Came for drinks and a bite to eat and the service from Emma and Bins was amazing, would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely Sunday lunch today with good food & pleasant surroundings We had good service from Emily our waitress who was very attentive & courteous.

Food was absolutely disgusting!!!! Ordered the butchers brunch🤮 Bacon was green and rock hard, eggs not cooked. Pork chop was tiny and just fat, chorizo sausage was chopped into tiny pieces and mixed in with the beans 🤷‍♂️ sausages were ok, half hour wait for food then charged me £16 bloody quid! Definitely won’t ever be returning!

Had never been to a cozy club and while visiting Cheltenham went into one for the first time and it was lovely! Wait staff were kind and accommodating! Definitely a must visit!

Mostly excellent service and totally delicious food and drink, although 3 pieces of bread for 4 people on the ‘for the table’ fresh bread and butter option seems a little mean spirited. My wife loved her ox cheek ragu pasta dish, I loved my festive burger and the kids loved their fish fingers and chips. The Pinot noir we had was delicious and the wine list looked very well designed. The chocolate & salted caramel mousse was sublime. The only thing that ruined our experience was on entering via the lift with our youngest daughter in her pushchair we were shown to the table next to the lift, I pushed her up to the end of the table as I had to remove a chair and get a high chair in its place for her and immediately the waiter who’s name I didn’t get but was I believe from his accent to be of foreign extraction who showed us to our table shouted that I couldn’t leave her there or it would block the lift. I ignored the jumped up little twit and carried on removing the chair, putting the high chair in its place, putting my daughter in the high chair and collapsed the buggy and stored it - the whole manoeuvre took 30seconds at most during which time nobody used the lift and neither did anyone use the lift the rest of the time we were there. My wife was shocked at the actions of the waiter and if we didn’t have 2 hungry under 5s with us we would have walked out and gone elsewhere.

The manager James was great.. He knew I was upset when they ran out of tomato juice for bloody Mary’s so he went and bought some and surprised us with the drinks.

Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, tastefully decorated for Christmas. The staff were so friendly, attentive and professional. There were plenty of vegan breakfast options - the dirty vegan breakfast butty was delicious and good value for money.

While the openers were good, the Christmas Pie offering I found very disappointing. Personally, I must state that I found it all but inedible. I might have found another mains choice happier but the Christmas Pie was wot I chose. The staff were friendly and helpful but rushed; one of our party had to physically go and ask staff for more jugs of water. In summary, somewhat disappointed as I have heard decent reviews of this place in the past.

The first rule of Cosy Club is don't talk about Cosy Club. The second rule of Cosy Club is also don't talk about Cosy Club. (Shhhh! All staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Smiley ☺️ faces throughout the establishment. The food was lip-smackingly scrumptious, particularly the treacle-cured pork chop. Cost-effective pricing structure. The only thing that will stop me returning is my imminent heart attack, brought on by continual dining out on what some peeps perceive to be unhealthy food. If you're gonna die, it's a nice way to do it.)

We truly loved our time at Cosy Club Cheltenham last night. We finally got try the new festive burgers and they were even better than we expected them to be. Your front-of-house staff, too, are absolutely amazing. We were served by Abbie, who gave us such a warm welcome and made it such a special occasion. I was visiting my best friend and her boyfriend for our Christmas celebrations. Her service was the icing on the cake and deserves to be totally praised for her hard work. Last night, the restaurant was so full yet she took the time to make our night perfect. We will, of course, be back.

Definitely recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. A must when visiting Cheltenham.

The man who greeted us was very rude. Refused a table when we arrived so booked online whilst in there even though he said the area manager apparently has removed booking online from the system!! Sat down at 2.30pm our food eventually arrived 45 minutes later even though the place was empty, the food was cold. We did complain & the manageress gave us discount. There was 7 of us eating for a Christmas trip & to be honest I will not eat here again.

This place is amazing! The food was incredible. We had the cosy club sandwich, beef croquettes, arancini, butter beans👌🏽, and the Iraqi flatbread and it was delicious! Really lovely warm and ‘cosy’ 😉 welcome from the servers. Becca was so friendly and accommodating. Definitely coming back (soon hopefully)!

We usually love eating here but Sat. 19 th we booked a table for 3 people 2 pm so we could enjoy a light lunch as we needed to be out by 15.10 pm latest because of collecting grandson. We placed our food order straight away along with our drinks orders because we thought this would be quickest. We ordered the same, 3 club sandwiches to make things easy. Drinks followed , however from placing the order, the 3 sandwiches took 45 mins to reach the table, by which time we had finished our drinks and now only had 15 mins to each eat both sandwiches and chips, without getting indigestion! I had to ask for something to wrap some of the sandwiches in so we could take what we didn’t have time to eat with us as it was now all such a rush. So ended up wrapping 2 halves of the sandwiches up in foil! Very disappointing due to the time pressure we were put under and having to take food away. Had we been told at the start of being seated that due to being so busy the food would take so long we would not have stayed because we only made the booking at 12.o’clock as a treat because we had time to spare. (we would have just gone to a cafe if we had been told about the waiting time). The food was presented well and tasted lovely, as always. The staff remained pleasant and when paying the bill were apologetic, but the nice lunch we planned was ruined by the pressure of rushing to eat our food unfortunately.

Stopped by for a cocktail, which was wonderful. A great vibe, with really warm and welcoming staff, especially Connor!

21/10/24 Came here for birthday drinks and the two girls behind the bar were so so great! They actually went to the trouble of looking up an old recipe I once had in another country! They made my night, thanks so much!

Amazing service and food! It was perfect for my daughters' Birthday. My Mum is in a wheelchair, the staff put it safely near to us incase we needed it. There is a lift upto the restaurant. The staff were amazing and so so helpful. The food was delicious! We had 5 plates of starters between 4 if us. Wow! The variety of flavours and textures blew us away. The mains were also beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We can't wait to return.. thank you!

Absolutely loved it.. after trying our first cosey club in Oxford.. popped up from our pub The Talbot in stow on the wold to cosy club chrltenham.. bloody loved it And what made it better .. apart from the good and voices.. was that Chloe was amazing.. made the experience even better xx 5 stars boom awesome x when your thete ask for Chloe.. made our night

we went out for drinks for our friends birthday. mae the waitress was efficient, lovely and kindly gave one of us a fresh drink after it got tipped over. the overall atmosphere and decoration is lovely and drinks tasted delicious, particularly the raspberry mocktail.

My server called Mae was lovely and made the night even better!!

I had drinks here for my friends birthday today. Our server Mae has been so friendly and sweet. Shes been amazing and a great help to our group. She also has a friendly smile and a welcoming energy. Definitely made our visit more memorable. Will be coming here soon again.

Fabulous lunch with friends at this restaurant. Service staff were brilliant and really new their dishes, Great detail on every dish I asked about. Being vegetarian it is sometimes difficult to pick a dish only to find it had chicken stock in it. Had a pumpkin risotto which was perfect.

Staff were great, but had to wait over 90mins for food to be delivered to table. Food was mostly cold for all eight people in the group. Staff very apologetic and replaced the cold items (also kindly discounted bill) but the overall experience spoiled a joint birthday and engagement celebration.

Lovely service from our server Mina. She was very attentive, smiling, polite and welcoming. I met my friend for a lovely relaxed lunch and it was nice not to feel rushed. Cosy atmosphere with great views along the high street good beer too, a great place to watch the world go by.

Nice place, good food and reasonable service but frighteningly expensive! Portions are tiny and prices huge. Atmosphere not great but that's probably because we visited at a quiet time.

I visited Cosy Club for the first time with a friend of mine and the food was absolutely amazing. I had the dirty chicken burger (as a pregnant woman who was very hungry), it was absolutely delicious although I did feel very stuffed after but it was definitely worth it. We did have to go up to the bar to order ourselves, they don’t do table service but they do bring the food to the table when it’s ready. However, the lady who took the order on the bar was really lovely. The decor is well done and the atmosphere is great. I do love the big windows as well (as they are great for people watching 😂). The food actually came pretty quickly which was surprising but the food was truly delicious, I definitely will go back again. The way the food compliments each other is wonderful. I had the truffle & cheese fries with my chicken burger and we ordered the bread and salted butter as a starter (it was pretty much a loaf of bread that came out). Great value for money too. Fantastic food.

Apart from the local youth turning up being loud swearing etc we thought this place was nice great cocktails eventually good atmosphere. Didn’t eat tho but enjoyed what we went in for. English garden was my favourite go try one.

Had a really lovely Lunch today at cosy club .my wife and myself were really impressed with the delicious fish dishes sea bass cooked perfectly in a lovely sauce so good I asked for a spoon to finish it off my wife had the fishcakes and really enjoyed them also the mackerel pate and garlic prawns were amazing as a starter really enjoyed our Lunch and will be back

We came to cosy club last night for a work get together. Our table was booked for 7pm but we didn’t receive our food until 9pm … it wasn’t even busy, there was a large table that had eaten before we arrived, a table of 6 that got their food not long after we arrived and then a few other tables of 2 and that was it. Considering how many tables are available, it was very quiet. The waitress was very friendly but took ages to come and take our order and then once she did it took even longer for the food to arrive. We then could see it sat on the side under the hot plate and she was just stood watching it (probably waiting for the final meals to be completed) but this then meant that when we received our food it was luke warm. The food was fine once we eventually received it but small portions and not really worth the price. If a restaurant is full I can understand a wait for food but 2 hours from the time we sat down to receiving food is ridiculous when there were no more than 4-5 tables maximum. This was my first visit and I certainly won’t be returning again. With the brewery having so many lovely restaurants to choose from I really think the cosy club need to up their game.

Nice spot for food and drink in faux gentlemen’s club surroundings breakfasts are good with a range of different choices, including traditional English and more eclectic options. Prices are relatively high. Service is friendly, if a little slow at times.

Very well looked after on our celebrations by the lovely bar staff and met new friends...great vibe...

My friend arrived before me. I looked a little lost as my first visit. Staff helped me straight away and knew where my friend was. Our server had an amazing sense of humour and made us laugh. The food was delicious. We both had the butchers brunch, and I couldn't finish mine. Beans were quite spicy for me, but everything was perfect. Can't wait to go again.

Steak was poor and poor value for money.

Food was nice when we finally got it. Waited at least half an hour for first drink to come and over an hour from ordering, for food. Manager was pleasant once he could see we were getting impatient. Waitress was lovely so gave her a good tip. Prob wouldn't bother going again in a big group (we had 12)

Wait person was friendly, and they had a clear process to address allergies. Food and drinks were very slow to be served. Shared starters were great, but the main course steaks weren't the best. It was pretty average and not as good as we'd experienced previously.

We come here quite often for drinks as it is a great Cosy place. But! I bought ‘Sweet Potato Fries’ and normal ‘Fries’ as a snack and to be honest, the potions were tiny! what seemed like five chips per portion. I know times are hard and you have to pay for all of your outlays, but it should be slightly larger @ £5 per potion. We did try to make them last by eating half a chip at a time!

We were a group of four early Saturday evening for dinner, and it was already busy, with several hen parties. Those with hearing impairment may struggle as it was a very noisy environment. Service was efficient and friendly, food was tasty. I felt portions were on the small side for the price. Booking recommended.

We recently visited here after going to Escape Room opposite. My partner is disabled and it was great because they had a lift, as the seating is upstairs. In the event of the lift being broken there would be no disabled access. The staff were excellent, our waitress was really friendly and chatty, which was great. The food had mixed reviews. My daughter and partner had the Butcher's Brunch, which they were disappointed with. They said the belly pork was nice, however the bacon was dry, the eggs were overcooked and the sourdough toast was rock hard, they had to leave that. I, on the other hand, had the Chicken, Bacon and Avocado Salad and that was delicious. A good mix of salad. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend. The atmosphere was really good and although it was a Friday morning there was a steady flow of customers.

First time of going here. Had a day out, and tried cosy club for a bite to eat for lunch. The food was good, but I felt it wasn't a very big portion of the risotto. My husband's Spanish chicken was a good size. Would go again.

Always an amazing experience dining here. It is a dream for coeliacs, the staff is super knowledgable and reassure you from the first minute. Always a Must Go place if I'm visiting a city that has these little gems.

Nice atmosphere great staff but for the price the food was somewhat lacking, the chicken salad was lovely my partner said but the lunch time breakfast type thing thats in the picture wasn’t close! the bacon was dry, the sourdough toast was rock hard and the poached eggs where over done. But i must say the belly pork was great!. Its our first time visiting here so we will try once more with different items as the salad and service was so good …… we will up date accordingly lol.

Came here for a work do in a group of ~30. I had the most delicious steak, and everyone at the event really enjoyed their food. The staff were attentive, and good at handling such a large group!
