Absolutely the best coffee in Bracknell, when I know I got to go shop I will always know where I will be getting my coffee from.

Came here for a mid-afternoon snack to take a break from watching the Olympics. Great food and brilliant service, but it would be nice if the tables outside were angled to match the slope they sit on, particularly for people like me with poor sight who are more likely to spill or drop things.

I absolutely enjoyed myself here. I went by myself as my other half was out on a business trip. He has been here before and recommended it to myself, so, I decided to try it out. The queue was really long. But after reflecting on my own experiences, I understand why. The quality of the drinks is still amazing considering they seat over a thousand customers on a average day of business. They are an amazing place. The service I received was phenomenal. I ordered a milkshake and they delivered it to my table as they did not want me to spill it. The taste of the drink was fantastic, and the ingredients to make this blend of amazingness were top notch. I would really recommend this to a friend or anyone. So, lesson learnt. Every time I stop into the town, I am taking a trip to Brown Bag!

Iced latte was absolutely delicious. from the aesthetic of the cafe to the food and beverages, everything is absolutely incredible.

I've been there a couple of times now for a coffee and some cake. It's a very nice place to go and the quality and prices seem quite reasonable. The staff are friendly and efficient. Recommended.

Coffee and cakes are lovely and the seating area is great for a rest stop from the shopping. Brown Bag has been our choice from all other coffee shops until today when the noice of the smoothie maker meant we were shouting across the table to be heard. Coffee Barker will get our custom in future.

No atmosphere when ordering the gentlemen struggled to force a smile

We often stop by for a coffee before shopping in The Lexicon and we have to say its always a great experience. Staff are out of this world and the coffeee is amazing, always well stocked up on sandwiches and lovely looking cakes.

Brown Bag is now our 'go to' place whenever we are in Bracknell Town Centre. It is popular though and gets busy at peak times. There may not always be a table available and you might have to try again later on. Take away service is also available. They serve toasties, wraps, focaccias, paninis, rolls etc. at competitive prices. They have a good selection of sweet treats and coffees and specialty teas. Their hot chocolate and milkshakes are also sought after. The atmosphere is usually good with people just relaxing and chatting. If you fancy breakfast, a break from shopping, want to grab lunch during your working day or are meeting up for a social get together then Brown Bag is a good choice at any time of day.

Great little coffee shop. Good coffee (without being fabulous). Shakes are awesome here though. We ate shortbread and sausage rolls which were tasty. Was a little messy the day we came. Might have been a little understaffed. Popular though as almost every table was full. Great place and will return here.

Family menber uses Brown bag occasionally when going into bracknell, so we thought i would see what its about and went for a milkshake. Firstly, atmosphere cramped for me and very noisey, but we were close to the counter and it does echo inside the building. which really wasnt pleasant for me. Secondly the milk shakes were tiny and tasted like powdered nesquick which hadn't been mixed properly as had gritty texture. This put me off. Price i found excessive, for such a small amount of drink which i didnt think was very goos so Personally wouldnt go back, but family member still likes it there and i am sure it is very popular.

Came around 2 pm to 3 pm today(3 July) Received the worst customer service from the lady in the till And she even placed our food on the table so hard I think she needs some customer service lessons before she serve any customer

Come here all the time because not only is the coffee and food good, but the staff are really friendly and great with all the customers. Occasionally, you get the odd customer being rude to the poor staff and leaving 1 star reviews in some bizarre protest for not being served quick enough... just ignore these! The staff deserve so much better.

My kind of place. Love the atmosphere, the decor, the lighting, how pleasant the staff is, and the drinks and food are delicious. Had a vanilla chai latte and a doughnut today. Editing my review to add that the shakes are really good. Had the Kinder Bueno shake today.

My husband is in here all the time and I often come I here too. Its a nice local independent small coffee chain. Their drinks are lovely and the food is also really good, handmade and delivered daily. I cant rate highly enough their milkshakes and hot chocolates 😋 crammed with yumminess and if you drink in will almost overflow the glass. They have alternative milks and small selection of snacks for those with intolerances/ needing free-from but staff are always able to advise. The staff are really friendly, great atmosphere too. It can get very busy at peak times, but it's worth it.

Fantastic atmosphere, great coffee, and a solid offering of cakes and snacks. Their gluten-free selection is disappointingly slim though, and is often sold out very early on in the day.

The chocolate caramel shortcake and oat chai latte I ordered here were both delicious, and the service was polite. The pricing was reasonable, too. They were very busy, however, and the cafe has hard flooring and open plan seating, so the noise of people chatting made it very hard to have a conversation yourself. Overall, it was a nice place, but I would avoid it at peak times if you want to have a decent conversation.

The best coffe shop I could find in the area. I am a bit picky with the coffee and this place make me feel at home. Also, when you find a nice smile at the till (there is a guy with a nice smile) the day starts really well.

Comfy seats, nice warm atmosphere and staff really friendly. It does get busy so you might find yourself walking around the block and checking back for seats; however, it’s worth the wait. Drinks are so tasty! Coffee is strong without being overwhelming. The cakes and awesome too. Love this place - best coffees out there!

Walked past this place many times, thinking its just another coffee joint. Nicely surprised when I stopped for lunch and found its quality is up there along with the friendly staff. The decor creates is (in my opinion) a much nicer atmosphere than its rivals.

Nice clean café with very good coffee. I've only had a ham and cheese croissant there which tasted nice. Their food options look ok. The staff is nice and friendly. Definitely a place to go for a good coffee and chilled atmosphere.

We enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate with crumbled flake on top! A Rocky Road added to the chocolate fix! Staff were all working flat out and were friendly and polite. Very popular and busy which led to a queue and a wait.

Great tasting coffee. Quirky teapot. Lovely food - coronation chicken wrap and various panini's - all tasty! Free still water available. We also liked the decor.

The Brown Bag here in Bracknell is absolutely wonderful, the team are so warm and welcoming. Not only do they offer a great cup of coffee and choice of food, but a great atmosphere and personal touch when serving their customers. As an entrepreneur and one who works from his laptop, the experience at the Brown Bag is one that makes a difference in my day and its productivity! (If there was a choice of 6* they’d have it)
