Cafe wasn’t overly busy.. ordered jacket potatoes which took over 40 minutes to arrive. Dirty tables with crockery. Counter looked a mess and coffee station was very untidy and dirty. Overall plenty of staff to cope with the amount of customers. Will not return…

Situated in a corner on the upper floor of Dunelm, Cafe Pausa is useful if you want a drink and/or a snack while you are shopping in the store (or other nearby stores). Staff are friendly and helpful and our coffee was OK. When we went in the afternoon, it appears that they must have had a busy lunchtime because some of the tables had not been cleared away.

Often pop in for a breakfast roll (very tasty)and most of the time Rose is behind the counter. What a fabulous person she is. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Always has a smile for everyone. Cafes within stores can often be quite impersonal places but Rose is a real asset to Pausa.

Terrible. Took half an hour to get two toasties. Tables were left with dirty cups and plates on them for the half hour we were there despite there being 4-5 members of staff working. Dirty dog bowl was placed on the table. Awful needs reviewing of their practices

Great little cafe, with good COVID precautions, but terrible service. It appears to be the staff canteen too. My elderly aunt was stood waiting to be served for about 15 minutes, whilst 2 members of staff that jumped the queue were being served.

First visit back after re-opening, plenty of COVID precautions in place, screens etc. We arrived at 2, they had a few offers on, unfortunately there were no scones left, not much selection of cakes, and I had the last tea cake on a busy sale Saturday there should be more choices available at 2pm, staff are friendly and coffee is always good and it is great value for money.

Great little coffee shop in dunelm, the ladies serving are very helpful. The food and snacks are very reasonably priced, and really tasty too. Coffee is great. It does get busy, but. Normally the queue goes quickly and there are spare seats.

Always busy but staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Good choice of drinks and cakes especially the Vegan cakes when they do them for my husband The hot sandwiches come with nice fresh salad. Not expensive. Definitely recommend that you try here as you will not be disappointed

A wide selection of cakes, breakfast and lunch items, along with generously portioned coffee, embellished with the most lovely staff whom are always polite and incredibly efficient; makes Cafe Pausa my go to cafe! Where else could one get a fresh breakfast bap and a cup of coffee for £3.20? Highly recommended.

Nicely situated so that you can look out into the rest of the store but still be separated as well as in a different level but there is a lift They often have various deals which make better options for some such as two cream teas with coffee of tea for £6:00

This is local to us and having tried out garden centres and supermarket cafes, this is definitely the best. Very friendly staff, lunches are lovely and the mince pies are extremely good value. Whilst there, the store has lots of Christmas ideas at good prices.

Very nice coffee....didn't try any food but what I saw being eaten by other customers looked nice enough. The girl who served me was very friendly.. I'd happily go again for coffee with friends if I was in Dunelm.

It does make such a change to go to an eatery nowadays and find that the customer service is so on the ball - well done to Dunnelm. The young lady who served us could but be more helpful, polite, well-organised and professional - she should be the manageress. The food is good value and tasty especially if you take up one of their 'deals' such as a soup and sandwich.Recommended

I live near this super shop, but that wouldn't prevent me making a long journey to browse amongst its joyous selections, everything for the home, particularly specialising in bedding, pillows, duvets,(all TOGS,) accessories for bathrooms, kitchens, haberdashery, knitting equipment. curtain and other household materials, blinds, to make and already made - in fact plenty to see. Pausa cafe is a delight, on first floor overlooking the shop, spacious, airy feeling.Snacks, toasted sandwiches, yummy cakes, all served with smiles from staff. Would you believe,I even talked with the Manager last week, actually clearing the tables (now when did you see the Boss on the shop floor, clearing tables) rarely, what a nice man. Have patience when they're busy, you can always browse the goods, while they cook you something.

This is a very good Coffee Shop that we tried for the first time today. We were surprised at the range of cakes, sandwiches, Panini's and jacket potatoes that they had in addition to the very nice coffees. They were busy today (Sunday) and there were only 2 staff, so the service was not too quick but the staff were very pleasant and had great customer interaction and obviously trained well in customer service to counteract this. The prices are reasonable and the food very tasty and value for money.Better selection of cakes than most places, especially on a Sunday afternoon.Lots of seating although they were quite busy (usually a good sign!).Would recommend that you try here, even just for coffee and cake - seemed to have a continental feel to the place which was nice.Enjoy

The Prince Albert was a Shepherd Neame pub for years, but is now is a genuine free house, selling up to 3 cask ales and 12 craft beers and (mostly) premium lagers on keg. They take part every year in Hastings Tap Takeover, and regularly have their own tap takeovers, and an excellent Oktoberfest every year too. The food always looks enticing, but I live too close by to not feel right eating there (this ain't Eastenders!), but they have specialist food too, for example, specifically for Oktoberfest, you can guess what type of food then. On my last visit I enjoyed their Oktoberfest, including drinking British versions of German beer, but also the real thing, including 3 beers from Bavaria, Hacker-Pschorr's special seasonal 6.0% Oktoberfest Bier, Hofbrau Munchen's 6.3% Hofbrau Oktoberfestbier, and Flotzinger Brau's 5.8% Wies'n-Marzen, brewed specifically for the Rosenheim Autumn Festival. In addition, check with the Prince Albert's website if you would like to catch live music there, because they do have live music sessions. The pub opens at 16.00 during the week, and at 12.00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Stumbled into Fagins on a Thursday night - unsure of what to expect we weren’t disappointed. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming and the food eclectic and tasty. Would recommend
