Great food, shame about the rude woman who runs it! Unbelievable. She needs to attend a course on public relations instrad of snapping at everyone

A little gem of a place just out of the Town Centre on Gillygate. This family run cafe serves delicious food at reasonable prices. The choice if dishes is excellent and the quality is outstanding. I had the chicken wrap which was delicious and my wifechad the veggie burger which was tasty. The place sells alcohol as well as soft drinks and beverages. The place is dog friendly with a special dog menu. We'll worth a visit.

Such a lovely time and lovely food too! Brought my family in for a visit before we head back home, I had the all day breakfast which was gorgeous, eggs cooked perfectly and rest was yummy. Family also had a mixture of all day breakfast and sandwiches, girlfriend was expecially impressed with her vegan club sandwich, said she'd absolutely be having it again on our next visit! Always a lovely time here and great atmosphere, staff go above and beyond. Picked up some cakes to take home so we shall be enjoying those tonight, thankyou all for a really enjoyable visit, will pop in again next time we're in York!

Anyone who has a gluten intolerance knows how hard it is to find a good cake. Look no further. You don't get one cake, you get at least 4 to choose from. The whole menu can be made gluten-free if you wish. A very warm welcome and outstanding service to match the amazing cakes.

A warm welcome on a fresh Autumn morning. We only wanted hot drinks, and there certainly was an ample selection, including quite a few decaffeinated options. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact my pot of Yorkshire Tea was loose leaf. A rarity indeed in this era of the teabag. Osbornes @ 68 is a bit off the tourist track and all the better for that. If you're making your way to or from Union Terrace coach & carpark it's well worth calling in. You won't be disappointed. Oh! and they're dog friendly, so if you have man's best friend with you your pal will be welcomed too.

Had a coffee and some cake and was very pleasant. A nice atmosphere and friendly staff along with good cake and coffee, what more could I ask for. Visit this place if can, I will return for a meal soon.

Lovely cafe tucked away from the crowds. Surprisingly spacious especially when you can sit out in the garden at the back. Dog friendly always a bonus snd good food and drink with attentive friendly staff. Reasonably priced.

A lovely place, really cosy, fresh and welcoming. The only criticism I would give is that from the outside the lights inside looked off. All the staff were so friendly and professional. It was testament to the environment established that us holidaymakers and people having an informal business meeting could all feel they were in a space that would be right for their needs. At only 6 months old this my third trip out to a cafe. I had a delicious bowl of scrambled egg for 75p and 2 peanut butter biscuits to take out. Excellent service from the 2 lovely girls who served me a refreshing bowl of water on arrival. My Mum and Dad can recommend the chicken salad, cakes and coffees too. Brilliant for Breakfast, a light lunch, or coffee & cake. I think there may have been more substantial meals available but we were only in for a quick bite to eat. Very dog friendly. The staff are fabulous, the service was very efficient. In, ordered, meal eaten, paid and out the door for our walking tour in 45 mins! We never felt rushed either.

I won’t give you a duff review but please open on time. You had 5 potential customers waiting for 20 minutes who you pretty much ignored as you were late opening. 10.20 I left after waiting 30 minutes.
