The staff member called ``Wakana-san'' who works at the store was very kind. They recommended a very delicious cassis cider, and we had a great time.

The place itself is lovely, it feels clean and it’s an open area not too closely packed. Has a nice atmosphere, nice for a drink. Service was good, although felt understaffed that evening which was sadly perhaps reflected on the food. The meal I had was Chicken Schnitzel which I couldn’t complain about apart from coleslaw which wasn’t nice. The chips I ordered were undercooked which was quite disappointing. The person I was with had the Fish and Chips and said hers seemed underdone too and the fish was rather rubbery. Overall not the best place to eat from this experience, lovely place for drinks - it is a brew house after all.

We were in this establishment in the evening. Extremely colorful atmosphere, unique style. Very tasty food and beer. An extremely large selection of beer for all tastes! A very great place for a group vacation. And for a family with not very young children.

Service from Ed at the bar was second to none, excellent.

This 35 day aged ribeye was cooked to perfection and the triple cooked chips are fantastic with a magical dip. The gin was superb too whilst watching the huge screen of England coming in second. A great place to eat and drink with a great atmosphere.

Didn't plan to visit today but walked by and decided we'd have some food. My roast beef dinner was excellent and my friend enjoyed her burger. Our server Ruby was superb. Very helpful and gave great advice about the food. Throughout our time in the establishment Ruby did not stop working and is definitely a great asset to your business. Been a couple of times now and I really love it. The drink is varied and (from what I’ve tried) delicious. The food is varied and would suit all pallets. All of the team are friendly and seem to enjoy their work.

Served by Ed and Wakana who were both excellent and friendly. Sunday Roast was fantastic - three meat roast, loads of home cooked veg and Yorkshire pudding to die for. Gave it 4* because a bit too much gravy...please serve in a jug so we can put our own on :-)

Brewhouse & Kitchen used to be our favourite when we lived in Milton Keynes quite a few years ago before Covid. We have since moved and we missed it so much. So glad to have come back to our favourite chain. The selection of beers is amazing and staff are very knowledgeable. The waitress Wakana was super friendly and very professional. Just overall a great place to be.

Amazing food and amazing service from Jordan. Both of us dining have allergies and Jordan went above and beyond to check with the kitchen making sure the food was safe to eat, and communicated well about how we could modify our dishes safely. Really great meal will definitely be coming back to dine

Beers are amazingly awesome! We had the steaks and salads, our waitress Wakana was so kind and her services were super! She must be the best waitress in Cheltenham!

Absolutely brilliant place, catering from a solo drink to a family event. The beers they make in house are amazing, it makes it difficult to drink a pint anywhere else! The food is always fast, and is brilliant too, with the menu catering to all types of tastes and fancies. A huge shoutout to the staff as well, always welcoming, patient, and easy to have a laugh with! A shoutout to Jordan, Alex and Hannah especially, for making every visit feel special. Would highly recommend a visit!

Food was great with a short wait and the service was excellent.

We went to enjoy some proper english pub food and beer. The beer was good, we tried two different local brews and they were really nice. The food exceeded my expectations. The Cumberland sausages and sticky toffee pudding were tasty. Our waitress Wakana was super helpful and friendly.

Cracking night at B&K, fantastic service from Holly who had excellent knowledge of the various potions on offer. Heartily recommended. Good atmosphere, great cider and fantastic staff! What more could you want!?

Had a great, relaxing evening in the vibrant Cheltenham restaurant which has a mixed age range clientele. Food and drink was very good and the service from the waitresses Wakana and Spandan was excellent, both being super attentive and charming with the food and drink brought quickly. Highly recommended.

The service was ten out of nine. Thanks to our barmaid Holly, she epitomised the ideal barmaid in quality of service and understanding of the customers' needs.

Came in for a Sunday Roast with my sister and niece who’s just 4 years old - roasts were amazing and huge! Actually couldn’t finish it all! I had the chicken roast, sister had the pork loin roast from the specials and my niece got her roast for free because she’s under 6 - we didn’t even know about this deal until we ordered! Was served by Rea who was really helpful and Alex on the bar who helped us find an ale we liked! Thanks all!

My partner surprised me with a fantastic roast dinner for my birthday. The roast was really delicious and the lager was out of this world (thanks Leah for the recommendation) . We will definitely be back.

Visited brewhouse for their infamous roasts today. Absolutely wonderful as usual! Spandan gave great service and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend their new West Coast IPA! Delicious paired with the roasts.

I came in with a mate for a dinner for two and it was amazing !!! The new menu hits all the right spots!! The new shiitake mushrooms were incredible as recommended by Spandan! And my friend who had the roasts kept raving about it!!! Special shout out to Leah and Hannah for the drink recommendations and the choice of the sticky toffee puddings for desert! 🤤

The roasts are on a different level now! The pork belly roast is amazing. I love crackling so to have such a big helping makes my day. What’s even better is kids eat free if they are under 6 years old. Great for me and my family. We will be back!

The new menu revamp has worked a treat!! All the new food is great, particularly the sea bass, and the staff were all lovely - Ellie in particular was lovely! 10/10, had a fantastic time.

Amostohere was great, nice environment. Staff were very friendly. Food was very sub par £15.50 for beef and ale pie which was almost certainly microwaved good as it came out within 10 minutes and was packet mash. Genuinely couldn't tell a difference between this good and wetherspoons, yet spoons is 1/3 of the price. Nice place but wouldn't bother getting food here.

We did the brewery experience day. Eight hours, eight beers and a mini keg to take home. Breakfast, lunch and lots of interesting information from brewer Matt. We'll be back to try the beer we helped make! A really great day, thank you Matt!

I visit quite often for a few beers, sometimes some food, and I’ve always found it one of the friendliest places to eat and drink. Totally relaxed and amazing service every time. Was craving a Sunday dinner and here these guys didn't disappoint. Thank you to Charlotte who was our waitress and made sure everything was OK with us, when we were seated and recommended certain foods to us. But we ended up having the roast dinner which scratched the itch. Thank you everyone here. We really enjoyed our experience here.

Yesterday, after travelling from the midlands we arrived at 20.35 for food and drinks. After asking for a table, a member of staff told us ‘we have just closed the kitchen’ Your website says food service ends at 21.00hrs - so disappointed, please change your website!

Visited the Brewhouse twice this week once to eat and drink the second to watch Racing and drink. Both visits went well table service was smooth and efficient. Live music was great too. Cost wise Brewhouse is as competitive as others in the area. We had a great night thanks.

Went to the venue to watch the Gold cup, the drinks were really expensive at £8.20 per pint. When I inquired why I was told an automatic sure charge of 10% had been added for race week. It was 1.30pm and the pub was 25% full, there were no more staff than usual, the service was as slow as usual. This was a blatant attempt at ripping off race customers. I could understand it at 7pm when the live music came on and maybe more staff but at this time in the day it felt like being robbed. We had 1 drink and went to Brewdog, where the food and drink were noticeably cheaper and they confirmed NO surcharge was being added

This spot is Great for drinks with friends and family, we came in tonight after the races and we were greeted by lovely staff! The bartender Fin was absolutely lovely and was able to suggest to us different types of drinks they had on tap, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s visiting cheltenham or anyone who lives in cheltenham who wants to go have a few drinks and food with family or friends!

Brewhouse has some really good in-house beers. I ordered taster and found 4 out of 6 beers to be really good. Service was amazing, and shout out to Ed, who not only kept a constant check but also gave amazing recommendations. While food mains are great, snacks can improve.

We booked a table for a Sunday lunch. We were greeted by Rea who was very friendly. We both had roasts and What a great choice. The meat was tender, the vegetables were delicious and the gravy was spot on. Great selection of beers and ciders. Lovely place, friendly and attentive and efficient staff - thank you Holly. Let down a bit by the food. Roast was quite expensive (£19.99). Overall was nice but the beef was chewy and the pork was mostly fat.

A friend had been gifted a brewing experience day and we chose the Cheltenham location. We were met by Matt at the door and what followed was a really interesting and engaging day. Matt is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining and this clearly shows throughout the day. He took us through the entire process of brewing a beer from scratch using malted barley, water, hops and yeast. It really is a full day’s experience, starting at 10am and not finishing until gone 5pm (we finally left well after 6pm!) You start the day with breakfast including coffee/tea before creating the actual beer. Throughout the day, as well as making the beer, you get to sample a number of the actual beers which are brewed on site. All are delicious and a testament to the head brewer, Matt. At the end of the experience we were allowed to choose our favourite beer and take a mini keg of it home. All in all a great day. I can totally recommend it to anyone who has even a remote interest in how beer is made.

We were given a “Buyagift” voucher (as a present) to use at this restaurant. But, had to top it up by £20 to get a burger and a beer. Total cost of £60+ My problem is really with Buyagift. Having said that Brewhouse were completely inflexible. We had a burger each, one lager and a glass of Chardonnay, as I didn’t want a beer. (which we had to pay £7.50 for as they wouldn’t swap it for a beer) Food was very good, customer service was strictly by the book. Ladies toilets were ok but the soap dispenser didn’t work. Will probably last forever as no soap comes out. The bill was £35 but the voucher cost over £60! It was my birthday and I felt very disappointed.

We arrived late afternoon on Sunday and honestly we were suprized to be able to order roast that late. Holly was really helpful with our order and also infomed us our little ones get the roast for Free! The food arrived quick and it Was delicous. Thanks to the team making our experience unforgettable. Had a few drinks in here in a Sunday afternoon and was surprised by the selection. Me and my Dad are both ale drinkers and we found some good tasting ales. I couldn’t find the right one for me but Ellie the bar staff was really really helpful and gave me a couple of tasters. She was very informative with the gins too. Great ambience, great choice, the food looked good when it came out for other customers but most of all great staff (especially Ellie).
