We went to visit this Cafe yesterday lunch time , and had a really enjoyable lunch. Panini one Beef and Parma Ham the other one a Seafood Panini. Beautifully served and the taste wow why we come back so regularly. The coffee is out of this world I enjoy the cappuccino and my partner the Latte. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the owner always smiling and nothing is to much. There is a great Italian vibe here and as I have been coming here for 20 years I love the place so much always very busy and a gem which I would recommend anybody to look out for , they will not be disappointed.

An amazing coffee shop. Second to none in Bletchley. Giorgio and all staff make you welcome and you feel part of the family. Food is very tasty and the cake is to die for.

This is an Italian run cafe and sanck bar in a run-down area of Bletchley. I love it because they really care, that you get what you want. There is quite a wide selection of snack-type food and several coffee alternatives. The premises are clean, but far from well-appointed (although all the necessities are there). If you want modern glitzy decor, there is a wlle know chain coffee shop 100 yards away. I go to this place to be served by soimeone who wants me to be a happy bunny when I leave. Your mileage may vary. (The jacket potato was huge, and fluffy.)

It was a welcome relief from the big chains of coffee shops with their poor quality offerings and indifferent staff. A family-run cafe with great coffee and really good homemade Italian meals and cakes. It also had a nice atmosphere, with relaxed and friendly locals. You can sit under a tree at a pavement table and watch the world go by for hours. The world needs more places like this, not less...

I intended to chill while waiting to pick up my daughter from work, a few days ago, so I went to this cafè after reading its reviews. As an Italian, I was probably expecting a bit more... For a starter, I asked if they had alternative milks. The reply was positve: they have soya and almond. When I ordered an almond milk cappuccino, though, the reply was that "the machine doesn't froth almond milk well", so I had to opt for a latte. Fair enough! This came boiling hot and really strong, despite asking for a lighter latte! Although I waited, it never cool down, and I didn't want to be late for my daughter, so I had to leave, feeling I had missed something. I also felt the place was a bit shabby, with too many Italian products displayed on top of each other, even panettone, the traditional Italian Christmas cake that should disappear before Easter! That made me wonder about freshness of products altogether.

When I entered this cafe, I immediately smelt the delicious home-cooked food on the menu. There is a huge selection of Italian paninis as well as some pasta and salad options. I had a veggie panini which was freshly prepared in just a few minutes and the bread was just delicious and there was a generous amount of filling. The staff were friendly yet not too overbearing and I happily sat reading the paper after I had finished my meal. A definite recommendation!

Lovely little cafe on the Bletchley high street. Run by a very nice guy called George. Great coffee and I had a fresh panini to go along with it. The place is frequented by locals and all of them were known to the owner by name. It just adds that personal touch which is great.

Best, most authentic European-style cafe in Milton Keynes. Makes Bletchley a much better place, frequented with a wonderful cross section of people who live and work in the town today. Outside tables make it an ideal location to enjoy coffee & cigarettes or lunch and afternoon beer. Features a great selection of bottled European lager and light-meals. Can get quite busy and service is occasionally slow, however the personal touch and relaxed atmosphere more than compensate for this. Try for yourself next time you find yourself in this neck of the woods.

After a morning swim, my wife and I came across town to be greeted with a smile. The proprietor is always smiling and it adds to the ambience. I had the Mega Mediteranno paninni, toasted bread, filled with ham, cheese, sausages, bacon, kebab meat (soo tasty! Not even slightly greasy ), eggs, lettuce and tomato, served with the crispiest french fries. A European feast. My wife's lasagne was super tasty, with a small salad and hot bread. The cake selection is amazing, going to have some packed to take away.

One or two of the blondes are well worth a visit to the cafe. Coffee and food is also pretty good, and well above average for Bletchley's charity/pawn/stretcher shop strip.

Ok so on first entering the cafe/bar I thought what had my other half taken me to for a mid week lunch... but I was nicely surprised. There was a nice friendly atmospnhere from the 'regulars' sat eating inside and at the tables outside. The staff were very friendly and courteous.I had a bottle of diet coke and had to ask for a glass - my personal preference not everyone else's. Partner chose a full English breakfast - loads of thick buttered toast, and the bacon and mushrooms went down well. I had a panini with mozzarella and mediterranean veg. It tasted nice but could have done with being a bit warmer. The cafe had a continual buzz of people coming in to sit and eat or take food away - it seemed well supported by regulars whom the staff knew by name so that says a lot. It did seem like a cafe not a bar at lunch time - no idea about later in the day. The small square tables and the sauce in tall squeezy bottles - all very cafe style, but it worked. This is not a place to take a first date, or your boss, but it is a warm friendly place and I would go back.

Having decided to eat at a well known chain coffee bar (without a huge amount of enthusiasm), we noticed this cafe and I'm so glad we did! A lovely friendly welcome, an extensive menu (I've never seen so many panini options on one menu) and fab coffee, we loved it. We both had pasta, which came with salad and fresh bread. A lot of food for a very reasonable price. It was really tasty, I am looking forward to returning to try other dishes. We took dessert away with us, a particularly nice Italian cake. Throughout our meal, people coming in were welcomed by name, adding to the atmosphere, nobody was rushed at all. I would be very happy to leave a days shopping at the nearby CentreMK to pop here for lunch. Ample free parking is available nearby.

We visit Cafe Med a lot when in Bletchley. The chap (George) and his staff are very friendly and always welcoming and always say think you. The price of the food and drink is very reasonable and considering most of it is home made its good value for money. Yet another well known chain has popped up a few doors down so they do well to compete, but have to say the food and coffee is better and cheaper at Cafe Mediterraneo. Recommended . :-)

A great little cafe. Lots of nice cakes, pastries on offer and wide variety of tapas type things, yummy toasted sandwiches (breakfast one is excellent) jacket potatoes and lasagne etc. Very friendly owner and fantastic hot chocolate! It was recommended to me or probably wouldn't have gone in. Other reviews say quite expensive. I think it's pretty standard and certainly better value and quality than costa next door.

A bit of a trek, but got there in the end. Friendly greeting and nice pint of Thatchers, then we saw pie was not on the menu, but we asked and fortunately they had some just prepared, so my parents were thrilled. We all enjoyed our meals and look forward to next visit.
