Lovely hotel, amazing breakfasts, friendly staff and in a great location. 10-15 minute walk from Temple Meads railway station.

No sirvieron vino de sangría en el bar, pero uno de los camareros tuvo la amabilidad de prepararnos la bebida y resultó muy bien. Lamentablemente, no estaba en el menú, por lo que cada componente alcohólico se cobraba por separado, lo que ponía el precio de la bebida en una cantidad ridícula. Esperemos que la próxima vez esté en el menú y no sea tan excesivamente caro.

Hermosa comida y variedad Excelente personal y restaurante inteligente Mucha variedad de jugos frescos y agua frutal. Buenas frutas y cereales, embutidos y quesos. Nos quedamos muy impresionados con la comida y el servicio que recibimos de todo el personal. En particular, disfrutamos de la buena risa y la diversión con Brett, Demitro, Sara y David el camarero. Todos fueron excepcionales con su servicio, pero lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor fue el humor que intercambiamos sin que ellos perdieran su profesionalidad. Bien hecho a todos y esperamos volver pronto.

Mi esposa y yo tuvimos una estadía de dos noches en el hotel Marriott Bristol City Center y en una de las noches cenamos en el restaurante Cast Iron Grill ubicado dentro del hotel adyacente al bar Terrace. Mi esposa tiene intolerancia al gluten. . Los camareros fueron informados de los requisitos dietéticos de mi esposa y sugirieron alternativas al menú. Mi wjfe tenía salmón como entrante y tuve puerro y sopa de papa. Ambos seleccionamos el filete de cadera para el plato principal, medio cocinado que estaba delicioso, tierno y sabroso. Tuve papas fritas y berros con una orden de champiñones cremosos y mi esposa tenía papa y berros. Los champiñones cremosos fueron rematados con perejil y el tamaño de la porción era grande. Teníamos un litro de agua con gas para complementar la comida. . La comida era encantadora y caliente. Es aconsejable reservar una mesa de reserva, sin embargo, en la noche que cenamos, el restaurante no estaba lleno. El ambiente del restaurante era relajado y tranquilo. . El personal del restaurante era amable, educado y servicial. El costo de la comida fue de 68. 91 incluyendo 12. 5% de servicio. Precio razonable para una comida encantadora. El restaurante también tenía menús de dos y tres platos a un precio más barato para aquellos comensales que preferían algo diferente.

Be warned the restaurant does not open on a Sunday. Left to walk around Bristol in the rain looking for something to eat.

Delicious food and very friendly staff. Very good value for money and a good choice on the menu. Went with just my husband and then went back for a family meal. Everyone one was pleased.

Had a lovely family dinner. Food were delicious. Staff were attentive and exceptional. Alex and Lucy were brilliant -making sure that all our requests were satisfied. They've also arranged a beautiful birthday plate for my dad which made my dad extremely happy -as he wasn't expecting this. Thank you! :)

Visited: 26/06/2017 HEADLINES Premises: Good clean hotel standard premises. Staff: Very welcoming and attentive. Service: Supportive and good. Menu: Reasonable range of dishes specialising in steaks. Food: Variable quality and presentation very basic DETAIL Large spacious restaurant with enough soft furnishings to soften ambient sound. Toilets in nearby bar clean and modern. Without doubt the front of house staff aim to please. Very attentive throughout the entire meal. Menu options clearly explained with recommendations. Able to deal with food allergies (although some foods 'bought in and apparently not certain of full ingredients list so they play it safe). Greeted with wine sample taster. Good range of food on the menu including offers such as 'Two dine with wine for fifty-nine' (pounds). General menu at typical hotel prices so tending to be expensive (cheapest steak £23) when the quality is taken into account. Some of the food was well cooked (especially the scallops) but across three courses presentation was weak considering the setting and price. Didn't match the higher quality of the service. The rib eye steaks varied around the table with some finding it a little tough and grisly and others fine. Ice cream was delicious but too large a serving and very poorly presented - 3+ scoops on a dish with a strawberry on top. Overall, would not entice me to eat there again.
