Quick service by polite staff. Food was poor however: My Havana Heatwave Burger was overcooked and chewy, my wife’s barbecue chicken was dry and rubbery, and they seemed to have tried to offset this by it swimming in bareque sauce, which didn’t work. Last time I ate here it was Ok, but on the strength of this meal, we won’t return.

Ir a manzana! ! !

I recently visited Lost Boys Chicken, and let me tell you, the only thing "lost" about this place was the chicken. I ordered the large portion for £16, thinking I was in for a feast, but what I got was more like a wing-shaped teaser. These wings were so tiny, I started to wonder if the chicken had been on a strict diet—like, a chicken cleanse, or maybe just skipping leg day. The “Wendy” sauce, though? Now that was decent, like a soft apology from the kitchen for the sad, skeletal wings that arrived. But the size of the chicken? It was so disappointing, I could have sworn I was eating a chicken wing in a magic trick where the chicken just… vanished. I’ve just returned from India, where I had street food that made my stomach do flips, but also gave me food poisoning (great times!). I’ll say this: the street food there had more chicken, and the chicken might’ve been washed with someone's feet, but at least it felt like a full meal. In comparison, this was more like a starter at a fancy restaurant where you leave still hungry and with regrets. If Lost Boys Chicken swapped to thighs or maybe just grew their wings a little, they could actually have something here. For now, it’s just a place where sauce gets more attention than the chicken. Shame, because that sauce was decent. But alas, I won’t be winging my way back anytime soon.

Very busy, popular pub. Great place to meet up with mates. Food excellent as nearly always with Wetherspoons. Toilets clean and modern (bit of a sticky floor in the gents, needed a good scrub with the m ob and decent floor cleaner) Friday and Saturday night visits, but no security issues staff and security in control. Reassuring. Service via app very quick and efficient.
