Caffe Tea Tree in Bromley

Went for a bit of lunch with my other half . Staff are really friendly and food was really nice ..we both had big breakfasts which came with a coffee or a tea didn't have to wait long for our food either would recommend this restaurant

Desperate for some breakfast and stumbled across this wayside cafe in a container. We had a harty full English the where on our way to Surrey.

Always love eating here. Staff are brilliant. Always happy and helpful. Food is always excellent!

Staff were friendly but unfortunately the food was rushed and undercooked, quite overpriced for what it is.

I don’t go to Orpington much these days, sadly the high street n shops have declined. But when I do, I always choose the Tea Tree Cafe because I know I’m going to get EXCELLENT FOOD and SERVICE in a clean environment. Many years ago it was called the Olive Tree, owned by Mehmet and Kim and I was doubtful the quality would be as good. I was so impressed by the new owners that I’ve eaten there on many occasions and not once have I found fault. Being a creature of habit I always order the No.3 breakfast. Sausage, egg, 2 bacon, mushrooms, toast and coffee. So tasty , especially the mushrooms. All for around £7.50 (as I always leave couple quid for server, and never look at prices on menu I’m guessing the cost is around £7.50 plus tip). Not a penny begrudged. I can’t praise high enough. THANKS GO TO ALL CONCERNED. Keep on doing what you’re doing *****

Had a 'Big bertha' breakfast. Was lovely. Plenty there and a latte for £10. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice place. Would go back very happily. Seemed very busy too so clearly well liked locally, although I am not local and was on the hunt from something better than a hotel breakfast. Only mild annoyance was that they do not allow you to customise the brekafasts at all.

Waitresses are rude. Ordered set meal. Didn’t want the hot drink but just said I wanted a cold drink. Was told I couldn’t have a cold drink. Was quite willing to pay separately for it! Then ordered a tuna mix salad, was bought a tuna sandwich with side salad. They took it back and corrected it. Honestly think I just got the side salad plus coleslaw with the contents of the sandwich on the plate. Wasn’t worth the £7.50 it cost. A salad meal deal from Tesco has more salad than what was on my plate. Also made mistakes with other peoples orders aswell from time of order. Usually my go to cafe. Won’t bother going anymore. Rather go further afield

Lunch with my daughter today. Very busy but staff soon took our order and brought drinks. One avocado breakfast with halloumi which was very good. My daughter had a roast chicken salad; one large piece of chicken with salad on the side. Tea could have been stronger otherwise its OK with reasonable prices and plenty on the menu to choose from.

Best Cafe in Orpington. Food out of this world. Lived here for 26yrs and only discover it in the last year!! Staff recognises you and your usual is recognised immediately. Being disabled, they accommodate you with out questions. Love Love this place. Glad there is only one ‘Cafe Tea Tree. Dnt ever leave Orpington or my family will miss me!!!

The owners are lovely people and very efficient, you can tell by the way it is always nice and full in side. They do the best coffees and lovely food too! Very reasonably priced too!

Tuesday lunchtime treat and we had some super tasty meals. Tuna jacket potato was served with plenty of salad and coleslaw. Cheese and ham omelette was HUGE with a great portion of chips and baked beans. Really lovely staff who greet you in a nice friendly way. Of course we will be back soon x

Only my second time in here good service .food is good and reasonably priced compared to others in the high street well worth a visit if in Orpington.

This cafe does everything and it is gorgeous food. Toast from a decent loaf, buttered properly and oozingly gorgeous - best toast anywhere. Egg's always have juice, service is always swift and their drinks are to die for. I have had all sorts in this cafe, portions are great, stafff are lovely, they genuinely seem to be pleased to see you.

Lovely place, reasonable prices, huge choice of food on the menu. Staff were incredibly friendly (didn't realise we sat and ate very near closing time but still fed us with smiles on their faces). Food was rather good, had the all day Traditional Breakfast with Tea. Tasted like PG tips which was prepoured in a mug, great if you don't mind that.

Really nice friendly staff, disabled accessible with an adapted toilet wide enough for turning a wheelchair. The quality of the food and drink was excellent and good prices. Happy to recommend.

I've now visited twice. Each time the coffee was excellent and the food very good indeed and excellent value for money. The service is fast, efficient, friendly and polite. You couldn't ask for more.

Came up from Dorset to visit family and have been in this cafe numerous times. Service always excellent. Such a choice to pick from. The roast dinner was very good and value for money. Staff are excellent too.

The cafe we usually go to was full so thought we would try here ,overpriced and not tasty , sausages were fatty , tbh the whole cooked breakfast tasted oily ...never again .

We had a fantastic time here. Searched for a place to eat breakfast on Google, saw it, tried it out, good decision. The staff are welcoming, friendly, the menu is elaborate. It has lots of options which was really good for us. There's free WiFi; that came in handy as my wife had to work while eating breakfast. The food was good! The toast, oh my, lovely. The price was very welcoming. We really enjoyed ourselves here.

I love this Café, the ladies in this café are always smiling. The food is very good. Well priced. Their covid regulations are good. They clean the tables and chairs before you sit and track and trace is in situ. Love this place. Thanks ladies!!!

Not a great experience if I'm honest, took too long for staff to come over to take my order. After having received my order, which was wrong! I took it back to get an explanation and the waitress was in fact quite rude!! Also the fact that there was a small child (clearly the owners child) walking/running around between the tables, is for me a massive no no. If I wanted that I'd have bought a sandwich and sat by the swings in Priory Gardens!!! It's a Cafe not a playground after all. Having said all that the food was ok and the place was spotless. Sorry won't be going back though.

Desayuno siempre bien preparado con salchichas de calidad. El valor excepcional mejor en la calle principal en mi opinión para el desayuno debe probar allí el menú del almuerzo. Pablo.

Best cafe I've ever been to... I had pie and veg. The vegetables were really big and nicely cooked, nice selection too. High quality! The steak pie was great, an actual slice of a pie, it wasn't all broken before you even touch it. The pie wasn't hard and crusty either, the pastry was lovely and soft. After that, I had dessert, the menu didn't say if it came with custard or anything. I got a chocolate cake thing, and I was surprised when I was asked "with custard or ice cream" (I think she said ice cream, she might have said cream, can't remember now). Regardless, I had custard. All in all, great value cafe, very filling and clearly high quality fresh ingredients. I should also add, they have table service too. You just sit down and someone comes over to take your order. Only complaint, they need to update their menu for the dessert section. It's not clear that a dessert might be accompanied by custard or ice cream or cream...

It is excellent. The staff are welcoming, the food is tasty and cooked to order (I prefer mine well done). We go there regularly.
