Five star customer service. The staff were helpful, polite and ensured all food orders were made tailored to the customer, e.g asked if wanted butter, sauces etc (rather than assuming) and even when served food to the table asked if anything else was wanted. Staff also were very efficient to quickly bring the queues down. One of the best Chatwin branches I’ve visited in the past 2 years! The staff are exceptional and the food and drinks were high quality, worth a visit.

Staff are super friendly , i usally order a gingerbread man and 2 sausage rolls from here and their both delicious

Lovely chocolate eclair and cream roll. I needed tea to wash it down. Served by friendly staff too. Brill all around 👍

Great selection of cakes & bread. The staff are fab & so helpful/ friendly.

The fudge donuts are amazing and the savoury rolls are out this world, legendary.

Lovely staff really chatty really nice bread cakes and sandwiches freshly made. Bacon and sausage rolls a little hard and cremated They do sell out very very quickly best to go early

Lovely food in there, they're not mean with their sandwiches either. Nice lady serving very pleasant overall I'll say its a cracker shop for your dinnerand I'll be back when in the area

Got a sausage and egg roll this morning and was charged £4.20. I actually went back in to the shop to check if i had been overcharged, nope, that was actually the correct price. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF !
