Good coffee with its own taste. Also good cakes and cookies. Pleasantly furnished. Good location at an entrance to the shopping area.

Went to the cafe after local sightseeing with the kids and really enjoyed the service and the food. Cafe sits on a very nice corner shop. Easily accessible and the staff was very helpful

The hot choc is gluten free and available with a selection of plant milks (no cream) and was just what I needed to revive me and get me home after a very busy trip away. The staff are absolute gems, very sweet and helpful. There are nice sofas if you can get them too

Good little coffee shop chain nestled on the top corner of Union Street. Great staff and service, and really good coffee. Nice location to chill with a coffee and window watch before or after a shopping trip.

Today, 24 Jan there is a guy working behind the counter. I have NEVER in my life seen someone so disinterested in his job and SO SLOW at making coffee. Very disappointed. Takes 10 min for 1 order.

Panini wasn't warmed up very much, had barely any cheese in it. Sausage roll was fridge temperature despite it being microwaved.

My girlfriend dropped her drink and the staff were so friendly to make her another one

Stopped off for a coffee and bacon roll. Excellent, friendly, speedy service, the food and coffee were nice and hot. Great little place to watch the world go by. Easy access from the street, eat in or sit outside / take away. Recommended.

The place smells a bit of basement damp (which is understandable given the fact it's half underground) and the latte I got was pretty small but very strong.

I absolutely love it here especially all the staff especially manager and Joe and all the others.

Excellent coffee shop with a very nice and comfortable interior. The atmosphere is good and the service is high quality. Taste of the coffee is one of the best amongst these type of franchises. There are some fresh sandwiches, snack and other food that are good options for a quick and light bite. Some plugs are also available for charging phones, etc. Furthermore, toilet and baby chairs for people with small kids. Finally, just outside the shop there are some bike racks where you can lock your bicycle if cycling. Friendly & professional staff. Convenient location (in a relatively busy area). I can definitely recommend this coffee shop.

Everything is good except the dirty toilet

Met my partner here, first time ever, fell in love instantly. Unrelated to the service or coffee, granted, but as a result, and the lovely service, LGBTQIA+ friendly staff, vegan options, etc, this one, particular, Caffe Nero is always going to have a magical place in my heart.

I use this CN often to meet a friend and never have an issue. CN coffees are notoriously strong though so I always have one shot. Great little coffee shop

Great location! Odd smell upon arrival, couldn't place it. Neither pleasant nor unpleasant, but noticeable. Super friendly staff. Busy, but options to sit inside and outside too.

Apart from the mouth numbing taste of the coffee, I find it appalling how they would have two different price tiers for a single and double espresso, when they would happily let half of what the machine makes down the drain if you were to order a single espresso. It’s nonsense and such a waste.

No options for gluten free. Pastries overcooked. Coffee bitter. Sandwich cold. If you like Nero, find a different one. This one very disappointing. Union Street Glasgow.

Really nice Nero, friendly staff, kids enjoyed themselves. Nicely set out, good amount of space. Loads of variety of food and drink too. I definitely recommend the Sausage and Pancetta roll!

Went here once and bought a latte. I didn't like it much, even after 8 sugars; mostly because I don't normally drink coffee. It was most likely perfectly fine tbh.

Good service, A little cramped at service counter but plenty of seating with a couple of outdoor tables too. Staff relitivly friendly if on the little fed up looking. Prices have gone up as with most places making it quite expensive for the portions. Quite clean and tidy. Selection of snacks and cakes available. Eat in or takeaway. No parking, disabled access, customer toilets.

The nicest Caffe Nero in Bristol, and a great spot for people-watching. Still a brand cafe so the food's what you'd expect, but well-lit, tidy, and wonderful staff.

Considering we arrived on a Sunday morning and the store was practically empty, the staff made no attempt at pleasantries, the store was clean and the food/drink good quality but would not go back due to staff attitude.

I like this place. Opposite the lovely Castle park you have options of where to drink. 1 or 2 max, little tables outside and nice on the inside. Parking opposite in Broadmead shopping centre. Which is far cheaper option than Cabot Circus. Staff are sound, polite and helpful. It's all good 🙂

Let me know please when you have learned how to make a coffee at this place? Given the attitude problem, probably best you don't bother as I needn't bother returning.

Lovely staff, great coffee always

It is as good and customer-friendly as every Cafe Nero I have been. The place is clean and the food of equal standard. This said, Cafe Nero should rethink her loyalty arrangement! It is a bit steep, for the price of its coffee, to have to spend more than £20 on coffee to qualify for a free cup.

Went there for breakfast 3 mornings on a row while on holidays. The service was fast, food and coffee were good and the barista was super nice!
