Burger King in West Berkshire

Always the same here, a franchise that’s ran badly. The drinks machine is missing 90% of the options shown, charging you for sauces but don’t have the bare minimum options. These can be seen as a one-off on occasion but it’s ALWAYS like this. Chances it, yet again. Horrible service.

This burger King is basically never open, been twice over the Christmas period and both times it was shut, this time "due to some issue" as per the note on the door. I'd be curious to know what issue that is as it's clearly long-term impacting. Don't bother coming here.

Burgers are good but fries are terrible. Fries are stale and dry.

Order is called within 5 minutes maximum, food is hot, polite customer service, especially by Rashmi at the dine in.

We ordered the chicken burgers and it came out hot and fresh. We didn’t have to wait that long and the staff were very nice. The place was kept clean and neat. The new frozen Fanta is really good, me and my family tried it and the kids really love it. Overall, the experience and food was good. I recommend.

Our order was incorrect, serving staff made no attempt to apologise for the problem, in fact they dumped the correct food on the counter without even making eye contact with us, incredibly poor customer service.

Normally not very busy and service is good. One of the better cooked meals here.

The staffs are amazing and polite!! Have always received the best service compared to other places. The food is good and always get fresh and hot fries with my meal. Quick service on drive thru. The sides like chilli bites, onion rings and loaded fries are amazing , would highly recommend this place and give a try.

I had visited burger king two days back with family,we ordered Halloumi burger meal and sides chilli bites and onion rings,food served fresh and hot ,staff were amazing,I would prefer to visit twice a week,Nice place to enjoy with family.

Don't listen, don't care, no customer service training. A manager that can't manage, but can play on his phone. A cleaner, cleaning tables when half a ton of chips are on the floor. If you do get your food check it as its usually wrong. Drinks taste of orange, no matter which drink you have. When you do return your meal they replace the error but forget in the 20 minutes it's taken the rest of the food is now cold. I have to ask them to replace all as no thought about what has happened. Only one member of staff appears to know the correct way, but the young lady can't cover for all the others incompetence. All the best, never coming back.

Burger king always gets here semi warm but 2mins in airfry and bacon never crispy but 2 mins in airfry and all pipping hot and crispy bacon .

We kept getting put back with time and we ended up going to the shop ourselves picking the order up then they didn’t know our order even though we give them a number got the order got home freezing cold waste money waste of time waste of effort absolute joke I’m not a nice attitude towards customers in Burger King.

Nice staffs, the restaurant is always cleaned and tidy. Always receive food on time and is always hot.

I think if you was to carry on delivering food then make sure there is one order per driver and delivering numerous orders we have now got freezing cold food it’s just not acceptable I’m afraid

Drive through. Two burgers. One double cheese, one chilli jam and it was still wrong.

We each had the vegan royale and fries. Tasty enough, but I hope BK will continue adding vegan options. Usually, I like the vegan whopper and some vegan nuggets, but this store didn't offer the nuggets.

i always get the most excellent service from Roshni on the drive through counter every Thursday, so very pleasant and polite. Absolutely 5 stars.

There have been 3 occasions in the last year when my young teenage kids haven’t been given what they ordered or have been over-charged, and the staff refuse to correct the issue. It certainly teaches my kids to watch out for over-charging and good lessons in life but it’s not great behaviour from Burger King Newbury

The burger is flavourful and satisfying and I like Chilli Cheese Bites which pairs well with burger. The service is fast and the restaurant maintains a clean and comfortable environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient.

Absolute rip off prices, like Blatantly pulling your pants down. 3 cars in drive thru and it took over 20 minutes. There's a reason mcdonalds is the real king.

burger was by no means freshly made, very dry and tasteless, fries were somewhat tasty, but would have been better if they were hot, even warm would have sufficed, certainly not worth anywhere near the cost, poor quality for the extortionate price.

About 30% more expensive than other rival burger chains and half the level of service. I think they have some work to do.

Music too loud could have conversations. Staff miserable. Food cold and limp.

Our delivery driver was amazing so polite and helpful I explained how the restaurant had phoned me to say they had forgotten food and he explained to me the protocol as the restaurant wanted me to send him back .

Horrendous, food was stone cold took two hours from order to delivery, clearly the food has been sat prepared for delivery for a long time as on arrival it’s stone cold and disgusting

I recently visited the Burger King outlet in Newbury and had a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous, providing great recommendations. The restaurant was clean, and the team made every customer feel welcome. Highly recommend this location for a pleasant dining experience.

Good and friendly service, the burgers were well made. However why did the air smelt so much of grease...as if the air extractor was not working too well.

OK burger king branch, they have drive through, plenty of parking spaces, plenty of seating. Food is ok but some of the staff don't speak good enough English or have very strong accents that are difficult to understand. Also the drinks machine often has run out of the full choices so you end up sometimes ordering a drink you don't want.
