Caffe Nero in Spelthorne

25 minutes to make 1 hot drink and 2 cold. Ever tried to spread solid butter with a wooden knife and eat overheated soup that melts the spoon? If not then this is the place for you. Excellent date night spot that is guaranteed to end in tears. I would like to give zero stars but apparently that is frowned upon.

It was good decision to have a quick dinner on my way home at Caffe Nero. The staff was nice and the food was fresh!

Heathrow's Terminal 3 has to be the worst of the bunch. Makeover sooooo please She was a traineeeBarista, but Cortado a bit light on the coffee. Sausage Ciabata just the ticket. Hayling Seagoon

Meeting there regularly with a good friend over a cappuccino (me) and an earl grey tea (her). Service is always very friendly and welcoming, some baristas know already the drinks we like, which is very nice - always! Been there a couple of times in January and several times last year, even on Boxing Day! They also have nice chocolates and other nibbles like sandwiches and cakes. Key attraction are the super comfy chairs and overall cosy nice warm atmosphere. That’s where Caffè Nero really scores over its direct rivals Costa and Starbucks. Reasonably priced as a big bonus makes us coming back - probably as early as this week on Friday - and highly recommend it.

We struggled to find a clean place to sit, nobody was out cleaning during our visit. Service was slow, there were staff, but their time was not well used. Two cakes and two drinks at nearly a tenner, quite expensive for the quality involved.

We always visit a Cafe Nero as it is our favourite type of coffee house and the staff are always friendly. I assume the girl working on 11 Aug 21 skipped the customer experience training. She seems fine if you order what she can be bothered making. Don’t dare ask for anything different from the menu though. The attitude is appalling.

Desultory service doesn’t begin to describe it...no apparent organisation so ‘queue’was totally haphazard. Coffee not bad - when I got it.....

Heathrow Terminal 3. First time trying Caffè Nero for breakfast. Mistake. Took so long to get served even though there was only one person in front of me. Only had a bottle of water and bacon roll. She didn’t offer to heat up or tissues I had to ask for both. She didn’t turn the toaster on first time. When I said I felt I’d been there ages instead of apologising she took the bacon roll out before it was due.

The sausage roll was heated for me , it was then microwaved and became a soggy greasy mess. Horrible and at £3.45 shameful.

Grumpy unhappy staff make this place particularly unfriendly to visit I expect more from a company I use often but next time in Staines I will continue up the high st to pret

Available tables were dirty. When asked to please clean whilst placing order was told would have to wait as she was busy. Hubby offered to do himself. She stormed over with cloth, my thankyou made no difference. Decided to take our coffee to other eatery for food, instead of our intention of buying here..

1st time at this airport & brief hour in England. Anyway, happy familiar fruit salad (GBP 2.95)& yoghurt (GBP 2.25) options to grab & go. Line moved quickly. Per receipt location 628 Heathrow T3 Airside. 9:30 Sunday morning

Accogliente, spazioso e con le pareti tante foto di momenti italiani. Buoni i pancakes. Ben fatto il caffè.

We were in Terminal 3 waiting for our flight and all of the other restaurants were busy with long queues. We needed somewhere for a quick breakfast to went to Café Nero where we could buy scones with butter and jam and a choice of drinks. There are a fee tables outside the café although they were busy and not that clean. Nevertheless this was much quicker than queuing for a restaurant and waiting to be served.

A welcome stop after a long haul flight. Typical Café Nero fare, service is quite quick as a high through put of customers. Place is clean and tidy, and a reasonable amount of seating - its also a good place to await / meet arrivals as you can see the exit

Stopped for my usual latte in T3. Nero was pretty quick on service. Plenty of seating in front of the branch. Usual Nero menu and prices.

It was a Sunday about 11am, and the staff seemed to be super stressed....... running around shouting at each other, slamming things down, which left me and the other customers feeling a tad awkward. Not sure what was going on as usually its a great place for a quick coffee

Friend and I had been to pictures and wanted quick bite to eat after. We had toasted sandwich, hit chocolate and of course a cake. All food nice. Staff were pleasant. There were tables with cups plates etc that needed clearing away. Other than that a pleasant visit.

As ever reliable for a much needed coffee and a rest. Service brisk and plenty of spacious tables. Newspapers too.

Went on a Saturday morning so it was busy, nevertheless service was quick, polite and coffee hit the spot

First impression is that there are five staff working in such tiny coffee shop, no idea how the shop has been managed. Coffee is normal as other Nero coffee shop.

Staff here are so happy and cheerful all the time!!! Coffee is good too, cakes look nice and tempting

Chocoholics dream to come here to and drink a hot chocolate and a biscuit. Would go again. Thx for reading

The staff (five behind the counter) are clearly not interested or tasked to clean their restaurant. All tables full with empty cups and other garbage..

Imagina un café, bien nunca otra vez! Nero El servicio era horrible, o que tenía mi cabeza en taza escrito o son desagradables en su conversación, traté de partida básico 'Cómo estás? 'respuesta era un sucio aspecto. Fui a comer un capuchino y mi amigo estaba disfrutando de su Milano cuando vuela su bebida embellecido que ni siquiera podía disfrutar de un trago sin normas de higiene no se cumplen.

We regularly visit Café Nero on a Friday to catch up and plan the weekend. It is a great place to watch the early morning market setting up and start the day.

Beautiful sweets and the coffee is great. A good place for a break from shopping in the same street. Good staff and service.

Fuimos para el desayuno recientemente. Teníamos tomate y mozzarella paninis, así como de cafés. Los precios muy asequibles. El personal era amable y el restaurante estaba limpia, aunque estaba ocupado. La única cosa que hizo que mejor hubiera sido wifi gratuito.

Waiting for flight. Had a cup of coffee good service. Free water available. Nice people watching location

Tuvimos que esperar en colas desordenadas las edades. No es un poco obvio cómo hacer cola aquí. Había problemas con la máquina de tarjeta de crédito. Personal para comunicar este error a los clientes y eran claramente totalmente no tenía ni idea de como manejar la situación. Los niveles muy pobres de la cortesía del personal cuando finalmente servido. No especialmente notable de café.

Mientras que transitan por LHR, buscamos un simple aperitivo y una taza de café. El personal que trabaja duro a través de dos colas paralelas y todavía nos tomó unos 15 minutos para hacer la escritura. Su taza grande es equivalente a una charla de Starbucks en los estados unidos. No, simplemente no distinguen comolaints.

Bastante una amplia cafetería que ofrece todos los habituales utensilios de Cafe Nero. El servicio es rápido y rápido. Algunos asientos de sofá. Su café tiende a ser la más fuerte de todas las grandes cadenas hoteleras.

Una típica cafetería nero con la habitual variedad de cafés, tés, pasteles, etc. de manera cordial y eficiente. El personal es amable y relajado y no intrusiva. Una mezcla de asientos disponibles y como es habitual en la cadena de tiendas de café basado sus...

The coffee is excellent, the service is respectful and friendly. I go in very sporadically but my favourite is always remembered.

Hi I have been a regular customer visiting Nero for over few weeks. I love the staff they always make the customers and myself feel so welcome and the service is absolute outstanding, the best coffee shop so far, I must add the girl called Sheekha is my fav server, she is always warm, helpful, fast working, on point, extremely polite, an outstanding person I hope that they try to employ more people like this. Its people like this which makes myself and others go there everyday or twice in a day, and I do that because i love the device. Went here with my boyfriends parents for tea and cake, which was delicious I had a triple lux chocolate that was in a plastic espresso type cup with an earl grey and my boyfriend's mum had the same but with a caramel shortbread, could of done with more variety of cakes and other healthy options but apart from that , very pleasant

We had breakfast at this local cafe ,. The food was very good the service was very good . Highly recommend this quaint cafe.

I was in Heathrow, waiting for the next flight. I decided to find some coffee shop and I found this Caffe Nero at T4 Heathrow. I ordered cappucino and they served it such a quick! And the staff are quite friendly.

We dashed in when the heavens opened on Easter Sunday and the hot chocolate and coffee went down a treat. Very clean coffee shop with very friendly staff. Shame about the small group of rowdy boys that came in and disturbed the peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately for us they sat right near us so we didn't stay any longer than necessary.

Nicely priced, Fresh, sweet potato houmous & falafel wrap and a killer cappuccino. Friendly efficient staff and good service. Will eat here when I come again.

Caffe Nero coffee is usually too strong for my taste but a hazelnut Americano with cream was just the job today - my friend enjoyed a latte. The staff were bright and pleasant - attentive, too. The place had a buzz. Standard type of layout but there was good space between chairs and a variety of seating arrangements. Nicely done, team.
