always reliable - excellent coffee - small choice of snacks but what there is , is excellent. . Can recommend anytime

Service was good drinks brought to your table which was good for me being dissabled, I only drink coffee and there's a lot of rubbish around at very high prices. I thought it was very clean and seating was reasonable even for me.

This cafe has been sold and is under new ownership. Great coffee still and very welcoming, operate a buy for someone less fortunate scheme which seems well supported. There was enough space for us to hold a brief business meeting without being overheard.

Prices are a little high. Quality is a little low about what you expect there... Hotchocolate is okay.

Very clean and well presented cafe, with comfortable seating and room to work, read or chat. The coffee is lovely and they have a selection of pre packed cakes and eats. They also so suspended coffee for the homeless.

Realmente genial batidos. Tuve chocolate y mi esposo de fresa. Los dos estábamos muy impresionados. Mi amigo tiene un chocolate caliente y parecía estar en el cielo de chocolate.Le hubiera dado un 5, pero podíamos tabaco olor de personas usando las sillas afuera. Aparte de eso nos fastidió luego nos quedamos encantados porque nos estábamos.

Not a great coffee drinker but this was a real find. For my mind coffee everywhere is overpriced but here it was on a par with elsewhere and certainly a good-sized cup.

This is a good place for a cup of tea and a snack. Staff were friendly and helpful. Visited it when doing a course in the library so very handy

Excelente, tranquilo café. Sentarse y relajarse cerca de la estación de tren, el interior de la biblioteca.Hermoso café, pedir en el mostrador y pagar. El amable personal trae a la mesa cuando recién hechas para usted.Buena selección de aperitivos, I. e. Galletas, chocolate, etc. bares Aunque no miré en un menú, tortas de té tostado a personas nos sirven en la mesa de al lado y me parecía delicioso. Sin duda merece la pena una visita.

Fui a la cafetería biblioteca con dos amigos para ponerse al día. No había comido, así que pensé que habría un par de rebanadas de pan con mermelada. Nos sentamos cerca de la barra y yo tenía una vista perfecta del contador y en la habitación de atrás. Tengo un sistema inmunológico muy bajo, así que tengo que ser muy cuidadoso de cómo mi comida es preparada. Me dio mi pedido y la señora tomó el dinero. Me senté y ella nos traía las bebidas. Vi como ella se cepillaba migas o algo de la encimera y realizó algunas vasijas sucias, pensé "bueno, ella se ve y lavar sus manos ahora a cocinar mi tostada" pero no.... Ella fue directamente a la barra de pan sacó dos rodajas y los ponen en el tostador.

Fuimos a un café tutto Flat White café con leche y un panini , café muy agradable no bitter pero agradable y fuerte, un poco decepcionado con el panini ya no tenían ninguna pero un tocino brie con Cranberry era muy agradable.

La cafetería está en el vestíbulo de la biblioteca y tiene un agradable entorno abierto y espacioso. El café con leche soja era excelente, buen sabor y no sobrecalentado. El personal podría hacer con un poco de formación sobre cómo tratar a los clientes; ellos estaban perfectamente bien, pero no hacen ningún esfuerzo.

Whilst visiting the library, I often partake of a coffee. On entering the building there is the welcome smell and aroma of fresh coffee. A really good service

Easily spotted in the modern Paignton Library complex, we stoppped off here before our train home from the nearby station. Sitting outside on a sunny morning, it was a nice way to end our holiday - good coffee in nice surroundings.

After a walk to the town and before returning home I popped into Paignton Library not for books but for coffee. I had enjoyed coffee here before and decided to repeat the experience. Just a cappuccino with a couple of chocolate chip biscuits (sorry, folks, I don't call them 'cookies'; cookies produce food, biscuits are what they are). Excellent coffee, milky cappuccino topped with real chocolate. This is a very pleasant café in which to rest and relax, with a wide choice of coffees and teas. What more can I say? It ticks my coffee box.

A superb coffee served in very pleasant surroundings. Pleasant friendly staff made the visit a pleasure.

I have to say this place is fantastic, the coffee is the best Ive tasted. Paignton didnt have a decent coffee house and then Caffe Tutto came along and put coffee on the map in Torbay, of course since then Costa have muscled in, but considering Tutto's is not a chain it puts Costa to shame....but that is not suprising as these big chains just want your cash but dont give you the service. This independant coffee has got it right with its service and hospitality as well as the best tasting coffee!

I have coffee everyday at the Cafe Tutto, in Paignton library.I am a lifetime coffee drinker, and have lived in Spain, Canada, Belgium and Germany. All of these countries have good coffee, although Canada is more on US standards, and German coffee has its own flavour and character.I consider the coffee served at cafe Tutto to be the best in the Bay, and is, in my mind, far better than any Costa offerings. I find the latter to be somewhat bitter, and not at all smooth.The staff at Tutto are all. very friendly and obliging and they bring the coffee to your table.The cost is even less than with any other provider..

After visiting the library, we sat at Café Tutto and enjoyed very fresh muffins; banana and also blueberry which were absolutely yummy! - and possibly the best cappuccinos we've tasted in the area! We will definitely be back. The service was efficient and although not much of an ambience, everything was neat and comfortable.

This used to be the best coffee shop in the whole of Torbay. The coffee is still good, but the cakes were well past their best. The butter that came with the toasted teacake was frozen and therefore unspreadable (an annoying habit that you find in a lot of coffee shops). The furnishings are getting very tatty. After using this coffee shop for years we now find ourselves searching for somewhere new.

The coffee here is the best i've tasted in Devon, nice place to sit outside and relax and read the papers. Don't go anywhere else for your caffiene fix. The Latte Machiatto is to die for.

Paignton has many independent cafes and also the mainstreams such as costa. However I would highly recommend cafe tutto, which serves authentic Italian coffee at reasonable prices. Also has cakes and other treats to go with your coffee.Serves an excellent Flat White!Located close to the station, and the main shopping street, a nice place to get your caffeine fix.
