Whilst wanting to keep this superb service top secret, I also want them to succeed. You book via WhatsApp a time slot and they send you a menu to select from. Monthly specials are worth it. This is delivery only, placed lovingly in tiffin tins, which are collected the next morning. Slots go quickly, so get in there; you won’t regret it.

We’ve ordered from Chilli Shaak a few times and always been blown away by the service and the food. Highly recommend the chicken saag, cauliflower curry, and the pilau rice which could be a meal in itself. Thank you!

One of things that disappoints me about my home town is the quality of Indian takeaways. Maybe I've been spoiled as I've lived in two great curry centres - Bradford and Tooting - but I've been let down by so many takeaway places here. Not this time. I knew I was in for something different when I learned that food was delivered in dabbas rather than those tin foil containers. And this meal certainly was different: rather than the bog standard spicy gravy so many places serve, each dish was differently spiced - there was plenty of cinnamon which made the meal particularly fragrant. Even the pickle served with the poppadoms - a pungent mix of carrot, methi and mango - had a unique taste. The portions were generous and served piping hot - we're definitely up for experiencing Chilli Shaak again

Fantastic authentic Indian food from the Chilli Shaak. They are in demand and so you’ll need to plan ahead and prebook. The chilli shaak deliver their food in tiffins rather than disposable takeaway pots and collect the next day. Which is a great added touch. They are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Been to Kukis a few times now and it has never disappointed! The chef was very helpful in recommending dishes and clearly knows what he's doing!! Great prices and good beer served on tap. All round wicked experience every time I go! 5/5

Wasn’t particularly hopeful of good food when Sharwood’s poppadoms were bought to the table. Four poppadoms and chutneys for over £5 is taking the p anyway but to serve shop bought ones is not on. No excuses. The meat thali was very tasty but the roti was incredibly oily. Not bad value at £22 for the thali though.
