O restaurante é muito procurado por quem mora nas redondezas não só pela qualidade, mas porque faz entregas bem rápidas. Tudo pode ser pedido na página deles; no caso de pagamento com cartão, há de se ligar pra estabelecimento com o número do pedido e eles fazem a cobrança ao telefone. As porções são generosas e uma (curry e arroz) dá para duas pessoas que não estiverem com tanta fome. O sabor é realmente autêntico e há versões com salmão e até pato. O preço poderia ser menor e poderiam também ter alguma promoção ou cartão de fidelidade, mas nada que desabone o estabelecimento.

Excellent service and very good food quality. The only thing that probably personal preference was the Bhuna and Sag Aloo abit oily,but was very tasty and a smoky deep taste in the background.

CAN BUY MORE AUTHENTIC INDIAN FOOD FROM A SUPERMARKET! Decided to come to this restaurant following some positive recommendations from friends for my birthday. As soon as I walked through the door there was a terrible atmosphere and I felt very unwelcome. We were seated at the back of the restaurant near the fish tank where there was a freezing cold draft coming from the back wall. It then took ages for our drinks to arrive and even longer for food. When the food arrived we were very disappointed with the portion sizes (with only 3 or 4 tiny pieces of chicken in each curry)! Furthermore my son ordered a tandoori mixed grill which only had around 6 small pieces of mixed lamb and chicken for £12.99! The lamb was rock hard and inedible. As for the chicken, it was all clearly frozen, had no flavour and was anaemic - clearly not cooked in a tandoori oven as claimed. All of our dishes had horrible, rubbery frozen chunks of chicken which most definitely were not chicken tikka as they had no flavour. My daughter had a chicken tikka Massala which was a very bland korma with red food colouring mixed in. I know this because the only flavour that it had was coconut. I had a chicken tikka Malayan which had more pineapple than chicken and, as it appears to be common in this restaurant, absolutely no flavour at all. We were so unhappy with our food that we got up to pay before the plates had even been cleared from our table. Upon doing this, the staff didn’t ask whether everything was ok. They simply took my money (over £100) and didn’t even wish me goodnight or goodbye. This was an absolutely awful experience and I will never be returning or recommending to anyone! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have takeaways from here every few weeks and have never been disappointed. Prompt delivery, food nice and hot and the flavours are out of this world. I don't go anywhere else for Indian food.

The food from this restaurant was delivered cold. Every dish was made up of mostly onions. The flavours were not right. Will never get food from them again

Friendly staff, good food at reasonable price.

Ordering and delivery was quick and easy, food was hot and all together tasty, my only grip/suggestion/request is please lose the food colouring! The mint sauce looked like it was radioactive green and the masala was so bright red I’m surprised bulls from the nearest farms weren’t bashing their gates down to charge at it. Just no need for it as the taste is good, please just keep it natural! Thanks

Went for our lunch here on Xmas day the food was beautiful lovely quality food fluffy naan breads and crispy warm poppadoms I love the red sauce for dipping friendly staff thankyou will be booking again next year and just on our way to get a takeaway for New Year’s Eve

Food and services was amazing! Chicken was tender the onion bhaji was crispy and flavourful recommend the bindi bhaji and garlic chicken also want to give a shout out to Muqit I think his name was brilliant stand up guy very professional and a good laugh fully Recommend this restaurant

Had takeout and ordered the lamb vindaloo with pilau rice and naan for around £17. It was lovely! Food was delivered hot and it was nicely packaged. Would eat there again and recommend to anyone! Cheers!

I've had a few takeaways from here this year. Always great but tonight's was the best yet. I had Chicken Balti with special fried rice and my partner had Salmon Dansak with mushroom rice. The Balti was SO tasty and my partner said the same thing about her Dansak. Both rices were lovely. And some awesome bhajis! Excellent, thank you!!

My wife and I went here for our date night… We hadn’t booked a table,we just turned up and they were very accommodating. Service was very good and the food was very nice. No doubt we will be returning in the near future.

It was the first time visiting this place while in tha area today. We were all pleased with the whole dining experience and will definitely return. The staff were very proud of their menu and rightly so.

Awful. Chicken korma which was seemingly cooked in condensed milk. Should absolutely not have been sold for public consumption. No filter on this photo. Was hoping for something t decent- will not be ordering again.

Currently our place of choice when it comes to Indian cuisine. Being one of our favourite dishes we've tried lots of local and a far restaurants and Spice Tandoori ticks our boxes. Primarily because the kids like a lamb birianni and the one here is not overly spiced, everywhere else just seems to add to much heat.

Got my order wrong and refused to recognise that. I have been a many times returning customer that they have now lost. Very short sighted approach. Sad really when compared to the lifetime value of a loyal customer.

I order from Spice Tandoori all the time (through Just Eat) and usually have a vegetable madras. Last night I had the tandoori king prawn tikka massala with peas rice. So delicious. One of the tastiest curries I've ever eaten. I was surprised by the amount of prawns, the portions are really generous. Recommended.

Awful, awful, awful. Dried out burnt brightly coloured food, which after a phone call the man who answered admitted using food colouring! Onion bhaji, toxic colour yogurt sauce that shrek would be proud of, tikka masala the colour of Liverpools football kit, Nan bread could be rolled back into dough, Samosa all pastry no filling, just AWFUL. Threw most of it in the bin. Never again.

Friendly warm greeting. Quick service, delicious food. From a starter to the chocolate delivered w the check. This was mixed starter, lamb Vindaloo & lamb Palak. Wonderful, professional and priced well. Very good choice. Big menu. Something for everyone.

Went with a group of business contacts on the basis of a recommendation Food and service were good but the best bit was the 80’s music in the background which meant we had a “trivia” competition every time a new song came on !

We live in Hove and usually use the Indian restaurants on Church Road. However in recent times the quality of the takeaways have been hit and miss - with some overly oily mains being delivered to our house. We therefore decided to branch out to new places. We ordered four mains and three starters from Spice Tandoori. The starters were tasty but small. Two tiny meat samosas and a small lamb tikka. The prawn puree was good. The mains were chicken curry, lamb vindaloo and a chicken sylhet. All were very tasty with good quality meat. No oil in sight. The price point was a little cheaper than the Church Road places. Excellent value for money even if the starters were too small. We will order again in future.

It was really nice and it had a big selection of food. Nice atmosphere and staff. We were welcomed by the manager. Food was very nice. Price wise it was good. I will definitely recommend it and go again myself. It has also the home delivery option.

I came here with my daughter after her cricket practice for dinner, a very nice traditional curry house. Naan were obviously made fresh and the food was good value and tasty. Jalfrezi was a decent level of spice and my daughter liked her tikka. Cobra was good and cold. Will come back again!

I can’t recommend Spice Tandoori highly enough Their dishes are exceptional value, flavour & size. The Lamb Pathia is amazing! The staff are kind, helpful & after a dish we had needed swopping they were efficient about it, so quick & it tasted delicious Thank you & will be coming back again & again!

website dosent work and wouldn’t re do our order when we have been waiting and hour for them to say we never orderd it. do not come here.

Nearly every single thing I have ordered from the menu turns out being exactly the same...chunks of chicken in a sort of sweet tomato-y red sauce. Garlic chicken? Can't taste any garlic whatsoever, and its in the sauce. There is also never any discernible difference between cheese naan and garlic naan. No matter which rice you order it looks and tastes exactly the same. The huge variety on the menu is entirely illusion. My other half is quite happy with his dish he always orders from here and loves it, but I've given up at this point and would prefer to eat nothing than get yet another dissappointing few bits of chicken in a red sauce meal.

Hugely disappointing! Lumpy inedible rice, gristly meat, overly dry bhaji’s and complete lack of flavour. This was my first and certainly last time I venture to spice tandoori.

I love this place, ever since 1982 it has been my favourite curry restaurant.

Had a cracking meal @ this restaurant last night. I’ve eaten @ more tandoori restaurants than I care to remember but this was right up there. Great service (though it was quiet) and food was spot on. Poppadoms and chutneys to start followed by a chicken madras, pilau rice and a chilli naan that had a real kick - just as I like it. Coconut ice cream to finish washed down with a nice pint of cobra. Great value @ £29.

Worst food and taste is yuck. The curries are so sweet and taste is worst and I asked it is not spicy and the person gave green chills to eat along with curry it shows too much disrespectful towards the customer. As per your review by owner Look the food I order is all spicy curries and we ask to bring spicy curry but finally we got sweet curry And one more thing we came there to have food not to leave the food just like that how you bring and pay the bill and leave. We are asking the staff to order the food and they are not responding properly and busy in servicing the other customers. Well that’s good but they need to respond everyone equally . We waited for 15min and later they took my order. When we mentioned this curry (madras) is too sweet he gave me 4 green chilli’s to eat along with curry What is that ???

This was our first visit (for a family celebration) recommended by a friend. The food was excellent as was the service and the staff were very attentive. We will certainly visit again and recommend to friends and neighbours. Reasonably priced.

Just had a delivery from Spice Tandoori, food bordering on cold when it arrived. Mixed starter tough and luke warm. Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi very poor and luke warm. Peshwari nan, very poor and sweaty like it'd been sitting a while. Much better food in the past when sitting in the restaurant but certainly when paying £50 plus for a takeaway I'd expect abit better than what was offered.

A hidden gem with tasty dishes.

Here we go. Decided to try a different curry house for a change.Been using two different local places to date. The missus decided to give this place a go after seeing good reviews. The mains in the tubs was half filled compared to the previous curry houses which are full. Also where the hell is the quantity of chicken in my madras dish a!. Disappointing. Mushroom rice didn't even taste of mushrooms only had a few sprinkles of mushrooms at best. The bhajees was real dry. The best bit was the the mint sauce stuff has anyone seen something like that, Definitely sticking to what i know that's for sure.

It was our first time eating here tonight and we were really impressed! It’s not very often that we leave a review for somewhere but we felt we needed to for this place as it was just so good. The food was made fresh. It was authentic, flavoursome and tasty! Portion sizes were generous. Great price too. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant was spotless! We will 100% go back again, but next time we will bring friends and family with us so they can enjoy it too. 10/10!

Went to Brighton from london to celebrate my husband’s birthday with some friends and the service was appalling. My husband likes Indian food and apparently this restaurant is 4.5 star. So I booked it. Our friends reached there before me and the person in charge was very rude. Made them wait inside of showing them the table. When I came in he asked me how many people instead of the name of who booked the table.he asked me how many are there. I said 6 after counting then started meeting my friends. He snapped at me saying I asked you a question and you didn’t answer. I told him I said ) and he started arguing with me. One friend couldn’t come so there was only) of us. Then He made us wait and swap a 4 seater table to a 2 seater one so that he could made our table a six seater just to give the 4 seater table to a couple who didn’t book and just walked in. H they took 30 mins to take our orders. Food came 1 hour afterwards. Takeaways were given priorities He was so rude when taking orders too. Will never go again. That man had no manners. He was even fighting his staffs in front of us. Food wasn’t that great, I don’t think they have much Indian restaurants in Brighton that’s why it’s got 4.5. The service was a disgrace.

Food was really delicious. We had paneer tandoori and it was great. Naans also really fresh and lovely. Service very efficient and friendly. They put up with a large table with small children very well! It was fairly pricey but certainly worth it. Found it hard to park nearby but generally thoroughly recommend.

For a 'local or regular' curry it ticks all the boxes. Tasty food, good value for money, friendly and attentive staff and a nice atmosphere. It's slightly off the beaten track but don't let that put you off, head down and have a nice curry.

I reckon this is the best Indian restaurant in Sussex. The food is terrific, the staff are really friendly and attentive without being 'in your face', and the interior would not be out of place in London. They also run a busy take away service.

Ordered Chicken tikka biryani, madras hot sauce, chicken madras, garlic nans & onion bhaji. Couldn’t fault, competes with best ever curries that I’ve had over my many years. 10/10 great value and service. If you haven’t had a curry from here, give it a try.

I arrived at the restaurant after a long drive home from kent. I had checked the website and was excited to see that the buffet was on offer in the evening. How disappointed I was to be told that it wasn't. As a disabled person with mobility issues the walk to the restaurant was painful so to be told no buffet..not good. I opted for a takeaway of 4 dishes and half a cobra while I waited. The rude,dismissive ,abrupt and completely arrogant member of staff was not helpful l. The price came to £28.99 of which I questioned. I had been charged for a main dish of duck tikka when I had asked for a starter. The rude member of staff wouldn't entertain a refund and dismissed me like I was garbage without any apology for the mistake. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN. I ADVISE YOU READING THIS TO DO THE SAME...ALL THE DISHES WERE DISGUSTING!

Having lived in Brighton for years & driven past this restaurant so many times we were inspired by reviews here to finally give it a try...we didn't know what we'd been missing!! Great food, friendly service & terrific value. The Sylheti Special Lamb was delicious. Do not be put off by the fact it's not in the centre of town. I'm already looking forward to my next visit !!

Good food, nice cosy place. They mixed up the veg and the meat initially but the staff were kind enough to replace it immediately.

we get a take away week after week from here and it is always consistent and always tastes great , I have a dansak which is a hot curry but I can't do hot but love the flavour of a dansak so always ask for it mild which it always is and always tastes amazing it really is our weekly treat ! best curry I have ever had.

Four of us went this week, 4 different dishes plus sides and all of it was excellent quality and very tasty. Staff were attentive without being over the top and the restaurant was really comfortable and clean. One of us is going back tonight with other friends it was so good.

First order was one of the best I have had in a long time so this week ordered again. Not as good had a balti both times but second time was too hot for me and flavour slightly different although still delicious. Meat very tender and rice cooked very well

We have been customers for many years. Sadly, the boss ( the owner ) has ordered that we do not order from his restaurant again because we complained that their Korma had a strange/different taste. They replaced the korma but we had the exact same food again. If he had told me it’ll be the same, I would have told him not to bother! Very unfortunate, after I called again to tell him that it’s the exact same weird tasting dish, he told me that they will no longer take any orders from us. The owner was very rude on the phone. I was happy to return the food he got but he refused and hanged up the line. Unfortunately, we won’t be ordering again and I would like to tell the owner that his restaurant is not the only Indian shop in town. Good luck!

We fancied something different for our Christmas Dinner this year and opted to collect an Indian takeaway. By far the best service. We were able to email beforehand and order exactly what we wanted and arrange a collection time for Christmas day. The food was absolutely beautiful 5***** quality. Beautiful bright colours and tasted delicious. The staff were lovely and very helpful. And will 100% now become our regular Indian takeaway.
