BROO Cafe & coffee, is in an excellent outlet, also in a convineant location, in the town centre, also if you've never been their, Thayer highly recommended, for a hot drink also for something to eat, also if you haven't used their service yet ?, give them a try if you're passing, or in the area, also you never know, you may possibly continue to use their service in the future ?.

Honestly really good pancakes and dog friendly area plus staff are quite nice and prices are okay great place to go

Called in this morning (Sunday) for four breakfasts. Service was great, the lady who served us couldn't have been more friendly or efficient. The cooked breakfasts were great, cooked well, presented well, went down a treat. Plenty of choice on the menu. Prices very reasonable. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

The food here is amazing, we drive 30 minutes to go for breakfast we love it.

'Snacks' his ticked here as there is no 'outside catering' option to choose. I asked Broo to cater for a daytime event at a nearby pub, at quite short notice. . The price was very reasonable and the food was plentiful, varied and well-presented. There was much more than I'd expected for the money. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan customers were very well provided for. Delicious food, good prices and great service: I would certainly recommend Broo for outside catering.

Had lunch here. Good food well presented. Would have been 5 for food except for the condiments the brown sauce looked and tasted strange and the salt and pepper shakers could have done with cleaning.

Always friendly but not alway very quick service but it is a busy place and well attended

On a UK theatre tour for 3 weeks and visited many cafes, and Wetherspoons. We find this place by chance and when we arrived the place was busy and managed to get the last table. It’s only a small place, but easily the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time

Busy and vibrant. Light and bright with the enormous windows. Quick and cheerful service. Cooked breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced.

Nice little cafe located just opposite the Lyceum theatre. We had a pleasant lunch of Paninis and Coffee. The service was good and friendly and food was reasonable value for money.

Time to time me and my husband will go here for a brew and something to eat and always fresh food cold and hot and cups r always clean, tables and chairs always clean and the cafe is always clean. Toilet facilities next door which are always kept nice n clean as well. Friendly staff and as WiFi access.

Lovely breakfast, nice surroundings, great Wi-Fi and best of all staff really look after their elderly regulars. Opening doors for them and taking the time to chat. Good to see.

Great community cafe, really affordable food and drinks.

Been here several times since it opened. Always found the cake excellent. Today had a cream tea. Do visit. Carrot cake and millionaires shortbread also recommended. Also the cheapest around.

Beautiful food! Visited for breakfast before a night away just outside of Crewe. The staff were extremely pleasant and the food, even better! COVID measures were effective and easy to follow too. Will definitely return.

We visited bru this morning as a group of workers, we had no booking made but we were welcomed with smiles in a already busy establishment. After ordering we all sat outside, I had the omelette which was tasty and the lads all had breakfasts. We will visit again and the staff were lovely

I was in town yesterday on Tuesday 15th September 2020 with my Mum and we had lunch in your cafe and we were both thoroughly happy with the food and service, it was excellent. The two ladies who work there are absolutely amazing, really friendly, really polite and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make me a delicious tuna mayo salad that wasn't on the menu which was really kind of them. I would definitely recommend Bru Cafe for it's happy, friendly staff, inviting surroundings and in such a convenient location in town.

A big cube made of glass next to Crewe Market, this café offers nice food at a good price for people passing by with the desire for a quick bite. Food choices can be improved (they didn't have chips), but staff is friendly and the position is very handy for visiting the town.

Always order toasted bagel, cream cheese and CRISPY bacon. This week for the 2nd time the bacon was not crispy and I had to remove the fat. Worse still, the bagel was half the usual size as well! Costs have increased which we don't mind but NOT when the quality of produce has deteriorated too. Won't be ordering again unless it goes back to previous very good quality.

Called in for a coffee and cake yesterday afternoon with friends whilst in town and what a lovely place. Very nice friendly staff, offering a good service. A lovely little cafe overlooking the lyceum theatre

Never noticed this cafe before, so whilst visiting the lyceum theatre we popped in for a coffee. A limited menu but staff were pleasant and felt comfortable. Good coffee too. 8-). Would have given a 5 had the menu been better. Worth a look though .

Lovely food. Well cooked. Lovely friendly staff. I’m definitely coming again. Easy for wheelchairs and prams. Lots of space and room to move unlike so many smaller places you have room to actually sit and enjoy the food. The building is airy and modern.

We were looking for a place to have a coffee and came across Bru. Called in with my husband and his sister and found Kat and other staff members so friendly we decided to invite them to our party in May. The coffee was delicious and the cake was to die for. I know where we will be going each time we are in Crewe....... no where else is as good

Quite possibly the best hot chocolate I've ever tasted, delicious panini and lovely staff. Was so impressed I ordered a cake for my daughter's 16th birthday. It looked amazing and tasted fabulous 😁

Clean bright friendly warm relaxed . As Costa coffee regulars we have now ditched them for this place. Much better coffee, and as a fussy sod vegan I can also grab a soup of something else.. staff are brilliant and so attentive they deserve the custom. Seek it out by the Market / theatre.

We've been a few times now and every time has been good food and great service. It's very reasonably priced and the staff there, well you can tell they enjoy their jobs.
