Cafe Nero in Kirklees

What a welcoming and relaxing cafe Nero! The café feels very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our oat latte, thank you!

What a vile cafe, dogs running around everywhere, the place stunk of dogs loud constant barking, more dogs than people. This is a good place, dogs should not be allowed in. I won’t be visiting again.

The latte and cappuccino drinks here are not anywhere near good! They are extremely watery and taste of burned coffee! It seems they are instructed to preserve milk and sell coloured hot water at expensive prices... I have visited this cafe on different occasions, same result!!

i love cafe neros in birstall,me and my friends are there a few times a week,sometimes i go with my husband and kids,the coffee is fantastic,the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing,i can easily have good social meetings,it can be brunch or just an afternoon tea,the staff are fantastic very helpful and friendly.i also like visiting them more in there leeds stores aswell,but by far this is my favourite store,sometimes they can be abit busy but its worth the wait,for me its the experience,i would not go anywhere else for coffee,my signature drink salted caramel latte,the new cinnamon buns are amazing,fab place to relax and socialise,hope everyone feels the same way as i do.suryia xxx

If you want to watch an understaffed coffee shop run around for 20mins before they take your order- this is your new coffee spot. If Caffè Nero paid a better wage we might not be getting served by part timers who couldn’t care less. Can’t blame them tbh

Cannot say enough how friendly and helpful the staff here are, the drinks are also very nice and the coffee is delicious, would recommend.

we placed an order on Uber eats only for the driver to be 20 minutes late. The company knew this and left hot drinks to go cold, sending them out without re making them. They then sent them out cold only to then tell us they couldn't re make them when we rung up. When asking to talk to a manager they told us the manager wasn't available. Ijvija was no help and refused to help us wont be ordering again.

We visit often and thought I would leave a review to say how lovely the staff are. They seem to be having problems with staffing so they are often run off their feet. However, The manager always has time for a quick chat and the coffee is always spot on!

25/10/20 not impressed at all flat white was just a weak latte and our latte was a cappuccino without chocolate staff need training on coffee machine and customer service I did tell the man who made the coffees a shrug is what I got back not great for a neros would not spend my money there again 😣
