Caffe Nero in Bexley

I would like to say that the service I received was excellent. I am unsure her name, but the barista with the strawberry blonde her who was on the till at 2pm (ish), was very attentive and took the time to look after me. However, an incident occurred that led to a customer complaint and the team leader to come out to deal with it. The team leader herself, handled the situation poorly I felt with the barista and team leader loudly arguing in the coffee shop, leading to the barista being asked to leave by the team leader and an overall bad feeling in the coffee shop. The Sidcup branch needs to seriously consider their management. The coffee is nice.

This is one of the best Nero's i have been to, and theres quite a lot. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and make a brilliant coffee!. In all honestly, There are a lot of coffee shops in this town but none i enjoy more than coming in Nero for my coffee fix.

Just visited after dreadful afternoon at the hospital. To cap my day managed to spill my drink before I had even taken a sip. Staff were wonderful anb replaced with no fuss and without making me feel like an idiot. Thank you.

It’s a good place to pop in for coffee and a cake. Plenty of seating but there is a hint of a need for the staff to clear away the tables quicker. Popular and I will visit again
