Thank you from USA mixed 30s touch team - the food and service has been sensational. The selection available and fresh ingredients were brilliant for the teams nutrition and fuelling.

Their açaí bowl is definitely not an açaí- more like a smoothie poured into a bowl. No flavour whatsoever.

Was quite excited to go clean cut today, had been waiting for a chance to go. Bought a macro bowl with tofu and was disappointed. First up, rice was cold. I had ratatouille which looked like it was rotting and the eggplant and zucchini were very sour? Even worse I had chickpeas and sweet potato and the sweet potato tasted like someone had drowned it in nail polish remover, it literally tasted like chemicals. Last thing, I only had 3 small pieces of tofu, it was nothing and it was very difficult for me to eat, sigh. Staff were really nice though.

Fantastic little cafe with amazing customisable food options, vegetarian and vegan friendly and amazing options for hitting your protein count. Staff were really lovely and happy to help with picking out options that fit my friends allergy requirements. Definitely will be coming back next time I am in Nottingham

Buddha bowl is absolute heaven ! Really recommend coming here if you want some clean protien filled food that has lovely spice to it!

found this gem of a restaurant in nottingham, and some of us are vegan/vegetarian and was so impressed with the options for us and how customisable they are. we all had a Buddha bowl, I had it with crispy tofu - which was so good and actually crispy which is surprisingly rare the staff are wonderful, friendly and welcoming and were happy to help us with swapping items out as everything is made fresh! they have a focus on protein and health food which is ideal for us. I'm absolutely coming back next time I am in Nottingham!!

First visit last week, was so good, went back for lunch a couple of days later. Had the mango bowl, and the Thai red curry, both were excellent, with fresh, quality ingredients. Really flavoursome, top stuff.

Absolutely gorgeous food, came quickly and for a reasonable price. Great portion size - absolutely stuffed. Was given a complimentary fibre bar each too, such a lovely touch. Really polite and friendly staff, would definitely recommend and will be back again. We said while we ate that if we lived closer we'd probably come in every day!

My partner and I have been here several times since we moved to Nottingham and we are usually served by Mia who's very professional, kind and friendly. Now that we're staying here for a couple of years we'll be regular customers. All the meal options we tried so far are tasty. We highly recommend the protein booster smoothie. That is a must-have!

Such a shame. Kids meals: sweetcorn came coated in a spicy herb mix (not stated on menu, and when asked was told the sweetcorn comes like that, no option to not have it covered in spice) salad on kids meal is rocket and watercress, not sure how many kids would eat that (and my kids are not fussy eaters at all). Budda bowls we ordered had old rice, crunchy nearly broke a tooth. Service was slow, took around 35 minutes for a table of 4. Not coming back again.

Szabina gave us lovely service and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a problem paying through the website but she was quick to resolve the issue for us. The food was delicious and didn’t take long to prepare either. Will be coming back again soon!

It came to £11.00 for eggs Benedict and bacon and 1 tea . I had no spoon for my tea and tea bag. I had to use my own in my bag.(tea spoon).

Waited 35 minutes for an americano and thats only because I asked where my drink was. No apology when drink was eventually given. Food took 47 minutes when the restaurant was not even half full. Again no apologies for the wait. Would not return. Bad customer service.

Small portion sizes, slow service, had to ask 3 times if we could have a menu. When food was eventually served there were items missing that were clearly stated in the menu. When we questioned this to staff we were aggressively confronted and told we "should be happy with what we've got"......waste of time, McDonald's would have been more satisfying.

If I’d read these reviews before I went I would’ve steered clear🤣. Let me start by saying the food is good so no complaints there - but I had the worst iced coffee I’ve had in my life, don’t expect a refund for it after paying through the QR code though. The waitress in our section was genuinely one of the rudest people I’ve ever met - I don’t have a clue why she is working in customer service. Before we even ordered a table nearby asked politely if she could check on the wait for their food as they’d ordered half an hour ago and already asked her to check and her excuse was that she hadn’t been to the kitchen yet?? She had sooo much attitude and was acting as if they were inconveniencing her. They said well can you go now and she came back swiftly with the food so it had clearly been waiting. After my iced coffee experience I just wanted a bottle of still water which I couldn’t see when ordering online so I asked the waitress if they sold bottled water and she said she doesn’t know. That’s all she said. No checking or anything just that she doesn’t know as if she didn’t work there (she definitely did). I don’t know if this girl was new or had never spoken to a human being before but wtf I had to laugh. Ended up going to the till and getting a tap water and giving them the coffee back. So had to pay for the coffee even though I had a sip and it repulsed me. Waited 40 minutes for avocado on toast too so do yourself a favour and go to literally anywhere else

First visit waited for 1hr fore the food, nice restaurant but the service is terrible, very small portions.

So glad I found this cafe. It was the first time I have been able to eat out in a shopping centre without having to worry about stuffing myself with junk food. There was plenty of choice on the menu - so hard to decide! In the end I ordered the Keto Breakfast and the Berry Skinny Smoothie, plus two cups of tea and the quality of everything was excellent. Drinks came in good time, but the food service was a bit slow (otherwise I would have given 5 stars). I will definitely be looking to eat here again next time I visit the Victoria Centre.

Me and a friend visited here today after passing it a couple of times while shopping has it looked nice. Went in an as I don't drink hot drinks went for the cola and regreted it took 1 sip an couldn't have any more, it was vile tasting and at £3.00 a can certainly poor value. However my friend took a few swigs of it has he was thirsty.

Me and my wife came across this place in Victoria center. First of staff where very friendly and quick to help with the app. I went for the hallumi burger, was beautiful and very filling. Just the right amount of chill jam on there! And the peanut butter jelly protein shake blew my mind . My wife had the macro bowl. She described it as amazing and surprising filling. Beautiful presented. Overall we had a good time.e with brilliant food. Would recommend

This is our first visit to this place but it won't be our last. My husband had the large all day breakfast and i had the steak and eggs. I asked for poached eggs and it was no problem at all, we just need to make a note on our order. The portion sizes were really generous on both meals. The food was good quality, tasty and delivered quickly- impressive since everything is clearly freshly cooked to order. The staff were lovely- really friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place if you want real food that is well cooked and served with a smile! I'll be telling all my friends about this place!

Nice food and quick service, however - ultra disappointed after ordering eggs benedict for £7.50 with no bacon/meat!? 2 poached eggs on one small piece of toast - yet a full breakfast is £9!? Which includes 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, hash browns, mushrooms, tomato..... you understand my point? The component parts and time to make mean ordering my favourite breakfast mean you get totally ripped off - and how is it eggs benedict without a layer of meat?

I have just visited CCK for the first time and can assure you that I will be back! On arrival I was promptly greeted and seated by Bella who was friendly and helpful. Macro bowl was absolutely delicious and just the right size. The other server was Charlotte who went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed and was super friendly and attentive. Overall a top visit and highly recommended, well done guys!

I had a lovely experience at Clean Cut today. The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. In particular, Dale, the manager, was extremely pleasant and accommodating. He is a real credit to Clean Cut. I’ve dined at numerous restaurants in Nottingham, but this experience at Clean Cut was beyond reproach. I opted for the French Toast and my daughter went for the vegan breakfast — both were very different, but equally delicious. I would recommend Clean Cut to everybody and I will certainly be coming back.

My fiancé and I saw this restaurant whilst shopping in Victoria Centre and were enticed by its nice-looking interior. When checking the menu, we found a couple of dishes that seemed decent so we decided to give it a try. We were approached instantly by a waitress who found us a table and encouraged us to order via the app. This unfortunately meant that we’d paid for everything upfront when we wanted to leave after waiting over 40 minutes for what was essentially a chicken salad. During our wait, staff were strolling around aimlessly with nothing to do whilst the kitchen seemed to be at a standstill. The restaurant was less than half-full yet our food took a lot longer than it should have. As the restaurant did not live up to our expectations in both service and food, we will not be returning here.

Tried this place for lunch. It was a first time for me ordering food online in a restaurant but it was quite easy. I am not vegetarian but opted for the vegetarian bowl and chose falafel as the protein addition. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful, and the falafel spicy. The vegetables were very fresh and I will go there again.

Delicious healthy food, they even made me a frothed milk which isn't on the menu! Great service, lovely place!

The customer service was fantastic! I was greeted by a lovely person called Bella, she made sure that I felt welcome and that I was attended to when I was ordering. The food was great and overall just a pleasant experience, 100% would come back again!

I Had the Keto breakfast and can safely say it's the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Tasted amazing! Staff we're really friendly and helpful. Cannot reccomend enough!

Ordering by app from the table was different. It felt somewhat impersonal, however the staff are friendly, helpful and personable - top service. The food is brilliant. The Macro bowls are really delicious and healthy. The eggs Benedict is really well presented and the Hollandaise sauce was the perfect blend of creamy and sharp. Next time I'm in Nottingham I'll be eating here again.

This isn't a subjective review based on my taste but an objective one based on what we saw and had as a meal. We ordered 2 of the macro bowls and they came out with 5 mins of ordering. This means that the ingredients were pre-cooked and not fresh at all and they tasted so. The chunky mango was bland and if not for the taste of mango would have no flavour at all. The med macro bowl had more olives than all the Greek Islands combined and over all tasted not fresh at all. The smoothies were just blended ice and that's all you tasted, seemed like they were either rushed or they just throw things in together hoping it'll taste nice. Besides the friendly staff this place really hasn't got much going for it. The decor is nice to look at but don't let that fool you, save your money and try somewhere else. As avid foodies we have tried thousands of places and this really ranks towards the bottom of the list.

I normally would not leave a feedback for restaurants, but I do feel on this occasion I had no choice given the type of experience I received. My experience at CCK as a first time diner at the restaurant yesterday was terrible, I would of expected the Manager to handle customer feedback professionally, overall the Manager's conduct and behavior was unprofessional, he displaced no customer hospitality care and overall the service was terrible too. When I asked to speak to a Manager (smilingly he said he was the Manager) As a Restaurant Manager I feel the Manager set a bad customer service example to the overall team members who provided a slow poor service in any case. Ultimately I had taken my business elsewhere and really enjoyed my breakfast.

This place is just a 11/10. We have been quite a few times and the food has never disappointed us not even once. Always high standards for the juices as well. And let’s not forget about the customer service, it is just absolutely brilliant. Friendly staff that always do their best to make our day. Shout out to Dayle, he definitely deserves a raise. We love the restaurant!

Lovely place in the shopping centre

Found it the most appealing whilst looking for places to eat. So we decided to try, and boy were we disappointed!! Order system requires all sorts of information that is really unnecessary when all you want is a pizza!! Speaking of the pizza, we actually thought we ordered of the children’s menu. Perhaps put the size in the description? It was tiny. Did it taste good though? I ordered the Briana/Brinka? pizza as the ingredients appealed to me. Very little goats cheese and lots of walnuts, along with the hard base (which I doubt was freshly made) it definitely is one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. Staff are friendly and restaurant is clean. What a let down with the food!

Thought o ordered off the kids menu when it arrived! Sour dough pizza? More frozen Iceland pizza. Tasteless cardboard. Enough for a 4 year old. Don’t waste your time or money in this place

This place is WAY better than the 3.9 it currently has. The macro bowls are delicious, and the salmon you can add for £1 is really good quality. Smoothies are really nice too. We did wait longer than we thought we would have but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend. So this place was so good we came back today (equally great food and much better service this time) we also found out they've not been here long so all the negative reviews that are +1 year-old do not reflect what's happening here now.

Came in for brunch yesterday with my dad. Reasonably priced and a broad choice on the menu. Charlotte was such a delight and we were shocked when she said she was only 16!!! Beautiful smile and always there to help when needed !

Where do I begin? Food was tasty and decently priced, not sure why people moan in the rest of the reviews, but if someone dislikes something - just tell the staff. I'm sure they'll help you out. Anyways, back to topic, Charlotte was great. Super friendly and her smile could melt an iceberg, so... Keep her away from either pole:D Atmosphere was nice, place was clean and food arrived promptly. I'll be definitely coming back to give unsolicited bad jokes to the staff :D

Amazing! Me and my girlfriend went here for lunch and we had an amazing time! The food is sooo good, we had a vegan breakfast and burger and we were so full but it was really nice :) The staff are soo kind as well they really put so much effort in to create a nice atmosphere, extra thanks to Charlotte who was amazing and really friendly, and I overheard the table opposite us saying how lovely she was :)

Very good Café to have smoothies and more variety of drinks. Food decently priced but drinks quite expensive although this is expected for health bars. Food was made in decent time and tasted very good. Lacks usual variety like normal cheaper soft drinks but I suppose that's the point of the Café - to be different.

So wanted to give a better review. I will say the food was great but unfortunately they struggled today with insufficient staff resulting in poor service. Cutlery delivered after the food rather than before, some food missed off of the plates and some food missing and then took too long to get to the table. When approached staff were really friendly and helpful just unfortunately needed some prompting! 🤞 it will get better again. Edit : Message from owner received ... was not aware this was first weekend back .. teething problems to be expected .. it's been tough on all in the hospitality business .. wishing you luck and looking forward to coming back.

The runny poached eggs we asked for (to which we were told "We always make them runny here.") came out rock solid and had to go back. When they went back, the cook (I won't call him chef) proceeded to scoop the eggs out of the cardboard excuses they use as plates with his bare ungloved hand and aggressively slammed them in the bin. His second attempt at poached eggs were no better than his first. They were left uneaten and I've not been back since. I don't support a terrible customer experience by financing it, and Clean Cut Kitchen clearly has low standards of employment, and these people are trusted to handling YOUR FOOD! Not mine anymore. If you like your eggs hard boiled, you'll love this place. If not, you'll have your senses assaulted by the collective stupidity behind the counter.

Chose Clean Cut Kitchen as I wanted to try a healthier option to the usual fare in the city centre (e.g McD, Greggs, Subway, KFC, etc) and spotted this restaurant. The restaurant itself has a clean and simple look to it. Menu offered a variety of options both vegan, vegetarian and meat.We chose the grilled flat breads - I went for BBQ chicken and my wife chose Cheese and Tomato. Must say both sandwiches were tasty and filling.Service was quick and simply presented. Looking at other diners there appeared to be plenty of choices on option.

Love this place! Delicious food and we always get an amazing service! It's usually so hard to get my 10 year old to eat healthy, and even she loves this place! It's her new fave place to eat! The kids meals are fantastic!

Estaba impresionada de que pudiera comer cualquiera de las salsas. ¡No estaba acostumbrado a elegir! Y para mí tengo una dieta cetogénica y fue perfecta, hice mi propio tazón macro e incluso tienen café a prueba de balas en el menú.

Fancied something different and healthy. That's exactly what we got. Really tasty food, good sized portions which are freshly prepared and quickly served. Go for the Bullet Proof coffee, different, but definitely in a good way. Highly recommended.

🏆🏆Meal prep has restored my health SO good... from my energy to my skin & hair.. and attitude 😅 Vibes 10/10. Fresh & true flavours (not greasy and salty) Food 10/10 ( Burgers especially ). Smoothies 10/10. Protein shakes 10/10... Which by the way.. have you had a hot chocolate with vanilla protein.. if not then your SERIOUSLY missing out. They use dark cocoa in their hot choccy too so even that's not just a protein upgrade it's antioxidant too! My miniatures LOVE the atmosphere and their for some reason obsessed with the broccoli here too. 😂 Fab staff... Bubbly and attentive.. who go out of their way to try give you the best responce they can to any queries or additional needs/wants (protein in hot chocolate, which isn't on their menu, yet) what a wicked way to be able to make a consiously better choice when feeding my family in the city 👌👍

I’ve been buying the meal prep plans and I love them! They’ve really helped me maintain a high protein, low carb diet. They are also delicious! Clean Cut are really flexible and if there’s something you don’t like they will swap it out. I highly recommend these as it’s excellent value for money.

Could not ask for a better service the gentleman who owns the business explained the different options available and also tailored my meal prep package to suit my dietary needs as well as my own body goals. Each time I collected my meal preps (twice a week as I requested) I was always excited to see what I had in store, it was like an healthy adult lucky dip! It safe to say I was never disappointed. The flavours and variety was awesome. The staff who served me each time was polite, professional and extremely friendly especially when I would come in with my son, who like most kids is full of questions and they was always happy to answer him and take time explaining things which always makes life easier.

Having communicated with Antonio the Manager, my daughter and I went back for lunch. We’re so glad we did. It is absolutely my kind of food- delicious healthy salads and choices of dressings.(and lots more besides) A medium bowl is plenty. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about Coeliacs and this gave us the confidence to choose. We both had sweet potato and chickpea salad topped with extremely tasty tofu. There was a choice of three gluten free cakes and we both enjoyed the apple and cinnamon cake.

What happened to the restaurant? I was looking forward to having their food ever since I moved from Notts. Every time I come to town I get their Protein bowl (even back when it was still a box) and it got worse bit by bit. Today’s bowl was too bad to overlook. I paid 7£ to get mushed up (left over) veggies and the driest pieces of chicken I’ve ever had, it was literally one big lump of overcooked chicken breast cuts stuck together. I literally had to throw it away (although wasting food is not okay with me!) and made myself some toast. On top of the poor quality, It lacked any flavor. Super bland although I’ve added the Italian tomato sauce. The star was given because one of the girls was very friendly. Never going back.

Good food, nice vibes but in my half hour lunch break they take too long to serve you. Went in today, one person was serving on the till, another staff member behind the till just hanging out and I could see a guy waiting for his order down the other side and no one sorting his order out and as there were two girls infront of me decided to leave. The staff dont seem to be organised and it wasnt even busy. Last time I went in similar thing, not busy took mearly 15 mims to give me a bowl of veg. Chopstix across the way you are in and out within a min and even with massive queues at Greggs round the corner it is quicker to go there. Other than that its a nice place.

Nice food and friendly staff. I recently won a voucher at The Gym Group in Sherwood to use in their store, I ordered the burgers for the kids and they loved it! Will be back again soon. :-)
