Came for a friend's charity gig in the function room. Was looking forward to it a lot. Had a great time. Reasonably priced, good sized place. Very enjoyable time. Not a bad location at all!

I recently stumbled across the United Services Club in Cheltenham town centre, up the road from Boots. It was a Sunday and we were looking for a good Sunday Roast. The banner outside drew us in and we would like to say how fantastic the food was.There was plenty of choice, Turkey, Gammon, Pork with Crackling and lovely Beef. What impressed us the most, however, was the lovely home-made yorkshire puddings and stuffing and proper gravy. This is certainly a rarity in this day and age.The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I must admit it was a very pleasant surprise and at £6.50 great for the pocket.If you have room, try one of the desserts, there is always something home-made on offer. I had the home-made Rhubarb crumble, delicious.
