Good top rate food staff excellent especially to the young carver.

Can't fault anything at this place. Clean, friendly service, good food. A little pricey but it's a chatwins.

Normally I have a great experience coming here but this time a server named Julie completely ignored me when I walked in and served another customer who walked in after me first. She should really work on her customer service:

Absolutely lovely hot roast baps. Cooked to perfection and the staff are always welcoming and happy to help, especially someone as picky as myself who doesn’t like any fat on the meat. They make sure it’s how I like it. Go here 2-3 times a week and couldn’t recommend enough.

Need to start putting tamper stickers on box, I ordered a breakfast and "couldn't eat it"!! because one side of lid lip was open "could have just not been folded in correctly when closed by chatwins employee but still, tamper proof boxes stickers needed, like most food joints use! I followed my driver all around the map, going right past my house then stopping all over the place after before finally arriving..

Ordered sosage bacon extra bacon batch recieved sosage and mushroom they refuse to refund cost £7 absolute joke rang shop they said I was liying

My order says it was delivered but I didn’t receive anything.

Pathetic amount of filling in ham bap. 1 slice of ham. 2 slices cucumber, 2 micro slices tomato and a scraping of mayo.

Friendly, good food and services

Just purchased lunch, 2 brown sandwich batches to get back to work to find the batches were mouldy.

Arrived back from holiday early hours. When got up decided to have a Chatwins breakfast as we had nothing in. Was a bit unsure about it being on a batch but it was absolutely delicious and not messy to eat as would have expected. Highly recommended.

Dry Dry Dry not happy with my experience in this establishment today. £5.50 for what I can only describe as Gandhi’s flip flop bacon was like cardboard and ive seen sand runnyier than that egg will no be returning

Just had a turkey batch half of the turkey was fat ,also quite surley server

Staff looked annoyed when we came in and ordered (6 in the party) Advertised a bacon roll and a hot drink for £5. I ordered it to eat in with a decaf latte and was charged £7.80. The coffee was served in a paper cup and the roll was wrapped in paper! That's a huge hike up for eating in using disposables. There was not price for eating in visible on the sign. Good bacon though 😋

Call here quite often on my way home to pick up a sausage roll and a fudge doughnut for lumch! Mmmm....yummy!

Regularly use for breakfast. Their sausage and bacon baps are decent.

I wish Chatwins would cater for coeliac /gluten free and vegan... ie soya coffee gluten free cakes and bread.

Delicious hot pork and stuffing sandwiches.

They get stressed making a blooming sandwich....and the salads are always inconsistent. They are good/bad dependant who serves you. A bit rubbish. Sausage tools taste raw

Just had very bizarre shopping experience purchased two pasties and some Eccles cakes didn’t have enough on my card so handed over a pristine twenty pound note just out of the cash point didnt expect an issue as I had just paid in cash at the lovely butchers next door can’t accept cash I was told well that’s all I’ve got I said oh ok she said and got the change out of her purse than she tried to give me her bank card to put in the payment machine when I queried this she said well I’m paying for your food and you need to put my bank card in the machine why would I want to touch your bank card I said she said well I’ve just touched your money well I said you shouldn’t have bothered took my twenty back and left the shopping I just despair really

Best chain of what I would call a pastie shop in Cheshire. Food is far superior to other well known brands.

Great range of sandwiches. We have had the hot roast sandwiches which are excellent, tasty and plentiful. We also had a toasty in the cafe which were massive.

Después de haber visitado la nueva sucursal en varias ocasiones desde su apertura, debo decir que me sorprendió mucho leer algunas de las críticas que se encuentran aquí. Las chicas detrás del mostrador siempre brindan un excelente servicio al cliente en un ambiente tan ocupado. Debo admitir que nunca he sido lo suficientemente descuidado como para recoger las maletas equivocadas. Sin embargo, si lo hiciera, ciertamente no sería lo suficientemente arrogante como para culpar al personal que trabaja duro por mi propia estupidez. ¿La comida es siempre fresca y servida con una sonrisa?

Actitud impactante y puesta en marcha para pagar artículos. Pidió un rollo de salchicha y dos pasteles en el mostrador mientras entra por la puerta de la tienda. Luego, para pagar, diríjase al lado opuesto, el personal toma el dinero que le ofrece, no por favor o gracias, luego camina por el mostrador e intenta tomar qué bolsas son suyas entre las compras de otros clientes. ¿Alguna empresa que emplee personal con iniciativa y sentido común llevaría las bolsas con su pedido / compras a la caja y luego las entregaría una vez que se les pagara al cliente? ! ? ! El resultado de esta configuración ridícula, recogí 2 bolsas y cuando llegué a casa a unas 9 millas de distancia, solo dos artículos en bolsas. En parte posterior, con la falta de competencia y profesionalidad del personal, debería haber comprobado. Llamé por teléfono y hablé con un gerente asistente muy grosero llamado "Becca" a quien le expliqué lo anterior. La respuesta de Beccas fue "¿qué quieres que haga al respecto si no puedes volver?" Una vez señalé que el primer punto era la mala educación, la cortesía y la aceptación de su error. Entonces respondí: "usted es el asistente del gerente y como la gerente Jane no está trabajando hoy, está a cargo de tomar una decisión de la gerencia". Respuesta de Beccas: "Puedo otorgarle un reembolso la próxima vez que ingrese" Sin disculpas, la palabra perdón no fue usada una vez por Becca. El servicio impactante y el despacho del personal requieren una formación adecuada. Mi sugerencia para esto será enviada a la oficina central y las razones. ¡Puedo ver por qué todas las críticas en TripAdvisor no son impresionantes!

Entré aquí no mucho antes de que cerraran para comprar 2 pasteles, ojalá no me hubiera molestado en que el personal de esta sucursal fuera horrible. "Bueno eso es útil! - ¿por qué no se limitó a consultar con otro miembro del personal? Yo era el único cliente en la tienda. Ella ni siquiera levantó la vista de la caja fuerte para reconocer. Él - ¡Solo pensé en cómo Ignorante puedes llegar! Ya he tenido suficiente del lugar donde no obtendrían más Custom. El personal necesita una capacitación seria en servicio al cliente, mi hijo de 3 años tiene mejores modales.

The staff are good, very helpful for queries. Snacks are very good. The window display shows all the meats available for then larger snacks, sausage rolls a speciality.

This is a bakery that serves the odd cup of coffee or tea with their very poor baked goods. It is all produced off site and tastes it.

Visited here and lovely place and great selection of foods to purchase. Major floor here is when making sandwiches the staff do not wear any type of gloves which should definetly be addressed as this is very unhygienic touching the baps with bard hands. Also then witnessed taking the money from the customer then progressing to serve the next customer without gloves again. Yes they have a sanitiser bottle to wipe hands but also seen another customer being served from a member of staff immediately after using the sanitiser which then transfers the agent onto the food as using no gloves. Many would agree that they wouldn't want someone handling their food with bare hands. If this could be corrected then this place would be super.

Had a lovely sandwich at our new Chatwins today, great prices and great choice of food, we will certainly be going again and so great to have a place around the corner to buy sourdough.
