Omg first time we have been to chennai express in fleet on 27th of July, the the restaurant is fantastic inside ,we were shown our table ordered drinks very prompt with the drinks.as this is street food and always want to try different dishes one of staff came over to us and explained about what I ordered ( crab meat balls ) omg they fantastic from start to finish, in our opinion probably the best restaurant in fleet. It was a lovely evening of good food and good service. It was my first time here but I will definitely be back again. Chloe who took our order was a delight and had good knowledge of the menu. The food selection was a nice change from other standard Indian restaurants.

This is s brilliant restaurant with a great atmosphere. The menu is interesting and the service is terrific. The staff are friendly and on the ball. The food each time we have dined here is excellent, top quality. Definitely a great Fleet destination

What a amazing place! Freshingly extensive and Unusual menu selection. Styled as an Indian street food market making you feel like your in a tropical country. The service was exceptional and had a wonderful explanation of the menu options. We ordered popadoms which were 3 different types and were given a dosa to try which takes 3 days to prepare, which is a large crispy crepe with 3 different dips. This is highly recommended and would make a great alternative to popodoms. All 3 mains were fabulous particularly the seabass wrapped in a banana leaf. I ordered the crab meatball curry also amazing. For dessert I ordered cheese ice cream topped with pistachio that looked like a wedge of cheese. This was home made and not so sweet as Normal ice cream. We were kindly given a rose ice cream and rose liqueur which was not to our taste but smelt divine. the Indian baileys also divine which was also given to us to try, which I would definitely have again.

Absolutely delicious food, best Indian food ever. The flavours are amazing and beautifully served. This restaurant is a revelation. Will be back very soon as the menu has so much choice.

Chennai Express is always my go to in Fleet for a delicious Indian but this evening they surpassed themselves with the Festival of Colour! Chloe and the other staff not only provided fantastic service but also danced for us! Can’t wait for the next event 😃

Fleet has so many curry houses and all are different in their own way….but none are quite like this place My first ever time for trying Kerala, S Indian cuisine was at my all time favourite Tharavadu in Leeds I immediately fell in love with the flavours, the seafood and new tastes that I hadn’t experienced at the traditional N Indian curry restaurants So imagine my joy to find out, tonight, that I actually have a restaurant on my doorstep that produces similar flavours From the outside, it looks like it could be a cafe Once you’re inside, you feel like you’re in a fancy high end restaurant The service was great and our waiter was very helpful and informative - especially for my colleagues who were new to S Indian cuisine The food itself, although doesn’t quite match the levels created by Tharavadu, it satisfied my craving The portions are smaller than what you can find at Tharavadu, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing I also feel, Chennai Express, could do with making the dishes a tad bit more spicy But overall, I’m happy this place is in Fleet and I can’t wait to go back And that’s why it deserves it Five Stars from me

Perfect Lunch Menu - Small plates, indian street food - wow!! it's great. Chicken 65.... the flavours!! Had 4 dishes between the two of us, Dosa Masala, Samosa Chat, Medu Vada & Chicken 65 - good size plates and amazing quality food. Great Service and Staff.

Four of us came here for lunch on Mother's Day. We were all really impressed with the food, the service and the atmosphere. Great to try out some different dishes for a change and all of them were delicious. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The toilets were clean and spacious. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

We normally visit the Chennai Express in Basingstoke but ventured out to Fleet, so pleased we did, the restaurant décor and atmosphere is just beautiful, lots to look at and very stylish. The toilets I have to add are very nice, spotless and plenty of room, well thought out. We were given a very warm welcome, everyone very friendly and attentive. The wine was definitely gorgeous. The menu has a few more things on it, well worth a try. Our food was absolutely delicious, the flavours had us saying Mmmmmm the whole meal.
