The food was really not nice. The egg fried rice was strong, almost raw and very under seasoned. The sauces were okayy, but the small portions. Overall dissatisfied

We had a decent experience. Staff named Adam was super accommodating and helpful! Would definitely recommend if you want a quick bite. Needs top up of sauces though so maybe to say that at the start.

Came in about 9.20. They had run out of my favourite chicken Amie and Adam were so helpful and happily cooked up what we wanted. Their customer service was amazing. Lovely atmosphere and they recommended the best dip I’ve had in a long time. 10/10 on service & food quality. Thank you guys!

I enjoyed my time at Chopstix a lot !y friend and I recieved incredible service from the manager, Ram. He greeted us with a big smile and was patient through our indecisive order making. Even when the resturant was busy, he made sure everyone felt catered and taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend Chopstix to those at Canterbury, not just for the delicious food but for Ram's diligent service.

I had a wonderful experience at Chopstix Canterbury, thanks to Mr. Ram, one of the managers. His polite and humble demeanor added warmth to my visit, and his recommendations made my meal delightful. We tried the bbq Chicken and salt and pepper Chicken, both with generous portions, and the chicken balls were excellent. Mr. Ram's outstanding service truly enhanced the dining experience.

The food was amazing and full of flavors. The service by Ram was excellent. I dined in and found the Red Thai dish so good that I ordered it for takeout as well. Ram made our experience even better with his warm and friendly attitude. I give 5 stars for his exceptional service.

I visited today with my Sister and my 18 month old Daughter. All of the staff were lovely, we were greeted the moment we stepped in. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! Only think I would suggest to make an improvement to the restaurant, would be to have Highchairs available.. it wasn't fun trying to eat my food and keep my Daughter still with her food all in one place, as she couldn't reach the table either.

had a really great lunch fresh and hot noodles so scrummy and the spring rolls where too good nice and cripsy and want to say the cauliflour bites are a must try for everyone :)

Quick, friendly service. Food was presented nicely, with a good choice on offer. The food itself was cooked perfectly, kept hot, and tasted great. Inside the restaurant, there is ample space and a choice of tables to sit at. Clean and tidy. The ambience is much like many other fast food outlets in the locality, but quieter, which I liked. Certainly, it's family friendly, although the menu might not suit the very young. I'd say it is a much nicer dining experience here than one of the 'big' franchises that is nearby, and for teen s and adults, the food tastes a whole lot better.

wrong food delivered to adress

Went in at 8:25 when closing is stated at 9pm to be told most things were unavailable as they were closing soon. Till was already being cashed up. Not sure if closing time is stated wrong on the website, or overly eager staff - but not a great service experience.

A friend and I for lunch while doing some shopping. We would normally have had a burger. But after telling my friend about the meal I had one evening, my friend said he would like to try it. We both enjoyed our meal. The food was great, the staff helpful and friendly. And to my surprise the assistant manager Kyia recognised me from my previous visit. Thank you guys, we had a great time, and we both will be back again soon.

rarely do reviews, but the value for money is great here! i ordered on ubereats and the create ur own box option is great value and v delicious w plenty of options. also, very conveniently packaged and helpful for eating. came w small a fork as well as chopsticks too, everything accounted for. will order more in future!

My friend and I were in need of a good lunch and we thought we would give Chopstix a shot and BY JOE was it amazing! Staff were very friendly and the meal was fantastic! I look forward to returning to Chopstix hungry for more. Well Done Gordon and Kyla and please keep up the grand work!

The restaurant is soo god the curry are are very nice and the nudels are excellent. And the restaurant are clean and staff are nice.

Well fair to say it was ok. The food was fine but a little disappointing. I had the regular box at just under £10 with a drink and three tiny spring rolls which had barely any filling. It was an adequate portion and I did not leave hungry but am not in any rush to return. Decor is basic. A place really to eat and go conveniently located.

Food was delivered just fine but the food itself was really poor quality. The rice, in particular was really hard like it had been left for a long time in the box, open. The spring rolls were awful too. Definitely wouldn't order here and there is better quality for the price out there if sharing for two.

Wouldn’t order again. Salt & pepper chicken was just over seasoned sogginess, the mini chicken balls were just chicken nuggets. Lastly, the rice was just hard and burnt. There were literal dark brown/black clumps of rice because it was so burnt and overdone. Really wasn’t worth the money

The food was terrible. The rice was hard, not cooked well, and the noodles were dry and flavourless. Disappointed by the chicken and overall a waste of money! Full of salt. If you're looking for Asian food do not waste your time here, you will only be let down with cheap rubbish.

So happy there is a store in Canterbury and I've been many times now. Always great service and hot fresh food. Although gutted to find out that the all leaf no beef teriyaki is going as I literally love it and not just because im a vegan but so glad the manager gave me a heads up.

Decent lunch at Chopstix today. Went for the large meal with caramel chicken, salt n pepper chicken and BBQ chicken too with rice and noodles. Felt dissatisfied that there wasn’t another meat option that wasn’t chicken but still was rather delicious. I do find with chopstix that there could always be a bit more sauce but apart from that- it was still very lovely.

this is usally a very good place the food is always great and most of the staff are very friendly and helpfull but today i went in and was serverd by Gordon and his service was not good he is so rude and unhelpful if gordon is in aviod if hes not there it is a very good place to eat.

Me and my wife went here as we wanted to try it out We came in, we was welcomed, everyone was friendly, Kyia who served us she was very kind and looked after us while we ate and made sure everything was alright, we definitely will be coming back again soon. As we was served with the best customer service and the food was amazing, If there was more stars I would give it. I must say we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food and the staff, we highly recommend going there

this is a lovely fast food place I went in for the first time the other day. the staff where all very friendly especially Kyia the restrant was nice and clean and the food was amazing much better then all the other fast food restrants on the high street.

Lovely staff (Gordon is always very friendly!) and it’s a nice easy stop off for a quick lunch. 100% would have given 5 stars if there was a spoon with the cutlery, there’s always left over rice because I just don’t have the dexterity for chopsticks and forks aren’t rice friendly! ;)
