The cake was delicious! Fresh and tastes amazing! The service was excellent too the lady on the phone so helpful and when collecting it was simple and they couldn’t do enough to serve me even though busy.

Asked for a cake to be made for a birthday and they didn't even respond. Shocking service Do not use wouldn't even give them a star unfortunately you have to give them 1

Surprise birthday cake arrived and I’ve got to admit it was the nicest cake I’ve ever had from a ‘cake shop’ that makes birthday cakes, so fresh and absolutely delicious. After 4-5 days it still tasted fresh even though it was past it’s used by. Perfect and I’ll definitely be returning when it’s my partners birthday.

Attended the east park road cake smiles Decided with my date to have a Desi breakfast here on a Saturday morning at 10am The service was poor. No greetings, please or thank you, Was standing at the counter for several minutes before sitting down, and again for about five minutes before the person came so that I could pay. The food was cold, the drinks didn’t come out with the food at the same time, my partners food didn’t come when my food cameThe food was bland tasteless and quite frankly disgustingNever visit this place again

We went here to have a take out breakfast and the portions were so small for what they charged it was not value for money. It didn't taste great and the sausage was tasteless. There wasn't that personal touch or standard that you would expect. We also ordered some smoothies and the waiter poured in some cheap fruit juice. It's just a disgrace.

I popped in here for a couple of drinks with my daughter. When we entered the shop the staff member was playing on her phone. We decided on a milkshake, hot chocolate. We waited for the staff member to notice us. She kept looking at us giving us dirty looks then carrying on with her phone. I asked if we could order she tutted at us then snapped at us you ordering then! We placed our order she charged us almost £10!!! for 2 drinks!! she barked at us to sit down. We were the only customers in the ashop we sat out side the shop. After 20 minutes my daughter went and asked for our orders. She came out and slammed the drinks on the table spilling the drink. My hot chocolate was a rather disqusting tepid milk with chocolate powder on the top. My daughters drink was just some foul gunk in a glass that made her throw up. we left there and went across the road to crustys of humberstone. I recommend you don't bother with this place.

Bought a fresh cream and fruit cake from cake smiles (East Park Road) and it was foul.The cream had gone off and had a sour taste to it and the fruit was mouldy. When I went to return the cake the next day I saw they had more of the same cake in the refrigerated counter moulding away. Absolutely disgusting service too. Never buying from there ever again.

i often go to Cake Smiles (more like everyday after work) lovely staff always welcoming, haven't tried any of the food or cakes as of yet but their coffee and iced coffee is lovely

Had tea and cake in uppingham road cafe.service very good ,tea and cake excellent.breakfast was also enjoyed by my neice,and grandson sampled the ice cream and virtually licked out the tub.

Evite este lugar. Hay muchos otros lugares de comida para llevar que sirven mejor comida. Nos detuvimos para tomar un bocado rápido esta tarde y nos arrepentimos!Iba a tomar fotos de nuestro grub, pero no nos molestó ya que era esa porquería! Más patatas fritas frito crujiente - frágil burger bap que cae a pedazos cuando toque - más de comida y bebidas. Sobrevalorado. Tiendas de comida como estos actúan como les debemos el negocio les damos - Esto está muy lejos de la verdad. No iremos de nuevo allí, ni lo que recomendaría a cualquiera. La comida y el servicio dejan mucho que desear.

We have spent £££££ with this company . They never give good price always very arrogant and poor quality of food extremely dry cakes. Disappointing and disgraceful service . Definitely wouldn't recommend.

No tenía ganas de usar sonrisas después de mi decepción con pastel el ramal east park, pero después de 2 horas de jugar en el parque infantil insistió en ir allí, así que esto es lo que pasó: exactamente a las 16.35 entramos sonrisas tarta. Me decía hola a la señora y volví nada... ella estaba detrás del mostrador, pero nos ignoraron y fuimos dentro... nos encontramos allí solos tratando de decidir qué orden y esperamos por la señora a volver...

Sucursal Melton Road. Mala atención al cliente. Siempre pedimos nuestras tortas especiales ocasión desde aquí, pero hoy se perdió en una gran orden tarta de cumpleaños debido a un servicio al cliente pésimo. Pedimos un pañuelo para limpiar la nariz de mi hijo de 10 meses y tuvimos que esperar hasta el miembro de personal terminado barrido dos mesas. Y cuando ella finalmente llevar el tejido, era como una tarea para ella. Es una pena realmente porque sus pasteles solía ser muy bueno. Otro cliente perdido...

Realmente decepcionado con la calidad de la tarta que había hecho por mi 70° cumpleaños de mi madre. La crema guinda/ en la cima probado bastante extraño y la esponja era difícil por el día que lo necesitábamos. Para una 8 pulgadas tarta pagando £38 era un total del aire.
