Caffe Nero in Bromley

Service with a smile on a Sunday morning. Went there for coffee and granola - relaxing and god atmosphere. We walked out of Starbucks as there was no smiles there.

Nero's pastries and comfortable armchairs are for sure the best available in Beckenham and with very nice coffee makes the place worth a visit!

Very disappointed with Neros in Beckenham. Their Xmas Festive Drinks Menu excludes against ALL Diabetics. I often go to Nero’s as they have a selection of sugar free syrups for coffees which as my partner is Type 1 Diabetic is essential. However we went to get a festive flavoured coffee from the festive menu today only to discover that they had not stocked up on ANY sugar free flavoured syrups from their festive range of coffees which completely excused my partner from enjoying anything other than the normal. During this already very disappointing festive season it was even more disappointing to discover that Cafe Nero like to exclude ALL diabetics from their festive choice of coffees. Very Poor indeed and quite discriminating.

Surprised to see a negative review of this branch. The staff are unfailingly courteous and friendly. I'm a regular! Very good pastries and coffee too.

Returned here on a couple of occasions recently. Great to visit here where air conditioning was available on such a hot day! Nice new menu and cakes. Enjoyed a lovely hot coffee and staff are always so prompt, polite and accommodating. Always find the atmosphere in this venue to be very calm and relaxing - a great cafe to visit and enjoy.

Very busy on a rainy day however staff were brilliant coping with the queues at the counter and keeping the tables clear.

Whenever visiting here, I have always found staff to be polite, welcoming and the coffee of a good standard. The atmosphere inside is always relaxed and not too noisy.

Very empty for a lunch time. Standard Caffe Nero offerings. Restaurant very clean and staff very friendly and efficient.

Coffee and snack was standard Caffe Nero products served reasonable quickly. However the staff seemed disinterested in the customer.

One of the few places in Beckenham high street with flat access and a wheelchair accessible loo!!!! Nice cakes and good tea. Just time your visit carefully as can get very crowded

First ever time I’ve not wanted to drink a Caffe Nero coffee. I’m not sure what was wrong but the coffee tasted bitter and even after ten minutes the milk was way too hot to drink. Perhaps they burnt the milk?

My experience here particularly was unpleasant. I've been served by very rude barista. Absolutely not acceptable behaviour for the staff. Not recommend due unprofessional and rude staff.

Good service ,pleasant seating and nice coffee.We meetup at this branch after visiting the Spa Recreational Centre.and ordered our drinks and of course a Ginger bread Man.You have a coffee card and after x amount of coffee you have one free!

This Nero is open early opposite the train station. One of the few places to grab that early morning coffee.

Visited this weekend, and the staff were wonderful, sat outside with my dog, they were friendly, welcoming and very considerate. Brilliant customer service, the two young baristas early Saturday morning could run training courses on good service.

Visited this weekend when it was pretty busy but the table and chairs were not clean, the toilet was disgraceful and the coffee (as someone else has said before) tasted really strong and burnt and this was a decaff. I was a bit disappointed as I usually really enjoy Nero.

The coffee here is very good, the staff are friendly if somewhat rushed off their feet at times. Good swift and polite service, it was fairly easy to get a clean table. Maybe a tad over crowded for my liking but still not too bad.

Good food and drink options, it's spacious, it's friendly - a great example of a Cafe Nero! It's where we normally head to when in Beckenham and have never been disappointed.

Great coffee, great service. What more do you need? I find the coffee at Caffè Nero a much better blend than that of any coffee chain. A great choice of snacks too.

Estado aquí unas cuantas veces para encontrarse con un amigo. Hemos tenido café, chocolate caliente, té chai latte manzanilla y todas se han disfrutado. El aire acondicionado es excelente y poder escuchar otros hablan es el mejor. Un buen lugar para venir a hacer un bonito y natter atrapar sin romper el banco.

It is what you would expect from any Nero coffee shop. This place has a good space and I hardly waited to find a table or queued for more than 5 minutes to get served.

Standard Caffe Nero experience with usual good quality coffee and sweet/savoury treats, always a buzzy atmosphere and friendly staff. At weekends mostly shoppers popping in for a pit stop and students plugging away at their computers. Conveniently placed in the middle of the High Street.

very nice place! I found the taste of both my frappè and my red velvet very good! You can use a free wifi connection just logging in. Many people spend here some hours reading, writing or surfing the net. This cafe fits each request

The staff were friend and made a good latte and the chocolate muffin was very good.The decore is a little tired.

The Best coffee bar in Beckenham: it is a very popular venue for everyone. The atmosphere is buzzy and the staff are incredibly friendly. One of my favourite places to be. Coffee is great!

Loved my recent visit to Nero Cafe and our coffee time there.Folk had their lap tops and using internet access.Mothers with small children used the toys and books.Yes Coffee tastey and hot.
