service too! Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area :) x

I ordered a large cod and medium chips to take away. The cod was medium warm the chips were nearly cold 🥶 for what you pay that's not good.

The Workers League, 1 Albert StreetThe first time I went, the menu was a bit confusing but the waitress happily explained it. I was a bit dubious at first looking at the prices and all that but oh boy I'd say it's worth every penny. The food was lovely and the service was brilliant especially one waitress, she was 👌(feel like a creep saying that, but yeah she was 👌👌👌👌)
