Visited the cafe Saturday for lunch we live in Burnham On sea and support the local business. Donna and her team are great as they cater for people who are Gluten intolerant. We had a delicious baked potatoes with beans and a lush piece of West Country ham and a well dressed side salad.. well done Donna the cafe is excellent super food and great banter.

We stopped of in Burnham on the way to Cornwall. Hate motorway services so always try and get somewhere local to give our service to. We had a choice of three in Burnham and we picked The Burrs. The pace itself is clean, tidy and the lady who served us was friendly and professional giving us a warm greeting which is always pleasant. We had the breakfast and it was good value for money and tasty, would pop back if we come this way again.

Popped in for a hot drink and a piece of cake after the switching on of the Christmas lights. Warmly welcomed by the staff, The menu also says "welcome" which was nice. Cakes were delicious and well priced. Loved the fact that they had a nativity scene on display, always good to see at this time of year.

Went in for a quick bite to eat. Decided on a bacon sandwich . I slice of bacon in slices of bread. Very fatty not cooked very well. No interaction with the people working there so could not complain. Far better service &food just across the road. Wont be going back.

We visited Burrs a couple of weeks ago. We had intended going in one of the other local faces but strangely, on a busy Saturday in August they were closed - so Burrs won instead. You will see from my other reviews my wife eats a gluten free diet and Burrs menu suggested they could cope with this well, which they indeed did! The staff were very friendly, the food was very good value for money. My one critism, and perhaps this is partly why you do not see so many reviews, is the cafes limited opening times - but you can see them on the web - sadly the second time we went to visit for a coffee they were just closing, our fault we knew the times, which was a little sad!

Started using Burrs on my shopping trips to town. Donna the owner is a lovely lady as is the other lady working there Tracy. Coffee is really nice and they serve some very good tea cakes as well as other nice cake selection. Sunday lunch is served with all produce being fresh. A friendly warm welcome and a smile is always on hand, plus I can take my dog there. This is now my go to coffee shop, after recently moving I want to support local independent businesses as best I can!

We took a chance and decided to venture into Burr’s. This is a great little place, with good food and an amazing hot chocolate – something for all the family. It was a windy day, which made the visit all the better.

The food was hot and the staff were attentive to our needs,But the cafe is tiny and there were 12 of us and it was a very tight fit for all of us. I would go here again but only if it was a small party of people.

Lovely breakfast, staff ok, not really friendly, lacking atmosphere and echoes, probably coz there's not curtains or blinds

Pleasant cafe environment. Speciality steak nights on a Saturday where because they have no drinks licence you can take your own bottle of wine. It would appeal to some but it felt to me like having a restaurant price steak in a cafe, obviously own wine made it cheaper, but I would not go to one of those evenings again, as I prefer a restaurant, decent pub environment for an evening meal. Staff were very pleasant, no hesitation in popping in sometime for a coffee

I'm not in Burnham too often but I've tried most of the cafes about. Frankly if you're just after a coffee and a quick bite you won't do better than here. Service is great also. Highly recommended.

What a little gem of a place. If you want a place on a Friday or Saturday evening for a great steak this is it. I had a fillet steak and my wife had the sirloin and they was beautiful, nothing was a problem for the ladies hosting and cooking, even extra onions and a peppercorn sauce, probably the best we have had. Compliments to them.

Went to Burrs for a Steak Night (only on Friday and Saturday evenings). We arrived early as we were hungry and looking forward to it! This was no problem to them and they looked after us like Royalty! The food was excellent and one nice thing was that the plates were hot - makes all the difference. The apple pie for dessert was really, really nice with delicious custard. You have to take your own alcohol but no corkage is charged and glasses and a corkscrew are readily available. An excellent addition to Burnham.

Visited here whilst on holiday with my family, visited 5 days out of 7, it was that good. The staff were all very happy, polite, friendly and welcoming. The menu is varied so there is something for everyone, if you want anything different the cook will make it if possible.

Excellent food and lovely building! We came here as part of a trip to Cheddar for my partners 40th, glad I trusted the reviews and chose The Bath Arms. I had the mushroom and celeriac strudel which was delicious and different from the usual veggie options you see elsewhere. My partner had the steak pie, which he said was very good and filled up with meat. The chips he had also looked incredible! All in all, a very nice birthday meal!

I’m so happy to see this pub supporting the LGTVHD+ community!! I was having a meal here recently and the chirpy chef with the fish tattoos was wearing a pride hat, so courageous to be walking around your place of work so openly!! Massive respect for the place being so supportive, will certainly visit again!!
