Pretty good all round Cafe.We,ve had breakfast a few times here and have been pretty pleased with our meals.Freindly Staff too.

A fantastic full English breakfast without the fuss or expensive price! I enjoyed this meal very much and it was nice to see good value food in London. It’s only a little spot and a very simple place, but it’s definitely worth a visit.

Masala Tea was disgusting, presentation was horrible, quantity of the fries not worth the price. And I had food poisiong from the food. Please avoid this place

i can't just throw away 20 quid, so I'm going to have to finish this. it is edible but it's unpleasant. this is the second time I've ordered this. quite liked the first time. this time was not so fun. at first, i'd though i'd gotten the wrong order but it turned out to be shaped in such a way it looked like a very soggy sandwich with some unknown filling. meat lasagne. only just now realized 'meat' can mean pretty much anything. i expected beef. did not get beef. sheet lasagne was okay. meat was dry and spicy. there was no liquid involved in this meal. it is something i never want to try again.

This is my first time I went to visit this place recommended by one of my friend. I had 1/2 grilled chicken I must say this is one of the best chicken I have ever had,service was extremely good too,coffee was lovely,I recommend anyone to visit this place for any coffee or food.👌👌

I tried English breakfast. It was so good

simple hamburger was dry, but it came with mayo and ketchup packets, so it was fine. i would have liked more gherkins. the chicken fillet was lovely, i liked the sauce.

I went to this café for the first time as it was conveniently located next to the Royal London Hospital. I honestly will never come back to this place again. I don’t feel safe. I feel let down by the staff who allowed three people to be rude and target a pregnant doctor. Would I recommend this place to my other doctor, nursing paramedic, admin or pharmacy colleagues, absolutely not! Do I feel safe to bring my child here? Absolutely not. Do I think the owners could have done more to make me feel safe in his restaurant? Yes, but instead he defended that these people’s behaviour was okay and offered to move me somewhere else. He had the audacity to think “I offered a discount” was enough. 65p off for a meal which I couldn’t even enjoy? I felt so scared that I wanted to run out the restaurant but of course wouldn’t want to leave without paying. I left the restaurant in tears and all the way home. Come here if you need to grab a quick coffee and go or targeted but if you want to sit down and enjoy a cup of tea or meal and do some work/ revision/ even a friendly chat with your colleagues, it’s not a place I would recommend.

The chicken was burnt and black in colour, so tjat ruined the taste of it also the rice they gave was really little usually they give a fair amount.

"cafe leads" is very outstanding food shop, today we go with my friends I spend quality time & i have eaten breakfast . They have amazing service and the food quality just amazing .the food test was very delicious which is attract my attention very much.burger& coffee alos delicious . cafe leads staff are very friendly and good environment .

If u want halal breakfast then come.here the food is nice the sausage really nice good selection of drinks red bull lucozade and not at rip of price heating is on to keep place warm chairs are nice and comfortable if ur nhs staff ,student ,local builder u get discount yes delivery and collection avaliable staff really nice respectful when they talk even when busy

There are several small tables inside though they are not immediately visible. We appreciated our visit a lot!

Nice small cafe, serving good food with good portion sizes at very reasonable prices. Got a lamb burger served with fries, a hash brown, egg and salad for £9. Hot drinks are very reasonably priced too, especially for Zone 1/2 London

I ordered salmon and was delivered seabass. I called the restaurant and they said they didn't have salmon so sent seabass instead.

Food was really nice and fresh, service is friendly, environment is outstanding.

Too much happening with this "gourmet" lamb burger - to cover the not so good lamb patty quality perhaps? Everything is sliding out, very messy experience. Identified hash-brown - totally unnecessary. No option for 2nd lamb patty - just as well as if was falling apart just by looking at it, as if made from offal rather than pure mince. Onion ring was not identified at all, no impact on flavour - just slimey mass of deconstructed batter. Cod was dipped in the same awful batter and incinerated till significantly dark brown. The cod fillet is not very good quality, dry, must have been thawed from the last ice age. Won't be ordering again.

Great little cafe tucked away and so much better than the nearby chain establishments. Had a great breakfast and their coffee is very good. Will definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

Great food, great prices and even better service. We had a stay at the hospital so visited here often. We were welcomed at the first visit and when we returned 2 months later they rembered our names.

Last time the order was a total mess up, this time they had it bang right. Thank you.

Don't be fooled by it's simple exterior, this cafe is a hidden gem in London! The food is truly excellent and the staff are all lovely (especially Minhaj), who went out of his way to take care of us each time we came. No matter how busy they are, they're always polite and welcoming, and the food is consistently great! You absolutely have to try the hot food, especially the chicken skewers! You wouldn't think a small cafe could dish out such incredible food! We've been back for the chicken skewers 4 times now and have no doubt that we'll be back again shortly! Thanks for everything guys! You all work so hard and it really comes across in your food and service. A+

Don’t normally write reviews but seriously the food was rank chicken was grey coated in watered down mayo the peri peri chicken tasted like rubber with watered down seasoning who ever made this needs firing I’ve never known anyone or place to mess up chicken sweetcorn and mayo the jacket potato wasn’t cooked the half tub of butter they put on top didn’t even melt that’s how cold it was will never come back to this shop even if the food was free🤢

The cheesey chips were not very cheesey and I would have liked more. English breakfast was good. The food was a bit cold because of the driver. He hadn’t moved for almost ten minutes and no explanation offered when he arrived. Not the restaurants fault.

I gifted my family in E1 area today to Breakfast All way from Birmingham. I chose Cafe leads first time. From menu I selected Full English Breakfast. I called cafe to confirm my order, The owner picked up, he was very polite, humble and confirmed my order. The food arrived piping hot, it was scrumptious! Delicious and value for money aswell. I will surely be ordering again. Highly recommend all try, Thumbs up👍🏻 all way from Birmingham. Best luck to team Cafe Leads...

The pancakes were soggy not cooked and disgusting. I always order from here I don't know what happend today.

It's a good place to stop and eat. It is rather crowded though. We have always had good friendly service here.

The standard is going down a bit, crunchy chips and the buns are slightly burnt in the burger. Please take care when doing the orders. Didn't enjoy like I did before

I had to write a review after popping in for a cuppa with my boy after a visit at the hospital. What a gem this place is, mainly because the staff and I’m assuming the owner is amazing, such a nice man who generally cares and wants his customers to be happy. The chips and coffee are amazing too! Thank you! We will be back!!

Ordered an English breakfast. They didn't have bacon, but never said anything about it. The delivery arrived all messed up. The meal was open inside of the bag and food got everywhere.

The amount of chips that was with the cod was barely a handful, upon delivery. I could provide the picture to show how much was there in the container, next to the cod, but alas I cannot. Called and spoke to the staff, and said next time to put in the comments for more chips, which is ridiculous. The amount should be respective of how much it costs considering as the norm, not open to discussion.

Bad service, racist workers not even caring about their own kind of people. I ordered food with 2 Mates they messed up on all 3 orders i dident even receive my food at all. They are too focused on pleasuring businessmen because of their money and forget about low working class people like us. This is ashame and a discrase. Food was appalling there was mould inside a sausage and the eggs looked off as if they were out of date , even the cans of drink had a funky cheesy smell . I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a cafe nearby I would recommend olive&oregano on new road !

Excellent customer service! I went there just before closing time whilst visiting a patient in hospital. They were super helpful and even though they were preparing to close up they made some samosas and coffee for me. Really appreciated their efforts and kindness. Thank you!

I don’t often leave reviews. I was in RL for a week with my wife, giving birth. Unfortunately, RL does not cater to birthing partners aka husbands/fathers. This Cafe is perfect, short walking distance, great food, good value/prices, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Thank you brothers!

The food was horrible and tasteless! The omelette was burnt and overcooked. I asked for cherry tomatoes but got chunky salad tomatoes instead. Good presentation was very bleak! The salad was OLD and STALE

Lasagne was not cookes properly and way too much tomato sauce inside the lasaghne. I recommend not to order very early as maybe the Chef is half asleep.
