Raclette was amazing - generous portion and so flavourful. Staff were so friendly (Tucker especially) which was lovely for one of our first meet ups out of lockdown, would highly recommend!

Tucker served us twice, once to buy saucisson, once to get two raclette diners and he’s been incredible. Really great portions, nice little chat, the guys a legend. Thanks tucker and thanks Champagne and Raclette

Para ser honesto después de un día loco en Londres, este lugar era exactamente lo que necesitábamos. Super restau français avec un serveur tout aussi français et très cool! Pour nous expatriées qui manquions de charcuterie et de fromage, on reviendra à coup sûr! Portions de fromage toutefois très limitées, au contraire de la charcuterie qui était généreuse!

I held my birthday night here Sat night and rented the Kitchen space associated with Champagne + Fromage. It was perfect as I wanted a private informal standing area while having drinks and food served to us which I absolutely got. From Gastro boards/Baked Camembert’s and French bubbles, we could not ask for more. Maud was exceptionally great and did everything she could to make the night go smoothly.

This place is a hidden gem It’s in the castle centre at the elephant & castle All food is freshly cooked and you can even tell them what sort of things you like to eat and you will be served with an amazing meal of everything you like, You can get lovely sandwiches, rolls or other types of tasty bread filled with your choice of food. They do lovely smoothies in lots of healthy ingredients. The Sevice is top class, and all so very clean The prices are just right in fact better then other coffee shops near. You must give this place a go , just pop in and look at the lovely display and menu and you won’t want to eat or drink anywhere else round the elephant and castle 6 of us had a Moroccan meal today and it was so nice and will be back very soon .

140 Newington ButtsOne of the best Jazz clubs (& World music) in London in my humble opinion and happens to be an excellent restaurant too. Must try their cocktails btw May seem a bit “off the beaten track” but is 5 mins walk from Elephant & Castle station and in Zone 1. It has become a regular for us - we especially enjoyed the “Groove verse” night (Jazz - spoken word fusion) and the Moroccan band in Autumn ‘24 (ARFOUD Brothers)
