Cafe Spice in Oxford

Really disappointing. Had several orders from here prior to this. Way too late, food was cold and the tikka wrap was a mess. Ripped and just messy. That’s the last time we order from there

I always get my food from this restaurant Delicious food, always delivered on time by a friendly and respectful man, can’t recommend Cafe Spice highly enough!!!

when I order 2 mint sauces I expect it. food is always great but 2 of us love mint dip and u replaced 1 with mango which we hate .

Order for delivery We usually order from here once a month Todays offering was awful the usually tender chicken was tough and inedible The rice tasted like washing up liquid Most of it went in the bin

Great and all but found it a bit strange how I was asked if I had ordered and what is my name. I understand confirming the delivery but still was a little confused as to why?

Used them for years, food is always excellent and one week to the next a Balti tastes the same as the previous order like a balti should. Driver is quick and courteous on delivery. Can’t fault them. Best curry house in Donny in my book !

Usually the food and service is great. I’m so sad to say that due to just eat giving the incorrect house number somehow and then I called up the restaurant directly to ask where my order was the man on the phone was shouting down the phone to me saying his driver was trying to locate me for 40 mins seemed very angry.. I kept apologising for any mix up but felt he gave me no chance to explain. Was quite an upsetting experience after being a regular customer for a long time.

Apart from a bit of a food spillage in the bag , the food was amazing , fresh and hot. And tasty. And will definitely order again. Thank you .

Excellent food, as always, from Oxford's best curry restaurant. A minor problem (very rare for them) with a missing item was resolved promptly without fuss. Thoroughly recommended by a very happy customer.

Ordered a delivery on saturday night, everything was nice and fresh - salad , onions, poppadums, chicken tikka, samosas - very impressed! Nothing oiley, nothing dry and burnt and everything i ordered - I got!!! Good portion size on the tikka too! Thank you!

Something has gone seriously wrong with the Madras. Infused with evil pepper! I can handle heat but the last two orders where verging on unpleasant. Please bring back 6-8 month old recipe.

As always, Cafe Spice have delivered a delicious meal that was pipping hot and neatly packed, on time. I love their food and will definitely order again. I also got something extra, which was a lovely surprise. It would have been even more awesome if the food had been packed in biodegradable or at least recyclable containers, so I guess there is room for improvement there, but overall, I highly recommend this place.

Awful! Food was delivered two hours after I made an order, cold and when I called the restaurant to ask where my food was 90 mins after ordering they blamed just eat saying there delivery times hadn’t been updated, then they blamed the ltn’s! Considering it was 7pm at night, no traffic and you definitely don’t have to go through a ltn it’s not acceptable. I then checked the delivery time it stated 30-40 minutes I waited 120mins.
