Great service, always friendly and great desserts

Firstly my Milkshake was good. But my cookie dough was awful.it arrived cold and a mess. I ordered a apple crumble cookie dough. Which said warm apple sauce, crumble and cinnamon sugar.it was covered in chocolate sauce! Not listed on description. A teaspoon of Roast dinner apple sauce and a sprinkle of porridge oats (crumble )no cinnamon at all.it was not nice to look at let alone even eat! They did offer me a replacement but after waiting an hour for my first order.I declined.

We order from here regularly just tried the chicken burger amd fries tonight 10/10 very tasty chicken burger was better than kfc by far highly recommended for both snacks and dessert

Always enjoyed the desserts from here, the quality and the food is delicious and can’t recommend them enough, will be ordering again!

Normally at least 10-20 minutes late. Food is amazing but delivery service isn’t the greatest when you’re in a rush.

Yummy desserts & milkshakes! They have always came fresh not melted, still warm and ice cream still cold and milkshakes even with fresh whipped cream intact, very impressed. We have ordered for delivery to markfield from just eat twice now, and have been very delighted with both orders. The delivery time is over an hour but it was expected as both times we ordered late at night and we are further to travel but was impressed with how our food was delivered I had the kinder biscotti stick waffles and everytime they have been spot on! White kinder milkshakes are beautiful and my partner loves the brownie waffles / cookie dough, haven’t got a bad thing to say and was happy to leave a glowing review

We are a little spoilt in this day and age... In my day there was zero chance of having decent coffee, a quality cheesecake and few extra treats at 10 pm. Thanks Chocalatte for service, fully recommended.

unfortunately the shop closed and order was closed as delivered 25/30 minutes before it even arrived. it took almost two hours from delivery to come. we usually like this place but I won't be ordering again

Ordered through Uber eats. Arrived an hour and a half later… when it came it had a strawberry with it. Allergy advise stated strawberry allergy as well as putting it in the comment for that order. Emailed them to complain and didn’t even receive an email back. Very poor service, would not recommend.

The desserts and drinks are actually 10/10 but im sorry the delivery/service is awful. It took 3 hours for our order to be delivered tonight (09:45pm-11:45pm) The delivery guy was very apologetic and rang at 11:22pm to explain that something had dropped out the bag, but this isn't the first time the delivery has taken this long. It's such a shame

Panini tasted amazing (chicken tikka) although it did seem like someone had pressed it flat 🤣 like...really squashed. But still lovely! nachos and extras were great too, as was the wonderful ferreo rocher cheesecake 😋 thanks guys! I order from you and it's never a disappointment.

I don't know who needs to know this but my guy is doing bits with that new pistachio white chocolate waffle, perfect service 10-10 food, expect a little delay but it's only for the best, everytime this guy has never let me down

Wonderful waffle and shake, freshly made with care for presentation and delicious. Highly recommend and will be our go-to for desserts.

Our food was one hour late. When we tried to call the restaurant to cancel our order (which was changed to be scheduled for well after 10pm), they had taken their phone off the hook so we spent an hour trying to call them to no avail.

Food is always nice that comes, but it’s always late. Everytime. You could give them 24hours to prepare your order, and it will still come late.

We order from these guys all the time and the foods unreal, literally our favourite place. Unfortunately tonight the just eat driver couldn’t find the house (never had this issue before) to the point when he eventually did the food would be ruined. In future we’ll just collect to avoid the stress.

What’s not a wafle what I received and it’s definately not worth a money. Red velvet is more like a cheesecake not normal cake. You should say it as my parnet does not like cheesecakes and he was disapointed

I highly recommend. We Ordered a full round, chocolate pot, waffle stick & cookie dough for delivery. Online ordering was very easy and it wasn’t too long a wait for the food to be delivered by a friendly delivery guy. It was absolutely delicious with plenty of toppings and ice cream served in a separate pot. Will definitely return!
