I went for the first time today, and I was genuinely thoroughly impressed. The food is perfectly cooked and quickly delivered, the coffee is really good, the atmosphere is calm, and the staff are attentive & nice. Also the prices are affordable which is a big bonus too. I highly recommend it

The lamb biryani is excellent, the chicken thighs was superb, service was fast and friendly, and the lattes (both hot and iced) are delicious. It's conveniently located by the hospital, so if you're looking to grab breakfast or lunch before visiting with your loved ones, this would be a great place to stop in. Prices were also very reasonable for the quality of the food and service.

A lovely place with a really kind staff and better food. If you are looking for a traditional English Breakfast, this is your place. Another thing to take into account is that every food is Halal.

Loved the food. Coffee and karak chai were amazing. Service was amazing catered for 12 of us at such a short space of time.

Good service and really nice tea. Eggs were undercooked with egg whites still raw on top. We ask them to be cooked and they did so all good in the end.

I ordered American Burger, and specifically asked well cooked. The meat wasn’t cooked well. When I asked them to cook again, the toasted whole burger and did not cook the meat again. And the response from the server was you should have ordered chicken we cannot cook the meat well enough.

Great place for breakfast, we loved it. We ordered the Ordinary Breakfast and it was very very good, even for two people. We are looking forward to trying the whole thing, but we will try to repeat it before returning to Spain. Totally recommended.

I tried the chicken biriani today that is advertised in their window for £5 It contained 1 boiled egg, the bones of a chicken wing, and a couple of miniscule pieces of chicken. Had it contained any less meat, it would have qualified as vegetarian.

A hidden cafe small but pleasantly located near local amenities and train stations ideal for hospital passers, convenient for all. A friend of two had English breakfast and tea service was very good which was the best part friendly and approaching.

Paid £3.50 for a chicken sandwich. What I actually got was white bread lettuce cucumber tomato and mayonaise. The label should have said "Chicken sandwich with no chicken"

Went there with my wife yesterday, and the service was amazing, food was great i got the Mexican chicken jacket potato, and I found quite delicious, wife got the biryani chicken also very good, and yes they serve halal food, so there is food for everyone.

Breakfasts are amazing. The place is very clean and well light. Friendly staff. Try the cookies and cream milkshake, it’s good.

i can't just throw away 20 quid, so I'm going to have to finish this. it is edible but it's unpleasant. this is the second time I've ordered this. quite liked the first time. this time was not so fun. at first, i'd though i'd gotten the wrong order but it turned out to be shaped in such a way it looked like a very soggy sandwich with some unknown filling. meat lasagne. only just now realized 'meat' can mean pretty much anything. i expected beef. did not get beef. sheet lasagne was okay. meat was dry and spicy. there was no liquid involved in this meal. it is something i never want to try again.

This is my first time I went to visit this place recommended by one of my friend. I had 1/2 grilled chicken I must say this is one of the best chicken I have ever had,service was extremely good too,coffee was lovely,I recommend anyone to visit this place for any coffee or food.👌👌

simple hamburger was dry, but it came with mayo and ketchup packets, so it was fine. i would have liked more gherkins. the chicken fillet was lovely, i liked the sauce.

I went to this café for the first time as it was conveniently located next to the Royal London Hospital. I honestly will never come back to this place again. I don’t feel safe. I feel let down by the staff who allowed three people to be rude and target a pregnant doctor. Would I recommend this place to my other doctor, nursing paramedic, admin or pharmacy colleagues, absolutely not! Do I feel safe to bring my child here? Absolutely not. Do I think the owners could have done more to make me feel safe in his restaurant? Yes, but instead he defended that these people’s behaviour was okay and offered to move me somewhere else. He had the audacity to think “I offered a discount” was enough. 65p off for a meal which I couldn’t even enjoy? I felt so scared that I wanted to run out the restaurant but of course wouldn’t want to leave without paying. I left the restaurant in tears and all the way home. Come here if you need to grab a quick coffee and go or targeted but if you want to sit down and enjoy a cup of tea or meal and do some work/ revision/ even a friendly chat with your colleagues, it’s not a place I would recommend.

The chicken was burnt and black in colour, so tjat ruined the taste of it also the rice they gave was really little usually they give a fair amount.

"cafe leads" is very outstanding food shop, today we go with my friends I spend quality time & i have eaten breakfast . They have amazing service and the food quality just amazing .the food test was very delicious which is attract my attention very much.burger& coffee alos delicious . cafe leads staff are very friendly and good environment .

If u want halal breakfast then come.here the food is nice the sausage really nice good selection of drinks red bull lucozade and not at rip of price heating is on to keep place warm chairs are nice and comfortable if ur nhs staff ,student ,local builder u get discount yes delivery and collection avaliable staff really nice respectful when they talk even when busy

Nice small cafe, serving good food with good portion sizes at very reasonable prices. Got a lamb burger served with fries, a hash brown, egg and salad for £9. Hot drinks are very reasonably priced too, especially for Zone 1/2 London

I ordered salmon and was delivered seabass. I called the restaurant and they said they didn't have salmon so sent seabass instead.

Too much happening with this "gourmet" lamb burger - to cover the not so good lamb patty quality perhaps? Everything is sliding out, very messy experience. Identified hash-brown - totally unnecessary. No option for 2nd lamb patty - just as well as if was falling apart just by looking at it, as if made from offal rather than pure mince. Onion ring was not identified at all, no impact on flavour - just slimey mass of deconstructed batter. Cod was dipped in the same awful batter and incinerated till significantly dark brown. The cod fillet is not very good quality, dry, must have been thawed from the last ice age. Won't be ordering again.

Great food, great prices and even better service. We had a stay at the hospital so visited here often. We were welcomed at the first visit and when we returned 2 months later they rembered our names.

Don't be fooled by it's simple exterior, this cafe is a hidden gem in London! The food is truly excellent and the staff are all lovely (especially Minhaj), who went out of his way to take care of us each time we came. No matter how busy they are, they're always polite and welcoming, and the food is consistently great! You absolutely have to try the hot food, especially the chicken skewers! You wouldn't think a small cafe could dish out such incredible food! We've been back for the chicken skewers 4 times now and have no doubt that we'll be back again shortly! Thanks for everything guys! You all work so hard and it really comes across in your food and service. A+
