States shop hours are until 22:00, but actually the shop closes at 21:00, and is drive through only until 22:00. No mention of this on the app or the Burger King website. Luckily I was in a response car and not a full sized 5.5 tonne ambulance Even though I’d placed a mobile order, the staff weren’t aware of it and it felt like I had to wake them up to go and check for it. Totally uninterested and seemed they’d rather be anywhere than here, which is fair enough, it’s not the best job in the world - but don’t mess me around, THEN annoy me with attitude.

Went to Burger King yesterday,.They were busy, but team was friendly and efficient. Food was served quickly and fries were crispy and piping hot - perfect! Ultimate bean Burger is very tasty , I enjoyed the food. Hope I will visit soon again.

I went into the restaurant and was met with an unfriendly member of staff. Showed him the app on my phone with loyalty points, how do you use, pointed.. mumbled. Order was placed eat in, then stood there ! While the staff member couldn't remember what he's doing, so had to ask for a cup for the drinks machine. Meal was a while, it eventually the guy called the number threw the meal on the counter in a bag. Not a tray for eating in. Food was just warm. I complained and got a sorry, and nothing else. Shocking !!! All the staff look like they don't want to be there. Avoid till they buck there ideas up.

This is truly unbelievable. Having ordered a special offer via the app and asked a simple question about their single transaction terms, the manger threw the burger across the counter and started shouting "what are you going to do"? And asking me to fight him outside. I was utterly shocked and conscious of the other customers in store that were clearly distressed by his aggression. The burger was cold and had very little salad and what it had was clearly out of date. Imagine paying £4:79 for one!!!!

I've only been here half a dozen times but twice I've been given a wrong order. First was a missing orange juice. Most recent was a bag of weird cheese ball things instead of chicken strips. Both times I was too far away when eating to go back.

Sometimes you cannot be bothered to cook, this place is the place to go. Forget the Golden Arches the taste of the Whopper is great and free refills on drinks

On our way on a business visit to Southampton we decide to pop in here for a quick burger cheesy nibbles and some fries with drink service was as expected in a drive-through and the food was hot and delicious I would definitely use this Burger King again

We stopped the other night for something to eat before heading back homewards. The Burger King seemed a bit tired. The car park was in need of a litter picking, and the outside bins were a bit too full. The drive through was operating with a single window for orders and pick up, but with all this incidental negative, the food remained okay. We had ordered a couple of veggie burgers, and a XL one without a bun. The order was filled quickly, and the bread free "sandwich" was nicely laid out in a plastic food box, and cutlery was provided as well. It was hot, and not slapped together as sometimes happens when "special" orders are asked for. All in all the meal was tasty and we really appreciated the care given to our no to low card requirements.

Stopped here on our way south on A34, hottest day of the year. Order taken quickly at Drive Thru and a slight delay with order but food was all freshly cook to the point of the chips were too hot, NOT a bad thing, very polite and well up to standard. Will be back next time we are on A34. 4/5*

Visitied yesterday 23rd July, every thing good except it was to hot to eat inside. Not sure if they have air confitioning or if it's broken either way something needs sorting in this current hot weather. Eat my meal outside instead.

I go to this place only because it's so local but lately I've driven another mile to go somewhere else. The service isn't friendly, clearly the staff really can't be bothered to be there. The staff mooch half-heartedly between service points with no real meaning in their lives. It's like watching a social experiment in employing the unemployable just to see how they get on. The place needs a manager with a desire to teach staff the idea that getting paid means you actually have to earn it by providing customer's a reasonable service with some semblance of willingness.

Not the best car park - but the stafff are great, very welcomming and really helpful. Haven't had a 'Whopper' in over 20 years - made do with the oppositions offerings and suffice to say I'm not going back to them, it's Burger King Whoppers from now on - when I'm allowed to have another that is! Really nice clean place - can't understand what the problem is wih other people - our visit was excellent - thank you.

The kids wanted a kids meal, so we plumbed for Burger King as it was conveniently located and they had been good during halfterm.The kids were happy with their meals: Chicken Nuggets, Fries, drink and a toy.However, if you have a food allergy, forget eating here - according to the waitress on the counter (who quite frankly didn't have a clue), they had no gluten free options - really not a good choice for a restaurant to do in this modern world of food awareness.I won't be returning, as i can't eat there!

Terrible.Do not visit unless you like mouldy rolls,foul tasting chips or cold burgers.Will drive on next time.

Tengo que decir que este es el peor Burger King en el que he estado. Caminando hacia y a través de la puerta, mi hijo y yo fuimos recibidos por el olor a humo de tabaco de un miembro del personal sentado en el bordillo para no fumadores. Cuando pedí mi comida, me preguntó si mi hijo (que tiene autismo), podría haber leche con su comida en su lugar. El servidor se convirtió su cabeza, mirando en la nevera y me dijo 'No hoy". Me explico que es todo lo que las bebidas. Me recibió un ciego mirando en los días más calurosos del año. Pedí nuggets de pollo para mi hijo, que venía en una bolsa de papel y 2 sobrecitos de salsa dado para ellos. Cómo se supone que a exprimir salsa de tomate croquetas de pollo en una bolsa de papel sin que en sus manos y mientras ellos comiendo? ? Esperar. . La bolsa abierta. rip (sólo pensamiento de ahora mientras escribo esto! Mi hijo paciente autista decidimos hacer sin salsa. En el mostrador de bebidas, tapas eran todo el lugar y no les dare lugar a mi taza. La comida no estaba mal, para ser justos, pero tuvimos que dejar nuestra basura en la mesa, como la papelera era casi desbordaban. Así que tenía la mesa junto a nosotros.

Mientras que cualquier negocio puede sufrir una avería mecánica, si no, dígalo. Esta noche, traté de pedir dos comidas y comidas tres adultos para niños. No es demasiado difícil, pero estaba aquí. Tras ordenar una comida doble hecho, gran steakhouse, y luego fuimos a solicitar una comida whopper doble, hecho grande, me informaron que no tenían carne suficiente. Me tuve que conformar dos grandes comidas, bien individual. También pregunté por un batido de Oreo. Después pedí tres comidas para niños; una con patatas fritas de Apple. Me dijeron que no hacen las patatas de manzana. Cuando me dieron la taza de papel por las bebidas gaseosas, era de tamaño. Yo reclamé, pero tuve que pagar extra, ya que las órdenes no se habían hecho grandes de nuevo, pedí dos Orio, batidos y fresa.

Debe ser la peor Burger King jamás! ! Comida fría seca tiras de pollo y coca cola plana! ! ! ! Todos fuimos en el Yayyyyy bin. Ah. . Y el coche por el altavoz no funcionaba, así que nos sentamos allí como un idiota de primera. . . Poner un aviso. durrrrrr salida quizás? ? ? ? ? Absolutamente horrible. No habría dado estrellas si pudiera

Había estado viajando por un largo tiempo y todo lo que quería hacer es ir a la lavar mis manos y luego wc pedir mi comida, pero no estaba permitido hacer eso. Tienes que pedir entonces obtienes un código en su recibo, que si es sólo usted y su en el baño y la comida está lista ¿cómo sabrá también me dieron una taza y ninguna explicación de qué hacer con ella. Pedí un café con leche grande y parecía más como una taza pequeña. La comida no era tan buena. Pedí un steakhouse y que era comestible, el pollo rebozados royale la salsa probado desagradable. Este burger king está cerca de una halfords. Por favor si te gusta comer no comer allí. Código 1469 y por el es inodoro.

Esta tarde verdaderamente terribles. El ánimo era establecido por el personal, uno de los cuales era un aprendiz, otro servidor, y el director británico ninguna, y en desventaja con el idioma inglés.

Visited on 22/10/2016 while passing through Newbury. Parking Easy & good. Only good thing. Ordered king meals. Food cold. Burger dry. No taste at all. Wonder if all burger kings are same or this one is particularly awful. Definitely not going again.

No hay mesas de limpieza, moscas por todas partes. Efectivo gastado en comida que sólo era apto para contenedores.

Este Burger King necesita una renovación. He ido a otros reyes burger y este no se corta en términos de opciones disponibles en alimentos y bebidas. No volveré 😖

So two trips to her in the last month and the poor service I received the first time, wasn't a one off. First trip both children's 'meals' were cold and so were the adult chips. The nuggets were like cardboard. When asked if they could swap I got a huff and a puff and reluctantly they swapped. The second visit we went straight after school, when we got there my daughter needed to use the toilet! It's locked and staff need to unlock it, but not until after I ordered food!! My daughter was desperate and nearly wet herself as a result. Again the nuggets came out cold and like cardboard and the chips were cold but couldn't be bothered to swap as my daughter wanted to leave.Both times we went the milk shake machine wasn't working which isn't unusual Hate this place and the staff with a passion especially as it's twice as expensive as McDonald's or other places.

Burger King used to be really good here but over the last few months it has gone down hill. I can't remember the last time we went through the drive-through and actually came out with what we had actually ordered! A couple of times, the person taking the order couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand them!The wait for the food is terrible considering this is supposed to be "fast food" - we were waiting over 15 minutes one time. The first time we realised food was missing, we called BK and the manager told us that next time we could get it for free but that was no good, a whole meal was missing! The last time we went, nothing in the order was correct so I called again and had the same answer. We have not gone back yet to see if we get the whole order again for free correct would be nice)...not sure we will ever go again. Everything about this BK is horrendous.

Main issue was the brake down in communication. The guy taking orders could barely string 2 words of English together. Took order down wrong unsurprisingly and then wanted to charge us more than needed. Food was good as expected, but please, at what point of his interview did somebody decide he should be at front of house!!!!!!

Good food, service a bit slow but polite. Good fast food place. Definitely prefer the food at Burger King to Macdonalds.

Just the worst experience with staff form another world ,could not understand their English and when you ask for no pickle they give you pickle !.I would say if I had asked for a McDonald's I would have got a KFC .It was like ordering from Burger King from New Della in Swahili .Never again.

Great service, very polite young chap. Order taken swiftly and did not have to wait long. Burger & fries piping hot. Very clean restaurant and washroom.

Same as most Burger Kings.... chilly seating area, slow service (there were 2 people in front of us) Burger was lukewarm but fries were hot

I'm of the opinion that these people are purposely charging customers for the order that they struggle to understand at the pointless speaker. Then they give you half of the order! Burger King in Newbury is run by a man called Damion. He refuses to discuss any of these problems, and he also refuses to give you the products you've paid for, regardless of the receipt etc. Shut him down

As with all Burger King is overpriced but the order was wrong it was cold and the staff didn't speak great English to the problem didn't get resolved avoid this play like it's got the plague and go to chevley if you want a decent Burger King

The staff cannot speak English the speaker system is pointless. We have driven away twice with half our order!! FFS why can't these companies get it together ???

Stopped by on a fairly quiet saturday lunch time as we were out with the kids and needed quick food.Staff were welcoming and smiling, rather than the normal "grunts" you might experience.Food was swiftly prepared and seemed to be well made.Would visit again.
