Perfect restaurant very clean and all staff polite

Awful experience. Also have to point out all the fake reviews for 5 star posts. All from people that only seem to post once or post on other burger king franchises they have worked for. Disgraceful.

I’m sat at home, craving a juicy burger and a delicious slush, yet Burger King disappoint me. My burger? Amazing. My slush? Missing. How could a blunder like this occur? My day? Ruined.

Very good service and tasty food

First time I been to this burgerking in Newbury and won't be coming back.serbice was so slow and there was only one other customer in the restaurant wasn't even busy with delivery's.trying to get staff attention they dint cate too busy chatting with eachother to notice their customers! .fries were cold too!

ORDERED FOOD @12.18 NOT DELIVERED FOR AN HOUR WHEN FIRST INDICATION WAS 35 MINUTES, WHEN FOOD ARRIVED SOME THINGS WERE MISSING AND ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. DRIVER APPEARED TO GO THE VERY LONG WAY TO US NOT HAPPY WITH THIS ORDER SADLY USUALLY GOOD

because I've cream was put in with hot food, ice cream had started to unfreeze and the food was only just warm.

Don’t bother, staff at the Burger King are useless, always had something missing

The workers are rude and not very welcoming when entering the store they got our order wrong and are very loud when customers are eating.

Food is okay, it's what you'd expect from Burger King. Place was clean and tidy. Staff isn't too helpful and have zero customer service skills. The answers to the questions are mumbled and if you smile and say something or even "thank you, have a good evening", you are in for the silent treatment, no matter what. With this type of customer service, I think I'll switch for delivery the next time I'm in the mood for BK.

the burger and chips were both cold

Always the same here, a franchise that’s ran badly. The drinks machine is missing 90% of the options shown, charging you for sauces but don’t have the bare minimum options. These can be seen as a one-off on occasion but it’s ALWAYS like this. Chances it, yet again. Horrible service.

This burger King is basically never open, been twice over the Christmas period and both times it was shut, this time "due to some issue" as per the note on the door. I'd be curious to know what issue that is as it's clearly long-term impacting. Don't bother coming here.

Order is called within 5 minutes maximum, food is hot, polite customer service, especially by Rashmi at the dine in.

We ordered the chicken burgers and it came out hot and fresh. We didn’t have to wait that long and the staff were very nice. The place was kept clean and neat. The new frozen Fanta is really good, me and my family tried it and the kids really love it. Overall, the experience and food was good. I recommend.

Our order was incorrect, serving staff made no attempt to apologise for the problem, in fact they dumped the correct food on the counter without even making eye contact with us, incredibly poor customer service.

Food did not turn up although it said on app delivered, not happy as chip shop near me had closed , so too late to get food elsewhere 👎👎. Put 1 star as I had no choice for no stars.

Driver excellent ,Burger king useless ,i asked for no everything ,add bacon n chesse ,i got everything,theyd even ticked the papercopy no pickles ,sauses,tomato,etc then for got to carry it out and gave me a normal burger.

The burger is bit salty and the chips is horrible with this kind of cheese..

Food tasty & put together great. Delivery delayed though, so it had sweaty packaging & food only just warm. Delivery time kept changing. Arrived 64mins after ordering! It's literally 5min drive away, but I don't drive.

When ordered the longest wait was 30 minutes but took an hour to arrive. When arrived food was stone cold.

The staffs are amazing and polite!! Have always received the best service compared to other places. The food is good and always get fresh and hot fries with my meal. Quick service on drive thru. The sides like chilli bites, onion rings and loaded fries are amazing , would highly recommend this place and give a try.

Initial delivery time was 19:25, arrived at 20:05. Food was all completely cold when it arrived and therefore unpleasant.

Food was cold drink was only half full and deliver stated 20-35mins but took just under an hour to arrive. Not impressed

I had visited burger king two days back with family,we ordered Halloumi burger meal and sides chilli bites and onion rings,food served fresh and hot ,staff were amazing,I would prefer to visit twice a week,Nice place to enjoy with family.

Don't listen, don't care, no customer service training. A manager that can't manage, but can play on his phone. A cleaner, cleaning tables when half a ton of chips are on the floor. If you do get your food check it as its usually wrong. Drinks taste of orange, no matter which drink you have. When you do return your meal they replace the error but forget in the 20 minutes it's taken the rest of the food is now cold. I have to ask them to replace all as no thought about what has happened. Only one member of staff appears to know the correct way, but the young lady can't cover for all the others incompetence. All the best, never coming back.

Burger king always gets here semi warm but 2mins in airfry and bacon never crispy but 2 mins in airfry and all pipping hot and crispy bacon .

We kept getting put back with time and we ended up going to the shop ourselves picking the order up then they didn’t know our order even though we give them a number got the order got home freezing cold waste money waste of time waste of effort absolute joke I’m not a nice attitude towards customers in Burger King.

Nice staffs, the restaurant is always cleaned and tidy. Always receive food on time and is always hot.

I think if you was to carry on delivering food then make sure there is one order per driver and delivering numerous orders we have now got freezing cold food it’s just not acceptable I’m afraid

We each had the vegan royale and fries. Tasty enough, but I hope BK will continue adding vegan options. Usually, I like the vegan whopper and some vegan nuggets, but this store didn't offer the nuggets.

Great lil restaurant by the gym and Halfords. Staff super friendly and I love the Steakhouse Crispy Chicken.

i always get the most excellent service from Roshni on the drive through counter every Thursday, so very pleasant and polite. Absolutely 5 stars.

Quick service on drive thru and dining area fries are hot and lastly staffs are amazing and polite. Order receiving quick.

There have been 3 occasions in the last year when my young teenage kids haven’t been given what they ordered or have been over-charged, and the staff refuse to correct the issue. It certainly teaches my kids to watch out for over-charging and good lessons in life but it’s not great behaviour from Burger King Newbury
