I have been coming to Caffe Tutto every Sunday for over 10 years. The coffee is always first class, and the service is excellent The cafe is open every day until about 16:30.pm, and the staff work exceptionally hard. I cannot praise them all too much.

Come here regularly, always brilliant food and friendly service. The owner and staff are polite and friendly. Quality ingredients cooked to perfection.

Very welcoming staff, extremely helpful. I’m on a diet and they altered the breakfast with no hassle and a big smile. The food and drink was also good quality.

Caffe Tutto was recommended to me and I popped in for breakfast. Great value, well cooked, quite busy which tells me even at 8am they have lots of loyal regular customers! Definitely worth a visit

We were a large party and they accommodated us with a smile and served up amazing breakfast options. Full breakfast, mini breakfast toasties sandwiches and pancakes. Their coffee is too good to describe. Options for vegetarians is wonderful. Would definitely eat here again when in Paignton.

Had a brunch. Staff were nice. Place was nice. Good quality food. Worth going. Able to change food on menu for extras. Get what you pay for. We tipped well.

Visited this lovely cafe two weeks ago on our arrival in Paignton for a breakfast, the staff were welcoming, very friendly and the food was beautiful. In fact that beautiful we visited the cafe several times in the two weeks we stayed on holiday. Cannot recommend enough to anyone and very accommodating to children aswell. Many thanks. Can’t wait to visit next time we are down.

Found this lovely cafe on the main street heading into town..near sea front...lovely, friendly and helpfull staff...and, nice and clean..can eat inside or outside...large disabled tiolet which was also, nice and clean... The food was tasty...first visit we had a late breakfast, which they do all day...and on the 2nd visit, we had toasties...both of which, were very filling.. Plenty to choose from on the menu...food,snacks and drinks... The cakes looked amazing, but sadly, never got round to trying any, as We was only in Paignton for a couple of days...

Always excellent. Superb coffee's, good size drinks, excellent quality food and consistently attentive & friendly service.

The BEST cakes in Paignton, homemade and absolutely delicious! Coffee and tea great too. Nice spacious interior, and two outdoor areas, back and front, but.. and this is where I had to drop a point.. both outdoor areas allow smoking 😖 There are 4 tables non-smoking at the front - directly behind 4 smoking tables. There are many, many people - including us - who LOATHE having fag smoke blowing all over us anytime, but especially when eating and drinking. But oh, we would LOVE to have the option of enjoying the sunshine - and FRESH air when visiting cafes and restaurants!

My family and myself stopped by this cafe on the first morning of out stay in Paignton, we were greeted by very welcoming pleasant staff who could not do enough to ensure our visit was as pleasurable as possible. My wife and myself had delicious sausage sandwiches, both my children had pancakes along with teas and coffee’s. We loved the food and service so good that we returned every morning. If you find yourself in Paignton and are in need of refreshments drop in and enjoy, you won’t be disappointed

Tried several places for coffee whilst on holiday in Paignton. This is the best. Friendly, welcoming staff, and excellent coffee and cake.

I had a bacon sandwich and flat white for breakfast. Both were great. Lots of indoor and outside seating so good whatever the weather.

Strolled by this cafe/bar and saw we could get a seat so popped in…. What a lovely little place!.. beautifully decorated, absolutely spotless. We had a coffee and a cake and a chill out!… serves hot and cold drinks, (alcohol too) food. Seating was comfortable with outdoor seating too. Staff are lovely and friendly/helpful… This little place accommodates dogs which is lovely. Has wifi Toilets are spotlessly clean and without sounding weird are really nice! pay this little gem a visit as it is a lovely place snack in the middle of the busy main street with the bars and arcades/shops

This place is super chilled, staff are lovely and super caring a great breakfast or lunch place. We recently got a new puppy and the staff were super dog friendly. Clearly dog lovers like us. Food was great. Highly recommend!

A great little find! Very friendly staff who made a big fuss of our little fur baby Barney. Would definitely recommend the bacon panini, my husband enjoyed his big breakfast and the kids loved the berry go round smoothie

Friendly cafe welcoming to all, including our dog. Its nice to find a cafe that welcomes dogs. We sat outside in the small sunny courtyard garden. Would recommend the smoothie!

Came in for lunch today. Was greeted by two young ladies, believe they were called Jade and Darcy. Received exceptional customer service by these two. Had the best coffee I’ve ever had with an ham and cheese panini. Also love the fact that they allow...

Now original staff aren’t there anymore, the place has gone so downhill. Management are so rude, you feel rushed to drink your coffee and when my 3 year old son comes in the male owner will look down at us. Will definitely NOT recommend this...

We've been going here for a while now and our grandson can be quite noisy. However, staff never worry and coffee is lovely. Pineapple Cake is nice too and they're menu is good and not too expensive.

Picked this cafe for lunch after a morning on the beach on holiday and so glad we did. Service was excellent, food delicious! One of the best Jacket Potatoes I’ve had and the coffee was lovely. Full of locals so that is always a good sign to me when picking somewhere to eat on holiday! If this cafe was in my home town I’d go there instead of Costa/Starbucks for sure!

I am so grateful for this cafe. After being taken over by new owners a few months ago I was apprehensive about how it would be run. So many great new changes have been made and the coffee is the best I have tasted. The staff are lovely and new menu has great fresh food. Wish I could rate it higher!

I can't understand some of the poor reviews as they do not reflect our experiences at all. We frequent this cafe regularly with our little Spaniel - yes they are dog friendly. We have never been disappointed.The staff/owners are always welcoming, very friendly and cheerful. The coffee is very good indeed. There are light meals on offer and a variety of cakes - nice muffins! Service is excellent.It's a bit different to the coffee chain cafe's - more personal. It seems to have quite a few regular customers who also appreciate the cafe's friendy atmosphere.We would highly recommend a visit.

This caffe is not particulately big , but the service you get, is excellent. Proper Italian coffee, cups of tea, soft drinks.

Well after choking back the laughter of some very sad individual’s whom seem to have taken against the new owners I will say this.

Used to be great, gone down hill fast, now unfriendly and new owner wears flip flops on bare feet! In a food establishment! its put us right off. I wonder what Health and Safety or Heath and Hygiene would have to say???

Used to love this place but since New Owners took over in December the friendly staff are not allowed to chat with Customers and one has been sacked for chatting .Do these new People not know they are in the ;HOSPITALITY'trade which means chatting and pleasantries.Will avoid this place in future.!!!

Absolutely appalled, went in for a coffee today and was sad to see that my favourite barista is no longer working there - biggest mistake, service and attitude won’t be the same without Justin.

Service is bad , staff since takeover are un happy . Hence customers are very un happy . Been going to tuttos for eight years & im going to take my custom else where .

Have been daily visitors for a couple of years always enjoyed the friendly banter with Justin if you felt down in the dumps you would always come away with a smile atmosphere of late since new owners took over not so good heard the sad news today Justin has been dismissed we now will be taking our custom elsewhere

For years the wife and I have been almost daily visitors to Tuttos because the coffee is the best in the bay,the staff have always been welcoming, friendly and obliging, which Justin and Greta still are. The new owners never speak, even when spoken to, and further seam to have destroyed the atmosphere within, this has to be down to them as they are the only change! After many years reluctantly, we, and we gather, other regulars are moving on.

Don't bother with the other coffee shops, go no further than Caffe Tuttu. Decent priced drinks perfectly made. Good friendly staff.

My husband and I decided we would have lunch at a nice restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant on Torbay Road amongst the beach type shops on a very busy Sunday in June on Torbay Airshow day. We both enjoyed our lunches. The ambience was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this restaurant.

Called in for coffee as we had not been here before. Staff very pleasant and helpful. reasonably priced. Various Italian snacks available. They have a 'loyalty' card scheme which will be useful, since it will be worth another visit.. Good location in Torbay Road.

We always call at Caffe Tutto when we visit Paignton. The coffee is the best I have tasted and there is always a smile to go with the excellent service. The Rocky Road was very, very nice too.

We enjoyed a really nice coffee at Caffe Tutto on two days running. The service was excellent on both occasions and the coffee was excellent which is why we went back the second time. Prices are average.

We were out with a group of friends on Saturday (walkers, average age 67/68) who recommended this cafe for afternoon tea/coffee & cake. There were 15 of us when we arrived at about 16.00 - the cafe was almost empty. One of the waiters was sitting out front with a couple of customers when we arrived. I watched him pull a face & mouth to them “I am not serving them!” The guy behind the counter also shouted “coffee only!” before we had even got through the door. I am guessing that they thought we were going to want meals but that is not the way to greet potential customers. Most of my friends stayed & enjoyed a coffee but I went elsewhere.

We stumbled Upton this coffee restaurant by chance and wow wow wow, I like coffee and the wife loves it.

We called in for coffee late afternoon. The assistant behind the counter took the order and within a few minutes it was delivered to our outside table. The flat white coffee is the best I have ever tasted.

We picked this as a coffee stop on our recent holiday in Paington. We were not disappointed. Great Cappuccino and Hot Chocolate in warm, relaxing surroundings and served by friendly staff. Newspapers are provided so easy to linger for a while.

A great place to go and relax after a shopping trip into Paignton. Lovely staff and Owner. All very friendly. Great seating both out the front watching the world go by under the canopy or in side or even out the back in the garden. All worth a visit.

Positioned between railway station and sea front. Tables cleared quickly and café had a clean and tidy appearance. Toilets clean. Would recommend this venue for a nice coffee.

We popped in here on a wet and windy morning to be greeted with a warm welcome and a great choice of coffee.Very enjoyable and a great break from the tat that abounds in Paignton.We drank a hot chocolate with cream and a Viennese special, both of which we lovely.This is certainly a place to be recommended

We popped in for coffee and hot chocolates and weren't disappointed with the purchases. As it was a nice day we sat outside and found that we were soon surrounded by smokers. For a non-smoking family with a baby this wasn't the best environment and so we weren't able to enjoy the drinks as much as we had liked.

If you are after a great coffee then this is the place with a huge variety to choose from. I would say though as a frequent visitor the staff (with the exception of Maia) could do with some customer service lessons as none of them smile. There is also an older blonde woman who appears frequently and is exceptionally rude to customers, especially I have noticed, customers with dogs or children...... They serve the best coffee for miles it is just a shame the staff don't go the extra mile to make you feel more welcome :( A smile can go a long way to making someone's day :).......

Was quite surprised as the coffee was very good. Does not look much from the outside but the cafe is nice and welcoming inside. Staff were nice even though they were busy. Seem like a nice team. Coffee was very good so I'll be going back.

This is a great little coffee shop with an excellent range of coffee and certainly worth a visit if you're a coffee connoisseur. There is both inside and outside seating and once you've placed your order the drinks are brought to your table. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient.

Visited the cafe this afternoon. Staff behind the counter were lovely and the drinks were good. An old lady who was sitting having a drink at a nearby table came over to our table and quite rudely told my daughter who is 5 years old to stop swinging her legs whilst sitting at the table as she might catch someone. There was nobody else about!!! My daughter was sitting very quietly and not kicking any furniture so I was extremely surprised. I told her I was more than capable of taking care of my daughter and she should really mind her own business. She seemed a little put out by this and told me she was the owner!!! Seriously doubt this as I'm sure no small business owner would be so rude to a customer without a justified reason. Whether the owner or a fruitcake customer with too much time on their hands - I would definitely give this place a miss.

This is a great little café well worth a visit, the coffee is great and the snacks you can sit inside or outside and watch the world go by or read the daily papers. Give it a go

Great coffee with a distinct Italian flavour, fast and friendly service.....your drinks are brought over to you, saving standing around in front of the service area like most other coffee places. This shop caters for young and old, disable friendly, baby changing area, front and back outside seating. There is a real community spirit in this place, all the people are friendly and seem to enjoy the surroundings and each others company, which is a fantastic thing these days....actual communication whilst enjoying a drink! They sell alcohol here as well as all the usual coffees, different blends of teas, shakes, smoothies, soft drinks etcOverall this place is certainly worth giving a try!
