Finally an Indian take away that's super delicious, we tried the chicken tikka, chicken jalfresi and the chicken tikka masala - all delicious!

We had fantastic food delivered to our hotel room last night. The wait was so quick from order to delivery! It was all piping hot and full of flavour. Our chicken dishes were all tender with the right level of spice (madras was hot and Bhuna so flavoursome) the Cauliflower Bhaji was fantastic! Portions were generous sizes as well. Would defiantly recommend and would use again when visiting Brighton

We are regulars who order from Aminas kitchen - once we found it I knew that we would never go elsewhere. Not only is it actually cheaper than most, the food is genuinely fantastic. Especially the sag aloo, Rogan josh, any of the chefs specials. Generous portions, great price and delicious. To top it off the guys are lovely and also run a charity that helps local homeless people too so I am always happy to give them my custom. If you're looking for an Indian take away I couldn't recommend it more

To find a consistently rated ‘excellent’ rated take-away is rare indeed - Amina’s is that and more. The Lamb Naga is a really tasty and visually vibrant dish (although I’ve eaten hotter) worth trying, the chicken Begun (aubergine) was a sublime marriage made all the better for a decent amount of coriander. Tarka Dhal didn’t disappoint it was thick with a great balance of garlic and masala. - what was surprising was the lack of any biriyanis on the otherwise comprehensive menu. A nice touch is 10% off if you pick up your own food - good for the environment and cheaper too!

We visited here with our 2year old and the cook did amazing butter chivkeb with no chilli, but wonderfully flavoursome. She loved it and so did we. We loved the chicken Bhuna. We loved the food so much that we put in a special request order for her birthday party a few weeks later. We ordered Bengali style roast chicken and the whole family had only good things to say about it. It was amazing food and great service

I ordered the naga masala from here tonight through Deliveroo... took a chance as never eaten from here before and was pleasantly surprised, the only drawback was I didn’t know what meat if any came with this dish as it doesn’t state on their menu on Deliveroo, it turned out to be chicken tikka which was very nice, tender and flavoursome with no fatty bits in it. After ordering Indian takeaways time and again and being disappointed this was refreshing and good to know I now have a new decent Indian takeaway.

It is also almost impossible to find a decent Indian restaurant in the area. So many closed down and you are left with the expensive boutique places in the lanes.... Until now. So this is a cafe, with prices to match and food to put other eateries to shame. It is a simple family run take out with a few tables for those who wish to eat in. It's worth staying to eat, the owner is very charming and full of great stories and chat. The food is some of the most authentic Indian I have tasted in a long time. Made with original ingredients and cooked to perfection by the owners Uncle! There are a few dishes not on the menu, so just if you are feeling adventurous. Just don't be put off by the decor. They are newly opened and it shows but can only improve.

Got takeaway from here last night - great tasting jalfrezi and dhansak, good meat:sauce ratio and excellent value. Lamb could have been slightly more tender but tasted great. Also, no option to order poppadums on the menu - are they included if you order chutney? We did receive some free anyway though!

Whilst wanting to keep this superb service top secret, I also want them to succeed. You book via WhatsApp a time slot and they send you a menu to select from. Monthly specials are worth it. This
