I ordered Fish AND CHIPS!!!Order arrived, no chips- I’m speechless, which is probably just as well.

Food tonight was delicious 😋 customer service from this place is amazing they go above and beyond to deal with your issues. will definitely be going back. thank you for a beautiful fish Friday dinner 🍽 🫶

I live in essex and visit my 90 yr old mum in village we always have fish and chips it’s outstanding if they were in essex they would smash it best fish and chips I have ever had in my lifetime great food Was in there yesterday couldn’t wait to get there Well done …UPDATE 20th July 2024 sadly used this place 2 times in last few weeks not sure if its different owner but fish batter soggy and chips that had been sitting around .. fish batter different to my last review shame so I have amended my score only fair

I have purchased food here twice now with the new staff/owners, the chips are the best, and they serve you very politely, so nicely and politely I will return for more. How can one fish & chip shop treat customers so nicely, and all the others treat you like scum ?

Change of management from a few years ago I think, much improved in all ways, food and service.

Used here for years and always been consistent with the quality, however tonight the fish was dry and batter was slightly rubbery. Chips soft. Normally fish is moist and batter crispy. Lot of money to end up throwing most in the bin. Delivery time changed three times as well with a 45min wait. Hope this was just a one off as always popular and good quality.

This was not the restaurants fault. The fault was just eat and as you cannot get hold of them it makes life really difficult. We ordered at 17.10 and received it at 18.40. Restaurant excellent delivery company terrible

VERY SMALL portion of chips for £6! :-( We order all of the time on a regular basis as this has been our best place , not this time though as it was like a child's small portion and not worth £6 , very sad

PLEASE come back to doing Friday night deliveries!!!! :-( We ALWAYS used you as our BEST 'go to' delivery place and cannot get to you for collection and Friday is our treat day I have had some ROTTEN HORRIBLE fish and chips delivered from other places as you have always been closed recently when we wanted to order from you and my Grandson HATED HIS too as he is used to your lovely and FRESH beautiful haddock not the small soggy yet TOUGH thin horrid battered offering like we 'had' elsewhere tonight which went in the BIN but I cannot keep wasting £20 on our HAPPY treat night which ends up being MISERABLE night with our dinner in the BIN it is so horrid compared to yours , always , so will probably just have to make our own :-(

Again the order was incorrect. They need to start reading the orders .we are either short of items or the wrong items. Today my husband had to eat dinner on his own as I had to go and get the correct order. Half my food was cold when I returned. No apology and it was like you were asking a university challenge question rather than can you get an order correct. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service at this place. Never use to be this bad

Massive portions! Small could easily feel two people

From a delivery perspective, great until an item is missing, instead of any effort to supply the missing items or collect and resend out correctly, you have to go through the refund process . How I enjoyed a sausage in batter without the chips ✌🏻 thank you for that lovely experience, totally ruined a family meal for 4 with zero effort to make right.

Delivered with half the order missing, what good is half an order? Totally ruined what was left. Called up, got to go through the refund process, takes 7 days! Great, thanks guys! All in the bin, it’s like trying to have a pint without the glass, now a seriously annoyed regular who will not be ordering here again. Why can’t someone get the missing items delivered instead of ruining a family evening? Shocking service

Was really upset that my order once again was incomplete . The services from the chip shop seems to have gone down lately this is the third time that the order was incomplete or incorrect. No point calling as they will not do anything unless you go to the shop.

10/10 every time. I visit with my children every week, the staff are so accommodating, the coffee is exceptional and the food is brilliant. A must visit - for coffee lovers.

Fish was all crackling , chips ok

Had an impromptu lunch here before attending O2 for Olly Murs gig. Lovely atmosphere and helpful staff. Food was good too. Went again next morning for breakfast. Brilliant service. Made to feel welcome and a great breakfast to boot. Good value for money.

Whoever gave this a 2 star need a reality check - high quality food - great Drury coffee - highly recommend 10/10 The only thing I’d say to change is to get nice thick tiger loaf bread of similar over the current white bread as it’s too thin - other than this everything is perfect Even the decor is great relaxed industrial modern feel

Delivered so hot it was like it had literally just come out of the fryer. Onion rings are mega! Beef sausage made a nice change to pork. Chips cooked to a T

Only just started going to this place after some really bad food 10 years ago. So far the snacks I've had are done well. If they keep this up I would increase the score.

The food was OK, but before l went in, a local told me Bromley Council had financially pressured them to dispense with dine in. Rainy night in Autumn. Most inconvenient.

A rare thing these days. A genuine Fish and Chip shop. Not a takeaway that happens to do fish and chips. I would say this is like a good version of the fish and chips we used to be able to get...'when I was a lad'...(and you get a LOT of proper chip shop chips in a portion.)...It is a treasure.

On time, easy to order, and a lovely bit of rock salmon with great chips. Can't ask for anymore.

Colazione pessima e cena da dimenticare. Cocktail annacquati. A colazione le uova sono vecchie e il bacon mal cotto. Scarsa scelta di dolci. Mancano gli scones! Cena: avevamo ordinato il filetto ed hanno portato una braciola di maiale grassa e poco gustosa. Cottura da rivedere.

The food is inedible - the fish is soggy and everything else is swimming in fish flavoured grease! Absolutely revolting! Had to put it all in the bin 🤮

Whent in last night & the Service was an absolute disgrace. Made to wait 1 hour for food...the food is very good but need to change the service. Have used before but never again.

Always really good food. Tonight, the halloumi fries were a tad greasy but still delish!

I use Farnborough fish bar most weeks and usually collect. The food is always great. On Friday was my first and last delivery from them! The chips were barely cooked. 2 pieces of cod were more batter than fish and one piece of cod was broken in half. I expect more from Farnborough Fish Bar as I have always had great fish and chips from them in the past. It seems that their delivery food isn’t as good as the fish and chips that are collected,

Took ages to get a driver assigned, and when the driver eventually arrived in the road he didn’t even find the house. I had to find the driver. Food good as always though.

Food arrived piping hot and a very generous portion! Totally delicious! No idea what oil they use but I definitely recommend it! Also shout out to the very friendly delivery driver!
