Staff are an absolute Gem especially Magda, Sareena & Matthew ! Very welcoming, great atmosphere and incredibly clean and of-course delicious coffee! 5 starts are not enough!!

I like Caffe Nero, but for some reason this branch always smells bad. It doesn't seem to be well aired, and the personal facilities at the back are not separated with a door. Not a relaxing feel, as the music is a bit too loud.

I’ve visited this branch a couple of times and I always had a lovely encounter with the staff, especially with Vicki and Magda who make very delicious drinks ☺️

Staff are polite professional, the food is nice however the muffins are dry I would give just the 1 star compared to other coffee chains. Plenty of comfy chairs to relax and enjoy your coffee.

Had a nice coffee just now but the chap serving me was very surly...didn't utter a single word during my order. Maybe he was having a bad day!

Lovely coffee shop, the day I attended it was very busy but all staff were so polite and friendly. The assistant manager Owen was particularly amazing, very professional and polite will definitely be back!!!

We either go into Nero or Esquires alot, but this time we choose nero as I had to complimentary vouchers from them for the poor service previously, my partners drink was nice but I don't drink hot drinks so I ordered a milkshake the staff menu was a bit frustrated but I said to them if it's on the menu I'm allowed to order it so they said yeah and when it came it was warm no ice in it at all it was not tasty at all.

Really great, always busy but the staff are fast, helpful and friendly. Really says a lot about this place where there’s so many coffee shops but everyone comes here.

On a Friday, a girl has been left to work alone all day because the manager can’t be bothered to come in supposedly? Poor girl had a queue to the door all day and so much crockery everywhere that I had to get a takeaway cup. The manager should be fired, very appalling.

Pop into this lovely coffee bar. I don't like Coffee but the tea was very good.

Stopped off here for a coffee. That allow dogs and the atmosphere was relaxed and quite busy for a weekend (Though not overly) Good coffee and choice of cakes and snacks (Sandwiches etc.) Tables were kept clean regularly when we visited which is not always the case in some places. Not eaten in here for a while however for a chain I recall the cakes being nice.

Shout out to the barista who helped me with plenty of water for my thirsty dog. He went out of his way to go upstairs and find a bowl for her. Lovey coffee and fabulous service… brilliant…

This shop has a lot of furniture to ensure maximum seating available. I feel this takes away potential character and uniqueness of the setting. I thought long about why it doesn't feel great to me, maybe because it feels like a business place. There is nothing wrong with that. it depends on personal preference I guess. It is usually crowded, full of both adults and children, friendship and family groups. There are a couple of single tables, too. I was a bit disappointed with how my iced chocolate was served, though delicious. My friends coffee looked great. Nice choice of wall art, but the place could do with brightening up. The staff are ok and very professional, from my experience would engage with you if you did with them. Overall, it was ok.

Nice coffee and atmosphere - one of the better corporate chains although like the others it has become very expensive just for a coffee of late. Also when I picked my handbag off the floor before leaving there were clumps of dust on the bottom of my bag! How long hasn't the floor been swept for? This was at a table right at the back of the cafe at the opposite side of the room to the toilets.

Having enjoyed Nero's for many years, I am sorry to see it go downhill. Staff not helpful, lacking charm. Coffee and food quality is still good, but our hot food was served on a paper bag, no paper plates even. We didn't feel welcome and there are other options in town so shan't be going again.

I go with my golf friend every Friday at lunch time for a coffee and roll. We are there for up to 2 hours just discussing problems and possible solutions. We are quite happy to continue doing so.

Used to be my favourite Weybridge café, but now there is almost always a long slow queue, and nowhere to sit. Has been closing early lately. It's due to lack of staff, .... a shame as it can be excellent. I usually opt for Starbucks now

Can be extremely busy, especially Friday's. The food in Nero's I personally think could do with some changes. I find it has become so boring, I prefer the food from other cafes other than the classic mince pies, love them. The service can be good, as all places, they are trying to train new staff. Not impressed if I am given too much froth on a latte, so I do ask for the drink to be topped back up. Atmosphere can be relaxing, if I dare say it, children are stopped from running around. It is not the place for kids to be running around as it is a coffee shop not a crèche. There are hot drinks around.

Ordered a sausage ciabatta, the barista too busy on his phone and chatting to the other staff (girls) it was almost inedible.

We regularly buy coffee from this Cafe Nero store. Best Latte that i have tasted, the coffee strength is right and not light or diluted like the others. Very friendly and helpful staff and very patient. It is difficult to find a parking on the street for a quick grab in. Will either need to park in the nearby Sainburys or one of the nearby multistorey car park

I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment and found the staff quick and efficient. Apart from that they are friendly and make you feel part of the family. The coffee is greatas is the food they supply.

I like Caffè Nero's coffee but their coffee shops are always so dark and depressing. Or they have harsh lamps that blind you like on the Muswell Hill branch.

Awful service, asked for a frappe creme and they gave me a milkshake! Paid more for a cheaper drink I didn’t order. Staff were laughing about it as if I didn’t even notice them changing it. Wouldn’t ever recommend. Very unprofessional behaviour from staff.

Visited on a warm day, and so can only comment on their cold drinks however there's multiple things wrong here. 1. Cardboard straws - clearly cheap and incredibly poor quality - coated in a black outer layer which seems to affect the flavour of the drink. 2. Syrup for iced fruit drinks is kept in an open self service fridge which does not keep them adequately refrigerated. This gives the resulting drink an awful dry taste (even without the cardboard straw). Amazing for a drink made from syrup and ice not to taste fresh at all. 3. Ordered an iced black americano, which anywhere else would be served virtually opaque. What I received was watery and pale, looked like dishwater and tasted like it too. Avoid their cold drinks at all costs, is all I can say. Go elsewhere or save your money. Bonus! 4. Staff were poor on all counts - in only a short encounter managed to be inattentive, impolite, and just generally seemed both panicked and utterly lost. Poor even by the current standards of the coffee shop industry.

Furnishings starting to get a bit tired, chipped paintwork, decent coffee, friendly staff. One of the few places these days that serves coffee hot. But what I would give for somewhere that didn't play endless nondescript music, to the loud noise of grinding coffee and clanking cups, and plates. A quiet relaxing coffee shop where you can hear yourself think.... Now there's an idea....

Disgusting toilets! Took both of my children individually and used both the disabled/baby change and men’s and they were both terrible.

I have been here before & bumped into a friend in town, went for hot drinks & a chat. We had a Americano regular & hot choc with cream. Had no probs getting a table as plenty of space. Clean & tidy, not rushed to leave after we had finished our drinks. Staff very friendly, thank you to Dorota J. Don't forget to use your reward card too. Toilets didn't use. Would recommend.

My wife and I had a quick coffee but were disappointed by sticky cutlery, chipped china and torn chairs. The coffee is fine and the staff pleasant but please smarten up the place and wash up properly.

Obviously cafe Nero is one of a large child of coffee houses designed in my opinion to keep people topped up. This branch is no different to the rest In that you can get coffee to go Along with a buffet or something similar if that’s what you need. There are also a number of comfortable chairs where I have often seen mums sitting and chatting after the school drop off. For me it was a hit and run exercise take it with me the usual skinny latte. The place was not that busy when I called and I thought service could have been a little quicker.

I think it’s fair to say that Caffè Nero knows what it’s doing and knows what works. Walton is a good coffee shop, run well and with decent staff. No complaints.

I have been here before, & plenty of space as it was lunch time too. We had 2 cheese & mushroom toasites, caramel shortcake, carrot cake, vanilla milk shake, hot choc with cream & marshmellows. It was all very yummy indeed. Get a loyality card, but only for hot drinks, its worth it. We sat a the back & got a number so the waitress could bring our toasties to us. We had a good catch up, even after we had finish, but not asked to leave either, as by now very busy. Staff very friendly. Would recommend.

Why do people use these chains when local cafes do it better and cheaper. Plastic wrapped toasties with meagre fillings, over priced goods with no character. Insufficient toilets and dingy interior. Did I give it three stars? Must be getting soft!

Busy coffee shop as all cafe Nero, but staff should learn how to make coffee first. Very wick and too hot coffee, dirty tables, food on the floor. Teddington Cafe Nero is more organize and welcome.

If I'm shopping in Walton, then this is my go-to coffee shop! The staff are great, the prices are reasonable and the coffee is just superb. They have a gorgeous array of snacks and cakes with new toasties that look delicious - I haven't tried the toasties just yet, however they do great panini's so I hope they're just as good! I recommend this place to all of my friends!

Best coffee in town. the service and food are fantastic. Love the fact that you can actually seat in a sofa, just like home. Staff gets to know you, and greet you when you come in.

I wouldn't go anywhere else in Walton for my coffee best coffee out of all the shops. Friendly staff and good service here always. The only downside is they keep changing the cakes they removed cakes I like.

This review is for Cafe Nero Weybridge which for some reason does not show on Trip advisor?What I hate about this place is that due to its location zero effort is made by the staff. The place us always full of empty cups and rubbish etc and the staff happily sit outside the fire exit on Elmgrove Rd smoking and then leaving all their cigarette butts on the pavement/road for my 2 young children to pick up! There is no need.
