Charcoal Grill in Woking

When I got home my veggie burger was a beef burger. This is the second time within a few weeks that they’ve got my order wrong. I phoned to make them aware & they weren’t especially bothered. Offered me a refund next time I go in….. sorry, there won’t be a next time.

I cannot recommend you stay any further away from this place. The most rude and disrespectful workers in the world, who do not take card to be purposefully unhelpful.

We have been buying kebabs from this place for about 5 years and we are continually impressed with the quality and service of this grill. Would highly recommend

Was great - waited 20 mins for a lamb donned - people ordered after me served first - then served not heated properly lamb donner - not impressed - what has happened to this place - also cash only - will obviously not survive going forward

Had a take away chicken kebab. Very polite pleasant team. Beware as cash only. Chicken juicy and fresh. Salad packed separately so fresh and chilled. Honestly the best I’ve had in forever. Well done and thank you. A great find on a cold wet night on the way home.

Food tastes great but really overpriced, £6 for chips!!!!! plus another 3£ delivery all up for supporting local business but this is really going to far. Ordered a small Kebab and it was small much better outlets out there would advise to shop around so small kebab and chips plus delivery over £20 is wrong

The kabab was cold below food temperature as I ordered it from just eat. I don't eat salad stuff and did put that on my order with saying no salad. The food was kind of cold and I think the kabab needed a little seasoning. However the nacho has to be the best even though they where slightly cold and the cheese was not hot and it went all in together. It was all fresh the cheese nice and fresh the peppers and chills where spot on probably the best nacho I have eat in terms of the local area. For this to get 5 stars the food needs to be warming and the kabab meet needs a bit of seasoning a pay a little attention to detail in terms of the orders as I don't eat salad with my kabab and I did put no salad on my online order. And the temperature of the food to be a bit warm when it comes to the door.

Great food and lots of it at very reasonable prices. A small portion of chips is certainly enough for 2 people, maybe even 3! Salads are fresh and, again, plentiful. I do not think that I will buy a kebab anywhere else again.

Love this kebab shop. The thing they should update is there kids meals and use proper chicken and pitta bread.

Ordered kebab meat and chips. Staff wanted to charge £7.10 as THEY had chosen to put them in separate boxes not one box. Staff weren’t helpful when I questioned it and just said that’s the price (which it isn’t). Told them to keep it.

I would rate the food here 10/10. The chips and chicken burger here are fab and staff are brilliant.

Found whilst away on business through Tripadvisor and was not dissapointed. Great fresh cooked tasty kebab and a generous portion. Easy parking just around the corner. Will definately be visiting again.

Plenty of staff in the back which led to very fast service. Only waited a couple of minutes for my food. Food was fresh (salad and kebab), nice size with reasonable prices. Bit difficult to park at the time but nothing really can be done about that.

Best around by far. Only criticism is the staff need to wear disposable gloves then handling both food and cash.

Ordered from here many times and almost every time the food has been excellent. Every once in a while it’s not quite as good as the rest, usually down to slightly less tender chicken in the kebabs. It’s a rare occurrence though and certainly doesn’t stop repeat orders.

While visiting family, we were treated to this little take away restaurant. Lamb and chicken was very tasty. Quick service. Great tasing chips and a good portion of salad to go with our meal.

It's so hard to get a decent kebab and this certainly is the place to get that! Staff are really friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the food is brilliant.

We love charcoal grill. The fresh meat kebabs are delicious and at such decent prices. The staff are friendly and even though the shop it’s always so busy (a good thing!) they always make sure they give each customer good service. We will continue to have our kebabs from here :)

We got there at 2.30 and online they said they close at 3.00. This is not ok... all we wanted was chips. Rude

One of the best Doner Kebab in the area and the chilli sauce is amazing warm with just the perfect amount of spice. Service is fast and friendly. Their chicken sandwich is a nice fillet of chicken breaded just right was a pleasant surprise as it was very moist. Been back numerous times. My weekend go to takeaway.

For dinner, got a large chicken and lamb wrap. It was massive (much more than I expected). It was about 12 inches long and 4 inches in diameter. It took two hands to pick it up. The wrap was not thick enough, so the meat...

Late night charcoal grills can be something of a game of Russian Roulette - a tasty climax to an evening's socialising or the precursor to a visit to A and E. The Knaphill Charcoal Grill is, however, a fine and noble example of the genre. Polite staff remember your order, cook fresh, keep an orderly atmosphere and they're not in-generous with the garnish either. Well done chaps - you enrich our community !

Stopped in for a mix kebab and I must say it was very nice a nice size amount all freshly cooked.good quality fresh salad and friendly service my other half really enjoyed her kebab mixed chicken again with lovely fresh salad.the only negative issue is the restaurant at the time of my visit doesn't except card payments haw ever there's a cash machine dawn the road so walk to the cash machine to make some space for the kebab very nice kebab not salty like most kebabs

We all our family love this place. Nice and delicious Turkish kebabs make us happy. All food provided is high standard. Nicely served and packed for take off. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

This is one of the nicest, best value kebab places. The portion size is very generous, the veg is fresh and the meat has always been well cooked, juicy and tasty.

After darry's hut closed down I never thought I'd find a kebab as good, Charcoal Grill had the answer. The service in here is so fast and friendly and the prices are great for the quality you get, I've always found one thing or another that I didn't like about other kebab shops but this one is just great.It's pretty popular and sometimes has very long queues but is worth the wait.

cant say much else really best kebab shop for miles and miles the meat is always perfectly cooked juicy and really tasty, i find other kebab shops crucify the meat so that it is so dry and chewy. Service is fast and friendly the salad is always fresh and they are very generous in their portions. Only problem i have with is is they close quite early for a weekend would like to see them stay open and extra hour or 2 on Friday and Saturday.

I had to stay at work late so along with a work colleague we ordered a couple of mixed special kebabs. I had heard good things about Charcoal grill so decided to give it a go, I would normally only order a kebab after a night out so was not sure if I would stomach it. I have to say it was the nicest Kebab I've had, it was fresh, not greasy and very tasty. I would deffinately recommend this place and not just for post beer eating.

Never disappoints. Collection only but worth the trip to collect. Best kebabs around. Generous, fresh, hits the spot everytime. Wouldn't go anywhere else

We go to the Charcoal Grill regularly and it never lets you down. Whether you want a Chicken Shish or a Quarter pounder the food is always cooked fresh to order, tastes great and all the staff are really friendly. Chips are amazing especially with some burger sauce :) Great for lunch or dinner if you don't want to cook. Highly recommended!!!

Have been using these since they opened a couple of years ago, the food is excellent they make there own kebabs from fresh and use good cuts of meat, they also make their own chilli sauce it's always very good. The staff are very friendly and always been welcomed with a smile. Would definitely recommend as best in Woking.

Always worth a visit here, quick service, attention to detail, friendly and approachable, the food is spot on everytime and the shop floor is clean. Always satisfied when I visit and today it completely got rid of my hangover so thank you very much for that!

Introduced and guided by a friend. What a gem! Attentive, approachable, informative staff. You can see the pillars of doner kebab being prepared in the back. Everything is spotlessly clean. Salads are fresh and there are a good variety of kebabs etc with some terrific accompaniments. As a result of the above it does get very busy at certain times but well worth the wait.Highly recommended.

This is so far the best lamb shish kebab I've ever eaten. I would totally suggest trying this take away. It tastes healthy and portions are of good size. Service also is very pleasant and the guys there are always with a smile and happy to help. They will keep seeing us! ;)

My lamb shish was really good, excellent flavours and well cooked. A shame it took 15 minutes to cook from the time of ordering. I will visit and order again and recommend to others

We regularly eat from here. Portions are good Prices are reasonable.It does get very busy at peak times so be warned, you might have to wait a while!!! Well worth a visit!

Been here several times! Staff are great. At peak times the place is beyond busy but the staff remain friendly and recognise loyalty. Tried a range of food and is always excellent. The portions are good, the salad is fresh and the place is extremely clean. My favourite is the Kofte kebab. Their Chilli sauce is to die for. Best Kebab in Woking would recommend to anyone.
