I really enjoyed my food (Egg Royal), very generous portions and amazing decorated.My partner had Full breakfast, with included latte, lovely poached eggs, just nice cripy bacon and tasty sausages, i cant explain more.The price is very reasonable. Very quick service even was busy day. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended! We will be back.

We both had full english ,Sausages,bacon and poached eggs cooked perfection. Excellent great food and all the staff are so friendly and helpful, I always go there certainly worth a visit this cheerful cafe. It's reasonable price ,you get tea,coffee,latte with breakfast.

I went there with my wife today.Very clean cafe. Lovely cosy garden at back. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I had full breakfast with Efes beer and my wife had chicken, bacon&Avocado salad with strawberry milkshake.We had after meal share of chocolate brownie waffle so yummy. We will be back

I paid extra for the bacon. This was missing. The quality of the food was sub standard / OK. Not the worst takeaway bit definitely not the best.

We found the Broadmark Cafe on our stroll through Rustington today and had breakfast there. The service was great, the food came in a timely fashion, it was served hot and on the heated plates. We had eggs Benedict and full English breakfast. We truly enjoyed our meals, especially the coffee, ham, sauce Hollandaise and the sausages which were simply delicious. I wasn't able to finish my full English breakfast, it was too much food! The coctail's list and desert menu looked fantastic, unfortunately we had no space for anything more, The owner of the business, Habib checked on us couple of times and told us that the ham was prepared by Chef Anna on the premises and cooked in honey. It was a great experience and we're planning on taking our whole family over there on Wednesday to try cottage pies and milkshakes the owner recommended.

We had Full English breakfast with poached egg, it was amazing . Staff are so friendly and professional. Very clean cafe We will be back!

The order was missing both the tea and coffee from the breakfast specials. Further there was no butter with the toast. Sadly there is no way of indicting this in the missing items menu in the 'help' section, so we are unable to get a refund. Other than this the food was very good as usual.

Sausages disgusting, bacon awful,tea just as bad. The only thing on the plate that was edible was the scrambled eggs,beans and hash browns. £14 for a breakfast, you would expect better quality, but overall it was shocking.

Can not recommend this place enough! The food was incredible with generous portion sizes. There was a beautiful garden to enjoy the sun out back. The staff are lovely and the owner is involved and extremely welcoming. There was a short wait on food however it was still excellent quality. 10/10 experience will definitely be returning!

Wow a great find.... I had the chicken, bacon and avacado salad. It was fresh tasty and filling,I could have stayed a lot longer. Next time I will be bringing my family Thank you.

First visit to this café, nice welcome from the young, Aussie lady. We each had breakfast. The food was nicely presented on nice, clean plates. I noticed in previous reviews that people think it’s expensive here but café owners have to make money to survive. £22 for 2 coffees, a full English and the egg and chips as shown in my photo.

Very nice Cafe with friendly staff. We had Lovely Full English and Vegetarian Breakfast. It was very quick compared to other cafes. We had Latte which is included in Breakfast. The price was really good as other places are really expensive. They serve lovely poached eggs, sausages and bacons. We will definitely come back again 👍

The food arrived cold, watery, hash brows had turned to mush, waited ages for it to come and wasn’t even able to eat it, coffee was forgot, just terrible don’t eat here

My order was delayed, took around an hour. When it arrived my caramel shortbread had been put on top of my hot food so it was completely melted, as with my straw. The food arrived cold so had to be reheated.

My husband and I visited this little cafe today lunch time. Two lovely, young girls look after us. We had two cappuccinos, mushrooms omelette and burger with skinny fries. All hot, tasty and served quickly. We will definitely back.

Over priced. Unfriendly staff, when my wrap was served I didn't know to laugh or cry, I have never seen food like it, the wrap was flat with a few bits chicken inside it. How can you serve food this bad at the price your charging. Now I know why they make you pay before you get the food.

Came here with my friend, as used to be a good place for snacks now very overpriced 28 pounds for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks quality of food was dreadful, very rude girl serving ( calling other customers c**ts and complaining tips weren't big enough so we could clearly hear her) will not be returning and cook clearly has no clue what they're doing in kitchen

Visited Rustington today and popped in 11.30am for an early lunch , checked out the menu first impressions were wow its expensive but thought if the quality was there we would give it a try , we ordered 1 mug of tea 1 coffee , chilli con carni, also ham , egg , chips and( beans at an extra cost ) , total was £28 odd ( ouch ). Food and drinks came quickly. Chilli was what looked like a child's portion , the chips were actually fries , silly little bowl of beans 2 fried eggs and 2 slices of thin ham. Really small portions and bland and tasteless . You could not afford to take a family to eat here as prices are what you expect to pay in London really . Quality of produce and portion sizes are very poor. Also there was a customer with a continuous cough, you have expected them to offer him water at least. We do not recommend if you enjoy your food.

Take a mortgage out before venturing here, day light robbery £2.70 for a can of drink😱

I had a breakfast which tasted good and the price is good. It is a nice quiet place and not too busy in the morning.

What a great place and what a great burger....difficult to finish to be fair. Home made patties with bacon, gherkins and melted cheese happy days.. Will be coming again

Average and overpriced! Feels a bit 80s throwback inside (not that that's necessarily a bad thing), a few people in but not exactly heaving for a Saturday morning. Went there because I'd heard good things from reviews elsewhere and thought, given the decor, maybe it was a good place to get a value for money breakfast. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and I needed a second take when I looked at the menu.....Full English Breakfast - £13.95!! Still, I was there now so I went for it. Breakfast was served fairly quickly which was pleasing as I was starving. Eggs, bacon and beans were good, sausages were molten!! Deep fried and not exactly bursting with flavour. Hash browns were a touch overdone and a little greasy. Mushrooms were decent but small portion. Toast was really thin and a bit limp. Staff were very pleasant, although I ordered a tea and got a latte to start with, they were very apologetic and rectified this very quickly, although the teabag (with no string on) floating in the mug was a bit strange. Overall, this breakfast was ok and I could more than forgive the parts that were a bit average, but not at £13.95. This was far too expensive for what was being delivered. I like to give places a second chance, but I'm not sure I can at the prices being charged...... disappointing.

Last of all 5 places I've eaten in Rustington over the past couple of years, sadly by a long way the worst, left standing at counter on entry then had to get up and order at counter, ordered Boardwalk breakfast, comes with tea or coffee but I ordered a Chai Latte and was charged full amount, you would havd thought they'd take some money off, poached egg was cold and under cooked, rest of food not hot enough, should have had marmalade as per menu, condiment bottles dirty looking, menus dirty amd need replacing

I had a lovely breakfast here yesterday, eggs benedict and the eggs were perfect, prompt waitress & nice cuppa too, had de-caff tea & soya milk. Ideally situated with plenty of parking behind in the car park

The breakfast was just overall poor quality the bacon was under cooked and the iced mocha hadn’t been mixed properly so it ended up having large lumps of hot chocolate powder just floating in the drink. I used to order from heat a lot but the quality has gone down a lot which is a shame because I used to really enjoy the food.

Great find on my shopping trip in rustington today. I got a kinder freakshake. Which was out of this world. They have an amazing garden. Great for this sunny weather. They have loads of offer from breakfasts to paninis. Hot drinks. Cold drinks. Iced coffees and milkshakes. Definitely will be coming back. Staff all friendly!

Food was not good, the eggs were tasteless and clearly done in the microwave. The sausages tasted cheap and nasty, and the hash browns tasted of unchanged oil that they had been Fried in, toast wasn’t buttered and the tea didn’t have milk in it!! 12.95+ is an expensive breakfast especially for its size so I at least expect to not be eating nasty cheap food.

We went to Rustington for Breakfast and chose Broadmark Cafe because of big choices of breakfast. We had lovely Eggs Royale, Bacon & Egg Pancake, Vegetarian Big Breakfast and Halloumi Eggs Benedict. They have some special drinks such as White hot chocolate, Nutella hot chocolate and etc, we tried some of them and loved! They have pancakes and waffles as well! Definitely will go again!

Unfortunately I wish I had read the reviews first, 3 orders of pancakes, which look store bought and reheated, they were cold which fresh cooked wouldnt be, Nutella and banana with no banana, lemon and sugar with lemon slices not easy to squeeze and last but not least mixed fruit mmm half a very small banana over all pancakes 5 blueberries and 4 sliced strawberries which sounds a lot but I am not kidding when I say I have seen Grapes bigger and very sour. Definitely not worth £20. Wish I could add a picture. Lateness I can forgive as it is half term so imagine you are busy.

A friend of mine just forwarded me Broadmark's recent post on Facebook. This post is a complete misrepresentation of the realty of the quality, cost and service that the café provided me during a visit on the 2nd September last year. We visited as a group of 4 and it was necessary to pre-book for a "Special Turkish Evening". To book, we had to pay a deposit and pre-select all meals from a "Special Turkish Menu". Upon arrival we ordered drinks. It was summer and when the white wine arrived it was warm so we asked for ice. I ordered a margarita which was green and disgusting. It looked and tasted like Fairy liquid and cost about £10. We should have walked out at that point. If they cant make a proper cocktail don't offer them! I was then advised that my pre-ordered main course selection was not available as I was the only person to order it. After all, it was only a chicken kebab on a Turkish evening. The owner simply substituted it for something he had in the fridge!! However, he could have ordered me one for delivery from the local Turkish kebab shop which are excellent!!. The portion sizes for all four meals were miserable, but in fairness, as they were all pretty inedible it made very little difference to us. Have you ever been served a quarter of a pitta bread with your meal in a restaurant?. We were. The quality of all the food ordered ranged from very poor to inedible, in the event you found something nearing edible, the portion size seemed to be an exercise in extreme portion control. In short, an expensive evening for poor quality food and a bad experience. Definitely not going to repeat that one which is a shame as I am local to Rustington

Once it had gone past the delivery time i checked the app to see it stated, food delivered. I called them to find out the driver had only just left, they had marked it as delivered to not show as a late delivery. When it finaly arrived the portion size was very small for the price and only just warm, the toast wasn't even buttered. Will not order from here again and wouldn't recommend.

This is our go-to café in Rustington. The staff are always helpful and the food is very tasty. The seating areas are plenty and always clean. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Ordered from here before for sandwiches and cakes. Usually great but today tuna sandwich, which is normally good, was very oily and the container was filled with oil also so found I didn’t like it

The portion size is terrible! I ordered large chips and only got about 10 chips in total! when I cancelled 2 items on the menu they didn’t even offer to swap it for anything so ended up with half a breakfast for £16. I am not happy this must be the worst cafe in Rustington!!

One of the best breakfast ever! Every Time that I go out for a breakfast I don't ask for much, just a nice breakfast and a cup of the, but Today at Broadmark caffe it was just perfect. Nice atmosphere, a really nice and hot coffee just to start the day with a smile, and a small breakfast that was great and enough. Recommended 100%

Visited on way to Littlehampton. Nice little cafe, decent drinks and friendly staff. Massive fences around Littlehampton put us off visiting the town.

Great location with friendly service that always make us feel welcome. Lovely breakfasts for a reasonable price and decent alternatives for vegan and gluten free diets. Highly recommended!

This coffee shop has it all. The ambiance, interior designs, good coffee and tasty foods. The drinks and foods were all tasty and worthwhile. It is simply one of the best and my favorites coffee shop in town. Highly recommended!

Visited for the first time on January 4th thought I'd treat myself to breakfast I had the full English with poached eggs unfortunately like a previous review the sausage wasn't of any quality and the poached eggs where stone cold so definitely not cooked fresh...

Awful would just about sum this up. I rarely do reviews but I do when I feel one is justified, excellent or awful. My wife and I fancied a milk shake so popped in. I had basic strawberry milkshake and my wife had a Oreo...

To begin with, it was half hour late and arrived long after the notification saying it had been. The butter for the toast was a melted liquid mess in its packets. Sausages and bacon were overcooked, bubble and squeak undercooked, and the whole thing luke warm. The saving grace is that the food tasted alright, but could have been better.
