Chopstix Restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with fresh, flavorful dishes and excellent service.The food was warm and well prepared. Customer service was really good. Ram’s customer service was welcoming.

This place is so lovely for something completely different the selection is amazing .the food is fresh full of flavour and hot .and spicy if you like that sort of thing .value for money is very good aswell staff so engaging. I Wii be back soonish

I love coming in this place for a late lunch. Good filling food. Lots of options. I find the atmosphere peaceful the music isn't ridiculously loud like some fast food type places. I enjoy sitting here eating my lunch and reading my book! Thank you for the great services again guys!

I went to select and take away supper for 2 people. Staff member DANIEL helped me make the selection that proved to be excellent. We really like Chopstix food for its quality and variety for all tastes. The amount per portion is fine. Daniel was most helpful and very aware of the best selection for us. Full marks to his service.

I recently visited Chopstix and had the pleasure of being served by Jahmal. His customer service was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that instantly made me feel welcome It’s rare to find someone who genuinely seems to care about their customers, but Jahmal is a shining example of excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning to Chopstix and recommending it to others, largely because of the fantastic experience he provided.

Lovely food, good seating, friendly and helpful staff. My one issue would be cleanliness and up keep of the toilet however everything else is tip top

Been here a couple times, more for the entertainment, it's like a circus how poorly this place is ran. First off the portions are small, some of the staff are great, a younger boy is glasses and a man with long hair are both great. Can't say that for some of the others. One guy, Fahadul, started a shouting match behind the counter at the younger boy for touching food with his bare hands, even though he hadn't WHILST I WAS ORDERING! It's especially crazy as I've seen the manager not only touch food with his bare hands, but EATING IT ON SHOP FLOOR!! Incredibly unhygienic, food is either bland or way too spicy. Some very clear problem staff that cause the team to run the place like a circus, management included. Very few redeeming qualities about this place, you've got so many better options nearby in Canterbury, trust me, just eat there instead.

People on shift did not know recipes, servers were rude and the place was an absolute mess. The two workers I interacted with, Robert and Fahadul, we're both slow, distracted and rude to other workers who were clearly doing their jobs. They also just lie to you, telling you a meal deal is cheaper than box and a drink, as well as denying the existence of a small box. If you ask me, you're much better off going to the McDonald's right next to it or Kokoro down the road.

Nice food and friendly staff, we arrived quite late in the evening and they were very amenable even reopening the toilets for my mum

Just had £66 delivery half the order was missing food was cold and poor quality. The vegetable noodles were hard and did not contain vegetables. We called the restaurant to ask if they could deliver the missing items which were in the receipt so paid for. They refused to send the missing items out and told us to contact just eat. They failed to complete the order NOT just eat

Ordered meal, half of items missing. Phone Chopstix Canterbury to be told can’t give refunds and no drivers to send your food to you. Disappointed customer . Even tho we have all these companies now to deliver and a taxi rank outside the doors. Won’t be using again.

We were given the wrong order and ended up driving to the customer that had our food to swap with them! Then when we got to eating what we'd ordered it was quite disappointing. The egg fried rice didn't taste anything like any egg fried rice ive had before. The spring rolls were tasty, quite soggy though. Chicken balls were also tasty. All in all I wouldn't order from here again as better places to get Chinese from.

I pop in often on my lunch breaks and the staff are always so friendly and lovely and the food is delicious!

Twice in a row I have ordered curry from here and not received any curry, only rice. Rice itself has a microwaved flavour and was cold. The one time I successfully got a katsu curry here, it was Chinese curry sauce, not Japanese.

The food was great and so was the customer service. Special thanks to Fahad who gave us freebies :)

Actually more tasty than expected. Got the big night in deal and all 4 of us were full with at least a further meal for two of leftovers. Food was reasonable, pretty generic, but flavoursome enough. Could have been warmer, but we are a bit in the sticks. Exceeded expectations.

Had the MOST AMAZING experience with the food and specially the server FAHADUL. He had been very friendly and patient with us as we took time on deciding what to pick. He has been helpful in recommending what to pick according to our spice tolerance. Definitely recommended for a good meal. Will always choose to come here than any other place

Love the concept, nice and simple with just enough options to try different things. Pricing wasn't super clear on the first visit, with being asked about extras as you go down the line. When you've been a time or two, or studied up in the app it's easy (can't personally read the display boards on the wall and the billboard and signs don't mention all the price variants). Cool that they have an app and loyalty scheme. Absolutely going to go back as it's as nice as their other locations.

Missing food items and food is cold and stale

my food never arrived. waited for over 2 hours with it saying "courier is waiting at restaurant" and no food. driver didn't cancel order, so I have no clue what happened to my food.

The food was really not nice. The egg fried rice was strong, almost raw and very under seasoned. The sauces were okayy, but the small portions. Overall dissatisfied
