Pleasant surroundings outside, unfortunately the food was not too a very high standard. Ham and piccalilli sandwich, ham tasteless (wafer thin and breaded, supermarket family pack springs to mind). Should have been advertised as a Piccalilli sandwich, Coffee was fine.

A thank you to the very nice young lady who served me with a cheerful greeting and a very good cup of black coffee. The array of items on the menu and sweet treats were very tempting, but alas, I settled for just the coffee today. Otherwise, I've always enjoyed everything when I've dropped in. Love that well behaved dogs are welcome ( outside in the covered area). A quiet, relaxing place to steal away a refreshing moment. Prices are all quite reasonable- which is difficult with all costs ( fuel, energy, food stuff prices on the rise). Anyway, well done Chocotastic, a great addition to Ledbury's downtown offerings.

Nice homemade cakes, friendly service and generous portions. Dog friendly. Lovely seats outside We asked for bags to take tge rest of our cakes home, too good to be wasted and too much to eat all that we had ordered.

It’s got a nice ambience as set back from the main thoroughfare down some news. Makes a good cup of tea. Quite disappointed with the food, the cheese toastie was bland and the coleslaw just didn’t taste good, I left it which isn’t like me.

This place is fantastic! I ordered a personalised chocolate bar for my nephew’s 7th birthday. He loved it! It was a real Willy Wonka moment.🍫 Thank you, Heather and everyone at Chocotastic for putting this smile on his face! 🤗💜

Hidden, out of the way down a little mews off main road. Actually found it quite nice but a lot of notices everywhere. A couple of tables inside, some under shelter and some in courtyard. Dog friendly. It is card only which it states outside before you enter. Only went for a drink and a cake but the chocolates on offer looked very nice.

Only just ordered the coffee to be told no cash card only. No one had a card so we left before we even looked at the menu. Never go there again

Been to this place a few times over the years when visiting family in Ledbury. No more! Never been very good but today reached a new low. Just wanted our food to arrive at the same time so we could eat together, fat chance! I get the real feeling they don’t care. We had to go in to ask three times. This must be why Greggs is so busy. We won’t trouble them again and I don’t t think they’ll worry about that!

Love the drinks and treats each time we come to this little cafe up the alley way. The staff are lovely and chatty and it’s great that dogs are allowed too.

One staff member on duty for a cafe and shop, tables were not cleared and the staff member showed no inclination to come out and clear them. I went inside to buy some chocolate and when I got to the till I tried to pay with cash and was told it was card only. I hadn't seen any notices in the shop and there was just one at the till.

Stopped here to look at the chocolate shop and have an ice cream. The two packets of Oreo fudge and chocolates I bought turned out to be mostly sugar and palm oil with no chocolate in the chocolates. I was over charged for the fudge which should have been £1 from the reduced section, but I was charged full price £2.50. To cap it all the ice cream cone I paid £2.60 for contained a tiny golf ball sized scoop of ice cream which disappeared into the cone! I think they need to train their new staff before they serve the customers.

This is a nice little cafe in a nice quiet location with some really nice items. But do not have the cheese scones - I love cheese scones but this was the worst I have ever had - basically a plain scone with a sprinkling of cheese baked on the top. Such a disappointment.

We called in to this coffee shop and was given one of the worst cups of coffee for long time. It took ages for it to arrive and when it did we both though UGH and left it. We also had to pay by card which we didn't want to do, preferring to pat by cash

Not the best Chocolate shop in the world with a limited selection but I enjoyed the few items that I bought. Very nice people and I shall return

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The menu was varied but not too much choice. We opted for jacket potato and a flat bread. Fresh and well presented.

I absolutely love being in this place and it has a beautifully calm feel. However I am totally astonished by the dolls-house size servings for lunch- at normal lunch prices. I almost asked them if they hadn’t accidentally given me a kiddie’s portion - for a cheaper price- as for over £9 I got two slices of delicious small rye toast, about 7 very small lettuce leaves, 4 olives and a small pot of delicious dip. All very tasty but absolutely not a main course. I know I these are locally sourced ingredients but this felt really wrong. I will definitely return for post lunch coffees but will make sure to eat somewhere else where I can fuel up for lunch before hand.

Been to this lovely pub for Sunday lunch many times, never disappoints. Everything about this place is positive from the lovely friendly staff who can't do enough for you. It is a welcome throwback to how a local pub used to be, a real gem, long may it continues.
