Baguettes tasted funny and low quality produce. 2 rashers of bacon in the whole baguette. Cheese was chulky. Shame as was really looking forward to a decent Baguette from a (proper) sandwich shop. Had better rolls from a petrol station!

Walked in to order, no orderly queue so I just waited to be called next, a lady walks in behind me and the cashier straight up ignored me and takes the ladies order. Never returning

Why would anyone get food from this place, high price low quality and very questionable standards I had a few bites and ended up binning it a friend ait something and ran to the toilet 30min later, and such poor service I just can't say anything nice

Popped in today for some food. Wasn't the greatest meat tasted really cheap. And wasn't the best tasting. But disappointed as used this place before few years ago and had a very good reputation and loved it. But changed drastically. Sorry.

Extremely disappointed to see about 5 copies of 'The Light' newspaper on the standing table next to the counter. Unfortunately by the time I noticed the copies of the newspaper I had already paid, the food was okay. Disappointing amount of bacon in a bacon and sausage roll. For those who are lucky enough to be not familiar with The Light, it is a far-right and conspiracy theory newspaper which in the past has spread Covid misinformation, anti-semitic conspiracy theories, has denied the holocaust, and prints general hate speech.

I often order Butties to be delivered to the office for lunch and we have tried the catering platters for meetings too. Excellent sandwiches, very reasonable prices and a reliable delivery service. Thank you team Butties!

Bagetts are very doey wasnt nice to eat .there the same as the ones you buy in a supermarket and have to bake yourself .the sausages were very spicey and wasnt the best either'just wasnt a pleasant sandwich ..could be alot better on selection of bagetts .I definitely would go alot more if better selection amd better quality sausages

I really like Butties. The ladies that work there are always friendly and welcoming and the sandwiches are freshly made there and then and taste great. Recently they lowered the minimum charge for paying on a card which really helps as we increasingly move toward a cashless society and they accept American Express which is a nice bonus.

Just found this shop recently after a recommendation from a friend. The service is warm and friendly. A great selection of food at competitive prices. I felt I received value for money and a great selection of food available.

I called at 7am to order and have delivered breakfast sandwiches delivered to my son and his friends after they’ve stayed up all night finishing dissertations. The lady on the phone was very helpful and my order was delivered 20 minutes later!!! Fantastic service thank you!

Always the place to go if you are near Guildford and you want a great lunch. Mostly good on the go but there is some space to sit and eat. Freshly made sarnies and lovely cakes. Scrummy!

Don't get here often enough but always pop in if in area coffee is excellent not eaten much here but always piping hot and delicious. All the lads from work use it great service friendly and polite and place is spotless have outside seating in summer worth stopping off there

Little sandwich shop only 2 table inside for 2. Full English for just over 5£ but not enough for man. Coffee not best don't compare to Costa not even close.

Stopped here before jumping on the a3 for a long trip, didn’t fancy paying service stations pricing. Was well nice grub, made to order, filling and not pricey. Will be using this place again now

I work down here weekdays and stay in hotel so found this little shop down road now I go most days I’m here like it’s well lush like and not too bad price I spose. Girls cud do wee flashing a smile here n there though

I've been working near Butties this week and they were recommended to me and they certainly do some fantastic food, topped off with great value and speedy service. The girls always had a smile for their customers. Great staff and great service.

Good food , good selection and friendly staff

Customer service is great but sadly common sense is a little lacking i.e. heavily buttered baguette for ham and brie filling is completely unnecessary - the brie is buttery enough! Made me feel extremely ill.

We use these Girls all the time through work @ Ford. We love them, and weather they want to admit it they love us too :) Great laugh, great food and always willing to help. They put up with our dietary requirements and if you have any problems then you always get treated well. Good work girls!! Hoiiiiiissssssinnnnnnnn!!!!

I eat here most Saturday's, and would challenge you to find a better cooked breakfast at Butties prices. As well as preparing great food, the staff are universally fantastic and very friendly. Eat here! :-)
