Caffe Nero in New Forest

Great service, great coffee, decent food, and all reasonably priced. The cafe itself was clean, and there was hardly any queue at all.

The most disgusting place to go. Filthy, chairs stained, torn, dirty. Floor unclean. How Ringwood has gone down, to allow, a place like this to still be allowed to run.

This place is disgusting the chairs are stained and the whole place is in need of a renovation they are not reinvesting and totally living on the name

Regularly visit with my partner All good especially the staff and service However we just feel they really need a refurb , place looking tired or at least repair their chairs.

We used to like this place. Having had a bad experience last time (see review) we decided to give it another chance, but it was even worse. The floor around the table we chose was deep in food waste and the table was clearly uncleaned, covered in coffee remains and pastry detritus. Since I spotted this before my wife managed to get to the front of the queue (slow service) we simply left and went elsewhere. Sorry, that's it, you've lost our custom. If it was possible to award zero points I would.

Called in for a couple of coffees and some pastries mid morning. Yes, it was a Saturday, but the town wasn't overly busy. Plenty of tables free outside so we took one and my husband went inside to order. I wish we had sat there for a few minutes before he went in as if he had overheard the people at the other tables complaining about how long they had been waiting we would most likely have gone elsewhere. Apparently the queue inside was snaking around itself as it was too long for the available space. I am amazed my husband waited in it!

I think we caught them on a bad day as we have visited here before and it was fine. This time we wanted a late breakfast, not really fussed what. However, there were no paninis, rolls, sandwiches or anything savoury. I ended up with an apricot croissant for breakfast. My wife's cup was badly chipped. I am disabled and find walking painful. The disabled toilet was out of order so I had to - very slowly - climb two flights of stairs instead. The barista was surly and the member of staff clearing tables came to our table, forcefully rearranged a couple of empty chairs next to us and never even made eye contact. The sandwich fridge had still not been re-stocked by the time we left. Very disappointing.

Waited in the queue, then ordered a latte only to be told they only had skinny milk. I found this unbelievable it was mid morning..not sure who manages the place. Suffice to say I declined the skinny latte and took custom elsewhere...Will not be going back.

We used to drink in here a lot, but it has become very tired and grubby. The seats are filthy and usually the floor too. Staff seem very disinterested, which is such a shame as it is a great location and we used to visit often.

Cafe Nero is just about the best coffee shop in the U.K, virtually every thing is catered for including every different sort of milk.Their Carrot cake and Chocolate Fudge cake are out of this world.If you have their app on your phone they give you a free cake on Birthdays.

Since Caffè Nero has moved from its old spot to the new shop opposite Specsavers; I’ve been in about 5 times in the last 2 months. Every time the staff have been really lovely. Ben and Eri are super chatty and there is a dark hair chap with black glasses who is also really friendly. The staff are happy to make drinks in your reusable cup no problem; and if you have vouchers or codes to redeem it’s no issue. There’s often a queue; but that’s because it’s popular, and every drink is hand made with care.

I have just now visited the cafe Nero store in ringwood Bh24 - and the attitude of the staff from the guys who was serving is just appalling with no knowledge at all! I wanted a flapjack from the display and asked if it was gluten free his response was “ I have no idea” so I asked he if could find out ; his colleague also said I have no idea …. And that was the end of it I said you should have a allergens manual available and he huffed and puffed and pulled out loose paperwork and couldn’t find the item; he said end of the day it’s the customers responsibility to know the allergens!! Really!! I have been running coffee shops and restaurants for 30 years and I have never heard such tripe ! Items should be labelled and staff should be aware of the allergens of what they are selling if it is not packaged ! Or at least have a manual to let them know !! Talking about lack of safety and the also loss of sales

Three girls serving this morning, all equal in their misery. The service was very slow. In 15 minutes sitting there (11:15-11:30am) not one table was cleaned. The floor was filthy, and the bookshelves are covered in dust. It didn't look as though the place had had a proper clean this year.

Popped in for Sunday morning coffee, to be greeted by the most miserable male staff member, no good morning, no hello, nothing, they need to up there customer service skills, very poor . Will not go there again, it is dirty and unwelcoming.

You can only sit outside. There weren’t enough tables for the amount of people being served. What tables there were were not cleaned. Food and drink passable but would have been a little nicer if the guys behind the counter would smile.

Terrible place, visited twice, unfriendly male staff who make really cannot be bothered to serve you. Tables not cleaned or cleared.

My Coffee had to be returned , but quickly exchanged with no argument. Nothing special about this outlet, been to better Nero’s. In fairness my wife’s Latte was very good though.

Nice and great coffee and quick and efficient staff, but the place is very dirty and the soft chairs are dirty and stained. Come on Cafe Nero your place in Ringwood hasn't been opened long and already it's shabby!

Not sure if we'll behaved dogs we're allowed in although we did see one inside. Had the usual apricot pastries we eat at all other Nero cafes. Coffee always good. Nice seating area outside.

Standard fare in a good location. Try to avoid this brand because of tax issues. Nice outdoor seating but no coffee bean alternatives offered.

I love the coffee. It is how coffee should taste. And I think definitely value for money. Staff were nice here too.

I stop for a coffee every day, I would prefer it to be closer to home but wife enjoys the ambience and gets her coffee exactly how she asks for it here so we take the time to drive out.The cakes are good, my favourite is the Sicilian Lemon muffin but I have just about worked my way through the cabinet now and none are terrible.The staff are mainly friendly with a couple who seem to be more relaxed engaging with the customers.I try to remember that everyone like their coffee their way and that the barista's aim to please so that means I have to be as patient as the person before me and the one queuing after me.Seating is good, wifi works, there are plugs to charge devices (both 3 pin and USB) so I often so people working or just browsing.

Good coffee, lattes nice and strong and salted caramel cheesecake very tasty. Just took far to long to serve, very ad hoc unlike Costa where the is a structure. Overall not bad.

Ringwood Nero is a great place to meet as it is easily accessible form different places. Had a meeting there, the atmosphere was great, seating was very comfortable and the coffee, great as ever. Will meet there again as there is loads of parking space. The service was prompt and efficient.

I have visited Caffè Nero’s in Ringwood a few time before, but on this occasion I was incredible impressed with one particular Barista (I think his name was Ben). He served me at the counter and made a real effort to make me feel welcomed, he then made me a flat white which both looked and tasted amazing. I then forgot my charger (which I must have mention at the counter ) then this barista went and brought me his own personal charger. I felt so looked after and he really was a credit to the store.

Well situated in the middle of the Furlong shopping centre. Nice seating area outside and very friendly staff. Great place to stop for a coffee whilst out shopping.

Having avoided chains in the past, the Nero in the Furlong Centre is a joy, excellent staff, good service and a very relaxed environment make it a winner. A great place to chill and dog friendly as well. Nice place

Best flat white in Ringwood by a mile, lots of space in comfortable seating, even the premodern toasties are better than the norm.

Since this cafe has changed position, it is much nicer to visit. I will say that I think the food and drinks are rather over-priced and not the best quality. Yet, that is a matter of opinion I suppose. The staff are brilliant though. They more than make up for the downfalls.

On my way in passed 2 peolle leaving saying queue too long, wauted more than 10 minutes in line then when coffee served the staff spent so long trying to upsell without letting me pay, people in the line were sighing...allow 15 minutes to get your filter coffee to go..

After a poor coffee in Boston Tea Party, we found Nero's coffee shop. Much better coffee and a nice cake.

I have had Coffee and Tea, fast service place , food is Ok just average. But it does serve fast . its comfy as it has sofas and has a nice out look. Its a chain place so lacks a bit of , something and there are so many Coffee shops in Ringwood, they need to up their game to survive

Very nice staff and helpful when I ordered a 2-shot latte by mistake, but the cutlery we were given for our cakes was dirty (staff changed it for us). However, the ladies' loo was awful. No loo paper and the floor looked as if it has never been cleaned. If I hadn't been desperate I would have walked straight out again. Lucky I had tissues in my handbag. The cleanliness check table on the door showed it had been checked last thing Saturday but not before opening on the Sunday when we were there. Not sure what the Saturday check achieved as it was so grubby looking. Not sure if the staff use this one as well, but it brought to mind the issue of the fecal bacteria in the ice story earlier in the year. Yuk.

My husband and I love having little outings together, can be anything as long as we're together. This day was Waitrose in Furlong Centre followed by Waterstones then topped off with some superb coffee & pastries at Cafe Nero's brand new store in The Furlong Centre. The setting, layout, style & size are all great In comparison to its last smaller store in The Furlong Centre. Very impressed with cleanliness, service & taste. The only small downside is queuing and sometimes this can be out the door, so this should be worked on. Had several trips back since & will probably be back tomorrow

Voy a Cafe Nero con frecuencia ya que sé que el café es fuerte y sirven con leche de soja bajo petición. La decoración es cálida y cómoda y las grandes ventanas permiten mucha luz, sin embargo las mesas en el frente de la cafetería están colocados demasiado densamente y debido a personal, a menudo hay tazas y platos sucios a la izquierda en las mesas. Normalmente es muy concurrido, así que espera estar en una cola, pero si necesitas un buen café fuerte, vale la pena la espera. Las magdalenas recién hechas y torta de zanahoria son deliciosos. Esta fue nuestra primera visita a este café, que parecía atractivo con sus confortables asientos. No estaba demasiado ocupado, así que fue capaz de pedir un café en el mostrador, rápidamente, además dispone de una porción de bizcocho de cada de la pequeña selección de pasteles. El coste de £11. 40 es promedio para este tipo de lugar, pero es sin duda una buena relación cuando el pastel es rancio. A ambos nos gustó el café entonces mi marido tuvo un forkful de su pastel de café y dijo "esto es muy seco", así que lo probamos y estamos de acuerdo en que estaba rancio. Me sentía smug que había elegido el chocolate oscuro y chocolate blanco en vez de tarta. Eso fue hasta que tomó una bocanada de mina. El rico sabor de chocolate no venga a través. El sabor irresistible era de la nitidez de los quesos. Una gran decepción porque el café estaba delicioso.

Un buen café, buena ubicación, precios medios no para el almuerzo, café y tortas no hay asientos acogedora pero fuera y justo en el centro de tiendas

Cafe Nero se está convirtiendo rápidamente en mi primera casa de café encima y C, el SB bebidas son coherentes y siempre gusto bueno.

If there is a Caffe Nero in town we will head for it because their coffee is unbeatable, and if you want it even stronger just ask for an extra shot. They also provide a variety of small eats if you are peckish. Staff are always well trained, efficient and friendly, and the Ringwood cafe is true to form. Premises usually decorated with views of Italy.

Me and my other half come in one a week or so, and it's always brilliant!! The staff are brilliant, always friendly and helpful. The coffee is good, especially the iced ones. The cake is also brilliant, especially the Lemon and poppy seed muffins, which are a must every time!! Thank you guys!! Keep up the good work!!

On a rare visit to Ringwood I decided to have a coffee. I was in the Furlong and rather than walk to the town centre I thought I try the Caffe Nero. Very pleasant. It was very clean and the tables were being cleared very efficiently. The staff were very welcoming and although it was fairly busy the service was quick.There is a good selection of drinks, including cold ones, pastries, toasties, sandwiches and panninis, all at reasonable prices. The coffee and the toastie was good.

This place always serves good coffee, helpful friendly good staff, and great spot to watch whats happening in the Furlong. Flat white is my favourite.

Good spot for a coffee in on the corner of the furlong centre in Ringwood. It's a Caffe Nero not much more to say other than the staff were briliant and attentative and no hanging around despite in being busy. Keep up the good work!

Love the mocca. Fantastic brunch meals available. Sometimes busy and crowded but the staff are out there.

I love popping in here with my dog for a quick latte, its a normal Nero made special by enjoying a coffee with your dog.

My local Nero which I'm very fond of and have take out coffee there several times a week, but of late I've noticed less care being taken on the presentation of the produce on display which really bugs me. Sometimes it's also under staffed 'or' the queue is too long, really hope these points get addressed.

A good place for coffee and a sandwich. The staff are friendly and the sitting area is pleasant. Happy to return.

I visit Neros quite a lot for a quick coffee and something sweet. However, quick it is not. So often I have visited around 12.30 to 1 pm to find only two (sometimes one Barista) and another in training. The iced latte I usually have differs in taste and quality too depending on who is serving.Considering the volume of the queues around this time the staffing levels are insufficient often having to wait a good ten minutes for my 'quick' coffee. It is a bit grubby and could possibly do with a bit of an overhaul. I am surprised that service levels have not been noticed especially as you have The Boston Tea part cafe just across the way and several other coffee shops in the high street but then I guess a large Franchise doesn't need to consider such things. Such a shame.

Worst service in Ringwood. Two staff trying to deal with the volume of customers is not enough. Took a long time to be served and staff making mistakes due to pressure. First time visiting, wouldn't come back again

We always stop here now, as a break on our journey to Christchurch. We last stopped in May, and were not let down at all. The coffee was excellent, but the cakes although tasty, were a bit on the heavy side.

Called in for coffee and a snack.The lady at the counter was efficient but surly There were some empty tables but they hadn't been cleared and cleaned, eventually we found one.The coffee and the breakfast pastry was good, the pastry being heated.The toilet was dirty and was without paper.There are many other coffee houses near by and when in Ringwood again we will try one of those

Stopped here for a coffee while shopping in ringwood. Nice location with outside seating as well as plenty of indoor seating. Usual good quality coffee & snacks. Staff up to the usual Cafe Nero training. One slight niggle though is that like with so many places these days,there didn't seem to be enough staff. Uncleaned tables make a place less inviting.

I guess this place is fine if you like knowing what you are going to get. But it's noisy and overcrowded with slow service - not the staff's fault but the way it is set up. Overpriced snacks. Only one toilet means you are probably better off using the public toilets nearby. A few outside tables.

We needed a coffee, and to stretch our legs, after spending 5 hours in nose to tail traffic. We were making a round trip to see our family in New Milton, and to pay our respects to my father in the midlands. It was a mistake to travel at holiday time, but unfortunately we could not dictate the time of my fathers cremation.This café was ideal for us as it is not far from the car park, and right next to all the shops. We ordered our usual vanilla latte, and an Americano, both of which were excellent. The atmosphere was friendly, and the tables well spaced to allow for my wheel chair. We will be back for another coffee another time, hopefully after a better journey.

Excellent and friendly service.....not somewhere to spend longer periods hut great to meet up with friends for a quick break

My wife and myself visit here every Sunday after a dog walk, well behaved dogs are welcome and the coffee is always good, the atmosphere is great and the staff deal with queues in a timely manner, the staff are always cheerful and well presented.

Coffee, refreshments& service are consistently of a high standard. There is a good choice of refreshments including pastries, sandwiches, scones & cakes. My favourite choices over the years, would be the Toasted Ham, Cheese & Mustard sandwich, soup & roll for lunch, Carrot Cake, chocolate or Blueberry Muffins as treats. The fact that each coffee is made to your taste, means you may find yourself in a queue if you walk in at a busy time. I do think that there have been times when the staff could have done with an extra team member to help clear tables.The popular convenient location, good quality coffee & refreshments, wifi access, newspapers & the loyalty card are all drawcards that result in customers returning on a regular basis.I have sometimes found that with Tinnitus, and accoustics I have had problems hearing when its busy and noisy.Young people love Nero!

We like the atmosphere, service, coffee and position opposite Waitrose. Nothing to dislike. It's difficult to say any more about a coffee chain

I've tried coffee at most of the "chain" cafes but none come to the standard of Cafe Nero. Their pasties are also tasty and good value

This is a regular stop for coffee in our local town. Generally the coffee is always good and staff always polite, helpful and friendly. On this occasion I ordered porridge with berry compote. For some reason I was told they have stopped doing this as no customers wanted it and was given a pot of jam instead! Shame the advertising board still states porridge with compote! Not the same I'm afraid. Poor show caffe nero. Otherwise good

Service is fast and I like the coffees here. The dark chocolate coffee beans are delicious. Staff always diligent and friendly.

This Nero is well positioned in the centre of Ringwood. There are plenty of newspapers to read. Outside seating. Nice friendly staff.
