Chai Cocoa in Windsor and Maidenhead

Had a great time. Staff were very friendly and on hand. Reasonably priced and worth passing bye.

Great spot for mums and young children 🩷 we've been here twice - once for the soft play which my then 7 month old loved - especially the lights pictured 😊 and the other time just for lunch, such a relaxed setting and well equipped for babbas with baby food available and toys so mum can enjoy lunch in relative peace

Not just for kids. Lovely independent venue, with healthy options & coffee beans to take away. As a sleep deprived "grown-up", great stop from/to Maidenhead train station.

After recently moving to the area, we feel very lucky to have this place in the town centre. We have a 1 year old and have been to the 0-2 soft play session which is wonderful. It's the only place I've been to where I could sit down with a hot drink and pastry while he played! It is clean and all of the staff are delightful. Last time I enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant. Such a lovely place and we'll be visiting regularly no doubt!

Really nice food, really nice customer service. When we alerted them that we hadn’t received all our order, they worked on it quick. The only thing i would say is that this place is better for families with kids, as there is a lot of games, toys and a soft play area for young children. Other than this, the place is lovely.

The place smells of damp really old kind of smell hardly any light in the building very tight space ! Great drinks could do with a better venue if wanted to improve can be a massive hit!! Age restrictions is another issue ! ) maybe have to age areas…again tight space can’t accommodate due to lack of space even with buggy parking .. everyone is sitting so close to each other zero freshair ! In hot climate this place will really smell a lot

From last 1 month, we are trying to book birthday party event via email and call, but there is no response from them at all on our request. I don’t understand why is there so much hype and good reviews about this place in Maidenhead when they don’t care for their customers who are willing to spend money on them. I highly not recommend this place for anyone who is looking for planning any event in Chai Cocoa.

This is the nearest cafe to Maidenhead Station- about 3 minutes walk and by far the best place to wait for a train in that area. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, lovely vibe , creative decor and an excellent place for children : all this and a really good coffee. See you next time.

First time here and I liked it, small though but very cosy. My toddler loved the melody class today. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Only downfall is the parking.

As well as the great play area it’s one of the best places in Maidenhead for coffee and pastries. A real asset to the town!

An amazing space for young families. So incredibly well thought out for little people. We love coming for soft play and went to the Melody Music session today which was so very well led by Lorraine. Will be coming every week now for melody music!

Small but charming. I went with my daughter and my grandchildren and met 2 lovely Mums and their children.

Pleasant intimate play place. Went with a 2 and 6 year old and they loved it. Venue is well kept and presented, staff are very professional and friendly. Food options are of the organic variety like Veggies straws and organic cola,got drinks also available. Great for pitstop on busy day shopping.

I love Chai Cocoa! My son and friends have been coming here since it opened. The staff and owner are very friendly and welcoming and the coffee and food is good. In fact it is the best coffee in Maidenhead. It is clearly a cafe for children and parents but if you like you’re coffee you will not find a better one anywhere else

One of the best designed area for toddlers I have been to. My toddler absolutely loved it.

We love it here. Beautiful ethical cafe serving a range of food & drinks. Some nice toys within the cafe for youngsters but the star of the show is the play room with a small soft play frame & various interactive features, toys, books etc. Kids staff & relaxed atmosphere. 5* all round

Can’t say enough positive things, it’s just not your average soft play. I feel calm and nurtured in there and coffee and cakes are great! Great service and never too busy - simple but lovely set up for children to safely explore.

Best flat white I've had in a long time!

We held a small party for our child with 9 other children. It went incredibly well and Pavan and the team were a delight to work with to organise the event. They took all of the pain away and created a great space for the children. Seperately, I've been for a coffee a number of times and its always a great experience and a lovely ambience!

Always a great experience. I’ve been here a few times since moving to the area and been served by different people- they are all pleasant and friendly. I haven’t used the soft play area but I have a few friends that have and love it. It’s £5is to use and I heat that Wednesday I their busiest day. Bus stop for bus 7 is just a few feet away and passes every 30 min. I also heard that there is a council parking around the corner.

Accepts RWRD App to collect loyalty stamps. Friendly staff and nice comfortable setting. Plenty of big enough tables and chairs to use. Comfy sofas too if you prefer that than a regular table setting. On a main road near Maidenhead railway station but little to no noise once inside. Reasonable prices and coffee was not bad.

Really nice addition to the street. A coffee place was needed in that area of the town. I stopped to get a smoothie after picking up a friend from the station. I will definitely stop there next time I need to catch a train.

Beautiful, clean, friendly atmosphere. I came here today with my extremely energetic toddler and while I would usually shy away from places like this I was made to feel so welcome! Thank you so much for giving my son such a fab afternoon, I can't wait to bring my friends back for some coffee next time ❤️

I had a lovely experience at Chai Cocoa yesterday. Staff were friendly on arrival and departure. I took my 9 month old for the soft play and to have a light lunch. Great concept! I was able to enjoy a coffee and some food while keeping a watchful eye on my little one. Will definitely be returning again!

A huge thank you to the Chai Cocoa team for hosting my toddlers party on the weekend! We had so much wonderful feedback from the kiddies parents and a couple of them mentioned they would love to book their child’s upcoming parties at the venue too! Pavan’s passion shines through in everything she creates. We were blown away by the beautifully presented decorations and platters. We all noticed that the team went the extra mile to make sure everything went to plan and the children were safe but most importantly having fun. I was a little flustered in the morning pre the party but instantly relaxed when I arrived at Chai Cocoa. Pavan checked in with me prior to the party and during to make sure everything would run smoothly. We can’t wait to come back soon for a play session! Highly recommend the cafe for play sessions and kids parties 🎉

This is a rather unique place in Maidenhead. Child-friendly, eco-conscious, trendy decor, friendly people, tasty food (I had a marshmallow brownie and rooibos tea which were yummy) and best of all a soft play area for kids which has a great jungle theme! I also appreciated that the toilet is unisex, so any carer/parent can use it without worry, and there’s a changing stand for babies there too. There aren’t enough places like this, as a parent. It’s all very thoughtful. There are eco-conscious goodies on sale like bamboo plates, children’s books etc. I was visiting from London and to be honest it wouldn’t be out of place in trendy Shoreditch. May its tribe increase!

Lovely lovely cafe and soft play in Maidenhead ! Much needed to relax and unwind not to mention that it is run in an environmentally sustainable way. We hosted our sons 4th birthday party there - and it was perfect in all ways possible! We are definitely going to be regular customers

What an amazing eco friendly cafe and childrens soft play. Attended a Birthday party afternoon. Stunning healthy eats for the cherubs and yummy grase platters for the adults. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the decor and vibe absolutely lovely. Just what Maidenhead needed! Can't wait to return for a coffee and to to try their delicious cakes. Popped in yesterday and had one of the best oat chai lattes ever and a lovely jammy dodger blondie! The staff were friendly, theres a play area for children at the back and the air con was much needed. Feels like a really good place to work or socialise and they have gluten free, vegan and child friendly food options (as well as lots more great looking bakes).

Came across Chai Cocoa while walking around the town centre and was immediately drawn in for a nice cup ot tea. Nice environment, nice ambience.. loved the music choice, friendly amenable staff.. different offering to what is currently here.. more please
